What we're looking for:
We are currently seeking to hire an Account Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a book of business to drive company revenue.
Prior experience in the vape / smoke shop industry is a major plus, as well as experience in the Cannabis industry as a whole. Any Candidates with existing books of business will be pushed to the top! Sales reps coming from a cannabis background should have high interest in this position. The cannabis market is very saturated and getting products into stores is much more difficult than it used to be. The Delta 8 / HHC / Delta 10 space is wide open! You'll be working with multiple states vs CA alone, as well as working with distros & stores that have the ability to place large orders. Much larger orders than you received in the legal cannabis space.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with potential customers in multiple states to send out product samples to stores.
- Follow up calls with quality leads who have been sent samples or received through marketing outlets
- Close new accounts, while retaining relationships for reoccurring orders that you get paid on.
- Consistently develop and manage your regions / territories for future growth
- Consistently eager to learn more about this industry, sales tactics, and business development.
- Handle all inbounds leads daily while consistently tracking / updating client information through Odoo
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or related field while having familiarity with CRM functions
- Any Retail or Sales in cannabis, smoke shop, and or vape market experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms

Primary Responsibilities
· Representing Lime and future brands at dispensaries/retail locations and other events by educating Buyers, Budtenders, Retail Store Operators, and Consumers about Lime and future products via Budtender Education, Product Demos, Consumer Workshops, etc.

· Being comfortable sharing brand message and product-related information.
· Being on-site and on-time for and all scheduled Store Visits & Special Events and training sessions.
· Securing, storing, transporting, distributing, and maintaining inventory levels of company-provided Demo Kits, Marketing Collateral and Training Materials.
· Assisting in training and supporting Brand Ambassadors.
· Tracking and reporting all In-store Visits, Demo Days and other Special Events and activities as per company standards.
· Completing the setup and tear down of in-store Demo Days and Special Event site elements.
· Tracking performance of Demos, inventory, and collecting customer feedback.
· Maintaining professional conduct and personal appearance in-line with company standards.
· Completing all required company training as directed.
· Building strong relationships with team members, customers/retailers, and consumers.
· Creating and maintaining accurate Dispensary Profiles.
· Assessing, tracking, and reporting on competitors' products and local marketing activities.
· Completing all required Expense Reports and submitting all necessary company expenses and receipts for reimbursement within the company’s required timeframes.
· Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
· Maintaining company and public health restrictions, protocols, and standards at all times.
Requirements – Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Experience)
· In-depth knowledge of the licensed cannabis/marijuana industry.
· Familiarity with cannabis dispensaries throughout Southern California.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline or related experience.
· Must have strong customer service experience serving and supporting internal and external customers.
· Demonstrated track-record of professionalism and driving results.
· Sales experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments
· 4 years’ experience in customer service; as well as experience in retail, cannabis, food service or hospitality industries.

Job Summary
The Regional Account Executive manages Medosi sales to pharmacies, other retail accounts and distributors in their region or nationally. They leverage their knowledge and relationships, promoting the Medosi product line and teaching customers the health and well-being applications for CBD. The Regional Account Executive must have a verifiable book of business, and proven experience building a book of business for CBD. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential new customers, initiate, and manage prospects through the sales pipeline, and then close these opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with independent pharmacies and other retail accounts

- Track record of closing minimum of five figure deals

- Submit orders by referring to the sales menu, inventory report, and ordering procedures.
- Keep management informed by logging activity and tracking results in the CRM, such as daily calls/emails; engage in the weekly internal conferences and communicating to supervisors on a regular basis.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing report and making recommendations to management.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development.
- Meet sales goals for full portfolio of products.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Associates Degree / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Cannabis Sales Experience (at least 1 year)
- Relationships/history with cannabis store buyers/managers in Long Beach, CA
