We are a multiple-licensed, vertically integrated, compliant cannabis company headquartered in Northern California seeking a Social Media Coordinator who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
Social Media Coordinator responsibilities
*Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
*Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
*Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users

Your contribution to the overall accurate transaction and compliance aspect of logistics in the distribution and manufacturing departments is key to our organization. Your responsibility will include management, and optimization of all daily supply chain logistic operations for the enterprise. You will cover all aspects of cross-functional operations department and projects within our supply chain for streamlining day-to-day operations, collecting data, best practices, metrics and software, and business tools.
This key role will lead the standardization, simplification and transformation of transactions with logistics, logistics processes, and will work closely with Operational teams and Managers. This is a challenging position providing mentoring to the teams by identifying and developing and upgrading processes, standards, documentation and improved toolsets to better prepare and efficiently execute project deliverables. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Prepare weekly agenda with Sales Managers and transporters
- Oversee: Packing and loading products onto trucks according to the Company’s specifications.
- Oversee Drivers and compliance
- Log operational issues and suggest and implement process improvements
- Provide frontline support for drivers
- Train new transport drivers to QC and Bag and Tag/ weigh in and weigh out & Compliance
- Work with Inventory Managers and team to ensure updates daily on action items, keeping contact with sales team and company for ease/efficiency of paperwork inflow & Logistics
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Keep complete and accurate records of shipments in transit, including shipping manifests, 8300, signed SO’s and PO’s, cash handling protocols are met in the field
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with deliveries where required
- Manage all Scheduling for Inbound and outbound logistics
- Manage changes to logistics in real time
- Manage all drivers on the road, communications between drivers, reps, and clients on the road

Requirements
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Clone Nursery & cultivation Assistant Manager - Property Management
The Assistant Manager role is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated, knowledgeable individual with experience providing leadership, creativity and enthusiasm. The right candidate will run the day to day operations and continue to build upon a friendly, convenient and helpful environment focused on exceptional manager oversight, quality plants and compliance. You will direct and coordinate worker activities, such as irrigation, pest management, cloning, taking care of the mother plants, preparing for orders for clients, payroll and recordkeeping.
Job Type: Full-time position and some weekend work required, Live on-site Position available

Essential Functions:
- Train employees, refine and maintain nursery & cultivation S.O.P.s for areas of responsibility
- Compliance with state regulation compliance including track and trace
- On-going knowledge and identification of pests and diseases and treatment
- Organize maintenance/repair of farm property, nursery equipment and machinery
- Operate within budget and maintain accurate financial records
- Process paperwork and keep administrative records
- Clone Production & Inventory Management
- Management for genetics library.
- General Property Management
- Clone process oversight, Tracking and commentary on all clone losses
- Clone Inventory Management
- Interface with clone sales processes
- Track and asses clone losses to increase survival rate
- Define and maintain market ready clone inventory set up, Define and maintain vault clone inventory set up
- Managing scheduling the production of outside clone orders
- Assuring manifests are completed for any plant movement
- Managing materials/supply lists and acquisition.
- Tracking, coding and assessment of all department expenses for submission to accounting
- Clone Crew scheduling
- Maintaining positive, safe work environment
- Provide regular updates and define priorities, Support with all on-site security protocols
- Maintaining interior of barn facility in a clean and organized manner
- Monitoring composting processes, Monitoring and strategizing all routine property maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Experience:
- Cannabis Nursery Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish and English Required
- Clean Background Check

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
