Role Overview
Curaleaf is looking for a Production Technician for our Packaging Department who can become an integral part of our organization
and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to
beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none. This role will work to ensure that our product is successfully packaged while maintaining quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will perform administrative duties when need be including data entry, data transmitting, phone answering, email answering, analysis and document production.

The Packaging/Production Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf Florida. The schedule for this role is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- They must receive all the flower from cultivation, check and verify the weight of the material, receive and enter into the system with my supervision, create and save the new manifest of the product receive.
- Control the whole inventory inside the freezer and organize the product by number, keep record of the temperature in the freezer.
- Separate all the waste material to be destroyed.
- Complete the grinding schedule every week and maintain the grinding machine (Hight tech shedder) in a good condition.
- Based on the schedule left the ground material ready for extraction, prepare the TGR and submit the samples to the analytical lab for testing. (potency, moisture content).
- Maintain the extraction area clean and help the operators during the changeover in order to reduce the down time.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum.
- At least one year of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and improve each operation.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.

Job Summary
The Lead Production Technician (Packaging) is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

As a Production Tech, you'll be an essential part of the process of turning raw cannabis flower into our beautiful line of medicated products. Under the guidance of the management team, you will produce, package, and handle products, perform inventory duties, adhere to compliance requirements, and keep safety as your top priority while working daily in our facility. Job Summary
The Lead Production Technician (Packaging) is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

The Packaging/Production Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf Florida. The schedule for this role is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- They must receive all the flower from cultivation, check and verify the weight of the material, receive and enter into the system with my supervision, create and save the new manifest of the product receive.
- Control the whole inventory inside the freezer and organize the product by number, keep record of the temperature in the freezer.
- Separate all the waste material to be destroyed.
- Complete the grinding schedule every week and maintain the grinding machine (Hight tech shedder) in a good condition.
- Based on the schedule left the ground material ready for extraction, prepare the TGR and submit the samples to the analytical lab for testing. (potency, moisture content).
- Maintain the extraction area clean and help the operators during the changeover in order to reduce the down time.

- At least one year of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

Summary
Plant Jam is a Massachusetts Licensed Adult Use Cannabis Product Manufacturer. We are seeking a Production & Packaging Technician to help grow our lines of chef-inspired edibles, including our flagship brand of frozen desserts, Cloud Creamery. The technician will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operations and will report directly to the Executive Chef.
Essential Duties
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report/note any deviations from SOPs for quality assurance purposes.
- Formulate batches of cannabis infused products.
- Track formulations and materials/ingredient usage by batch.
- Prepare shipments according to compliance requirements.
- Learn and utilize METRC compliantly, as needed.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Assist supervisor with monthly inventory of packaging supplies.
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
- Load materials and products into inventory storage devices.
- Remove completed or defective products or materials.

These shifts include two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break. The duties of this position are required to be performed at the worksite.

- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
- Keep worksite organized and help with duties for order fulfillment/shipment

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Previous retail or manufacturing experience
- Previous assembly line experience
- Experience in the cannabis industry desirable, but not required
- Must be 21 years old
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
- Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction
- High level of integrity
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or be on their feet for long periods of time

The Production and Packaging Technician will be working with a variety of manufacturing/light industrial/production tasks. We have a very fast-paced environment. You must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed.
This is production assembly line work that requires performing repetitive tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up room for efficient operation of pre rolling, and packaging; labeling, boxing, inventory counts
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed

Job Description:
Lab Production and Packaging Technicians will be responsible for turning received oils from the extraction department and creating concentrates. Also responsible for the accurate handling and the sorting, packing, planning, and labeling of outgoing shipments for the Company.
Duties:
- Creating wax
- Filling and Packaging distillate cartridges
- Overseeing purge ovens
- Flipping slabs of shatter
- Sugar/crystal production.
- Maintain laboratory and equipment cleanliness to meet the state and local requirements
- Works with Inventory Manager to review, and confirm orders are in stock to ship
- Packaging and Labeling Accuracy
- Assists in QA inquiries, with Director of Safety and Quality Control
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Arizona Department of Health Services and company policies in the areas he/she operates
- Must pass all needed all background requirements to obtain a state dispensary agent card
- Must not have been convicted of any disqualifying felonies as defined in A.R.S. §36-2801
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures
- Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a digital scale.
- Experience in marijuana growing, cultivating, and trimming preferred
