The Lead Kitchen Technician will run the kitchen, ensure recipes are being followed with strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen assistants and inventory costs for high-volume cannabis-infused products.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage food preparations, production and controls
- Lead the kitchen team with hands on tactics while implementing production processes and schedules; sources high-quality ingredients for a fast-paced, high-end bakery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all aspects of the production facility (people, products, processes, facility, regulatory)

Quality Assurance Associate Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance group to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with state and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The QA Associate will also be responsible for supporting training employees using the Quality Management System, periodic verification of batch records, and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in traceability exercises including mock recalls and plant inventory audits.
- Perform or assist in quality inspections, auditing against cGMP criteria and confirming established product quality requirements are achieved.
- Coordinate state-specific edits for applicable national SOPs, policies, and supporting documents.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to QA leadership and Operational team leads, and document accordingly.
- Investigate and participate in quality event investigations and reporting including CAPA, OOS reports, product quality complaints, and adverse event investigations.
- Assist with training team members on processes and procedures using approved documents.
- Accurately complete documentation to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and promptly report results to QA.
- Assist with document management including SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids in the eQMS and within the facility.
- Support QA leadership in implementing and maintaining a quality management system including the eQMS
- Perform periodic review of procedures, forms, logs and master batch records (MBRs).

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.

Job Description
The Production Supervisor will report to the Senior Manager, Operations and will assist with multiple processes within gummy processing and packaging. Under the direction of the Manager, the Supervisor will ensure that technicians are performing their duties related to gummy processing and packaging. This position manages and has 10 to 20 direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Competent in all gummy processing and packaging tasks and works hands-on in the department daily
- Works with the Senior Manager, Operations and Lead Production Technicians on daily tasks in the department
- Supervises staff/department to ensure responsibilities are being met and work is being completed timely
- Understands, compiles, completes and maintains reports needed for management review to include recordkeeping
- Ability to coach staff, address issues and offer constructive feedback when required
- Shows the capability to communicate with management and all other co-workers on a professional basis

As a member of the management team, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the facilities and capital assets of the Company. Responsibilities:
- Maintain all facilities equipment, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and infrastructure throughout site to ensure efficient operation and productivity targets
- Understand all aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
- Manage facility vendors, service agreements, repair schedules to keep operation running with proactive systems maintenance; develop a preventative maintenance schedule and integrate with site functions
- Effectively manage the repair, maintenance, and safety budget while minimizing down time and assuring facilities are maintained to Good Manufacturing Practice
- Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation regarding compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of needs
- Provide logistical support for production functions, including supply procurement and distribution logistics; oversee the order process and inventory management

Curaleaf is hiring a QC Associate for our Gummy manufacturing process. The Associate will be responsible to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with site and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The Quality Technician will oversee the entire process for Gummy products and be responsible for compiling and verifying batch records and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
The Quality Control Associate will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished Gummies meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to site and regional leaders and document accordingly.
- Advise operators of problems and follow up to ensure resolution; troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Investigate and participate in correction activities as directed.
- Assist (or responsible?) with calibration, preventative, and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Continuously monitor processes to ensure sampling is appropriate to the product; color, flavor, weight, size, and appearance of the finished product meets specifications.
- Oversee QC for changeovers from one product or batch to another; ensure equipment and product continues to meet all specifications.
- Works with and trains new employees in all facets of Gummy manufacturing operation.

- Maintain HACCP for all products and processes manufactured onsite.
- Lifts containers of in-process, finished, or waste products and transports within the facility as necessary.

- Executes changeovers with precision to minimize machinery downtime.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels of components, dietary ingredients, and finished good through use of ERP system.
Qualification ATTRIBUTES & Skills Requirements:
- Experience as a Lead or Supervisor for a team/staff of 2 to 3 Technicians.
- 3-5 years of relevant CPG experience in production, packaging and processing equipment.
- Mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot and operate various types of machinery.
- Able to troubleshoot PLC, VFD, labelers, and high-speed automated lines.
- Good math and communication skills.
- Dietary Supplement experience desired.
- MS Office Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, disciplined with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the team, strong interpersonal skills.
- High personal standards, reliable and energetic team player with positive attitude and solid work ethic.

About the position

Job Title: Grower Technician - Springfield, KY
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Perform responsibilities/duties as required to ensure top quality plants are produced in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Walk greenhouses and scout plants for top quality and ensure shipping schedules are adhered to in a timely manner.
- Operate vents, fans and heaters to maintain proper growth environment in greenhouses.
- At times, growers will be required to perform duties such as watering, other duties, to be determined, and operate essential machinery.
- Assist with and/or perform additional operational duties and/or as directed by management.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education and Experience: Horticultural education preferred, but equivalent experience is satisfactory.
