Requires normal range of hearing, eyesight manual dexterity, lifting up to 15 pounds and good hand eye coordination. Eyesight can be corrected. Work can be tedious and redundant in order to maintain FSC brand standards and quality.

The Associate will be responsible to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. The Quality Technician will oversee the entire process for Gummy products and be responsible for compiling and verifying batch records and confirm product quality requirements are met. The Quality Control Associate will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished Gummies meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to site and regional leaders and document accordingly.
- Advise operators of problems and follow up to ensure resolution; troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve efficiently to minimize production downtime.

Quality Assurance Associate
The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance group to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with state and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The QA Associate will also be responsible for supporting training employees using the Quality Management System, periodic verification of batch records, and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in traceability exercises including mock recalls and plant inventory audits.
- Perform or assist in quality inspections, auditing against cGMP criteria and confirming established product quality requirements are achieved.
- Coordinate state-specific edits for applicable national SOPs, policies, and supporting documents.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to QA leadership and Operational team leads, and document accordingly.
- Investigate and participate in quality event investigations and reporting including CAPA, OOS reports, product quality complaints, and adverse event investigations.
- Assist with training team members on processes and procedures using approved documents.
- Accurately complete documentation to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and promptly report results to QA.
- Assist with document management including SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids in the eQMS and within the facility.
- Support QA leadership in implementing and maintaining a quality management system including the eQMS
- Perform periodic review of procedures, forms, logs and master batch records (MBRs).
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established procedures.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Assist with change control for proposed changes to process or product
- Enforce safety and security procedures in compliance with OSHA and local EHS regulations; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications:
- AS degree or technical certificate; or 2+ years related experience.

Curaleaf is hiring a QC Associate for our manufacturing process. The Quality Control Associate will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished products meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to site and regional leaders and document accordingly.

Our Deer Park, TX Laboratory is currently seeking a Full-Time QA Associate to join our team. The QA Associate is an entry level role, assisting in ensuring that the laboratory’s data and Quality Assurance system meets regulatory and client requirements, with the goal of producing data of known and documented quality.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Perform peer and final review of environmental testing data
- Compile final reports, narrating deviations and outliers
- Collect, review, and interpret laboratory quality control data for performance and trends (logbooks, control charts, method detection and quantitation limit studies, performance testing samples)
- Organize and control laboratory documents, including procedures, forms, training records, and archived data
- Monitor the status of other quality assurance elements, such as support equipment calibrations
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Plans
- Other duties as assigned
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Curaleaf is hiring a QC Associate for our Gummy manufacturing process. The Associate will be responsible to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with site and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The Quality Technician will oversee the entire process for Gummy products and be responsible for compiling and verifying batch records and confirm product quality requirements are met. The Quality Control Associate will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished Gummies meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.

You will be responsible for keeping our location in an organized sanitary fashion and ensuring the production floor is in motion at all times, and inventory is stocked and ready for retailers’ orders and transporters throughout the day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep your work area sterile and safe
- Counting inventory, unpack, receive, quality control, repackage, weights and measures, labeling, organizing and grading/sorting flower, packaging for exporting orders.. Accuracy and efficiency is key.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Compliance of all associated Protocols
- Compliance and Osha standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent knowledge of cannabis and cannabis quality of sorting and grading
- Must be adaptable and flexible with roles and duties needed on any particular day
- Highly organized
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Self-starter
- Must be willing to work fast-paced, and overtime in some cases, to prepare for orders

Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour
