Truth Enterprises is a vertically integrated Cannabis company operating exclusively in the state of California. The ERP Administrator will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The role will primarily be responsible for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization, leading and analyzing key process improvements, and working with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. If chosen for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Sacramento, California area.
Job duties:
- Responsible for the refinement and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation.
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems.
- Concur project with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system.
- Responsible for the implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization.
- Mandatory status reporting to senior leadership.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience and understanding of Acumatica ERP handling Finance, Payables, Receivables, Sales Orders, Purchases, Inventory, Bills of Material, Production Orders, MRP, distribution/logistics and an integration with other tools/applications (i.e., a CRM tool).
- Well versed in SQL and other database tools.
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in an ERP Administrator or equivalent role.
- Serve as a key ERP configuration resource and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities using essential project management skills (including project planning, tracking, risk and issues identification, assessment, and mitigation).
- Cannabis experience is preferred in a vertically integrated company.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and break down complex business problems into easily understood communications.

Job Summary:
A Quality Assurance Associate performs a variety of tasks such as coordinating testing of bulk cannabis/manufactured goods, preparing labels for planned production runs, checking and inspecting loads received, checking accuracy and quality of materials reported from production on COC, data entry, maintaining records, cycle counts and other duties as needed.
Job Duties:
1. R&D/Compliance Testing
- Track all incoming/manufactured cannabis products and coordinate appropriate testing.
- Coordinate with cage associates to prepare testing batches for scheduled testing.
- Be present with the testing laboratory during testing to comply with compliance regulation.
- Track all testing results provided by labs and upload into appropriate ERP/Storage Systems.
- Communicates any failed COA or R&D testing with appropriate departments.
2. Label Production
- Compiles data from Passed COA's and/or ERP system to generate data needed to print on a label.
- Use systems to get secondary approval on labels before production.
- Coordinates label production based off of Planned Production Orders in accumatica ERP system prior to production.

The Tier 1 Farmer is responsible for assisting in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, entry level record-keeping, organization and field/greenhouse maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager.
Job Duties:
- Cultivation- Ensure plant health by maintaining, documenting and analyzing all cannabis plants. These tasks required include but are not limited to, Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
- Harvesting- Cutting, hanging, bucking, sorting, organizing, reporting, and maintaining the quality of harvested goods.
- Basic equipment calibration, inspections and maintenance
- Maintaining organization of plants from seed-to-harvest.
- Facility Cleaning. Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility. Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including scissors, bins, containers, mixing tools, application tools, trucks and any other equipment.

An Inventory Control Associate performs a variety of inventory control/management tasks such as preparing and confirming unprocessed or Work In Progress material for production, coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries of raw materials & finished goods, loading and unloading company products, checking and inspecting loads received and/or staged for accuracy/visual damage. Other responsibilities are but not limited to data entry, maintaining records, cycle counts and ability to understand the implications of Metrc and ERP movements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing product.
- Verifies Chain of Custody is completed to company and Bureau of Cannabis Control standards
- Inspects all incoming loads for accuracy, completeness and visible damage
- Staging and/or pulling orders
- Ensures the organization of raw and finished goods inventory
- Responsible for upholding compliance procedures for storage and handling of all raw goods inventory
- Responsible for performing inventory cycle counts of live plant inventory
- Maintain accurate field metric mapping and tags
- Report missing or damaged tags and replace once issued
