Job Summary
The Closing Lead is a highly trusted Budtender that is trained to lead the closing process at the dispensary. This means that they have the authority to delegate tasks to other budtenders and escalate issues to management accordingly. Job Summary
Security personnel work under the supervision of the Security Specialist and are stationed strategically at the dispensary to enhance the security presence of the operation. Primarily working from the front end of the building and the reception area, Security are the first to greet customers at the door and the last to thank customers as they leave. General priorities of the Security personnel include but are not limited to ID verification, diversion prevention, code communication and enforcement, customer de-escalation, incident reporting, and contacting law enforcement if necessary. Job Summary: Retail Sales Associates must be enthusiastic, friendly and able to provide basic information regarding the store. They interact with patients/customers to advise them on the products for sale and must possess the ability to read patients/customers and tailor each shopping experience to meet their needs. Sales Associates are also responsible for communicating Good Chemistry's initiatives and principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide best patient/customer experience to whoever walks through the door
- Welcome each person entering the dispensary with a warm, friendly greeting
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Build rapport with patients/customers to ensure they return to Good Chemistry
- Enter patients/customers into Virtual Gateway and Biotrack systems
- Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Properly introduce first time patients/customers to the facility and category system
- Allocate of guest badges and maintain oversight on all vendor/visitor sign-in in compliance with the law
- Check ID's (both at front desk and again before purchase)
- Educate patients/customers on Good Chemistry's message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of product, serving size, and tolerance
- Make recommendations based on experience with products
- Complete daily checklists pertaining to daily store opening and closing duties, among other tasks
- Maintain appearance of store
- Maintain compliance and follow Good Chemistry procedures when completing a sale
- Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
- Responsible for all money and inventory on the sales floor or in designated POS station
- Package bulk flower into containers for sale
- Keep workstations in an orderly manner
- Guide patients/customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
- Communicate needs to Floor Captain, ASM, or SM when necessary
- Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand

Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist is a Budtender that receives additional training to support store management for compliant inventory activity. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and does not have any direct reports. However, they will be expected to support and cross-train other team members on basic inventory management tasks when appropriate. Store Management maintains control of the inventory planning, ordering, but will rely on the Inventory Specialist to ensure that all other inventory tasks are being completed in a timely and compliant manner.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and close any finished packages in METRC
- Compare zero packages to Flowhub and Dutchie and close/adjust thereafter
- Intake product and organize compliance and barcode labeling
- Maintain organization of all inventory bins and storage areas within limited access areas

- Execute compliant waste procedures when necessary
- Complete Weekly and Monthly Inventory Audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report incidents accordingly
- Audit/count essential dispensary supply items (accessories, packaging, receipt & label papers)
- Maintain inventory PAR levels and prepare list of low-quantity items for reorder
- Properly file METRC Manifests and invoices

Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) works closely with the Store Manager to plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes maintaining high store standards and conditions, maintaining optimal inventory levels, as well as fostering a positive work environment for Diem’s staff. As a representative of Store Management, the ASM is responsible for ensuring that all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook, Retail Operating Playbook, Operations Manual, and any additional policies, including those stored on the Gusto HR platforms, are properly being followed by the team.
Primary Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Ensure systemic conformity to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies by dispensary personnel
- Issue Corrective Action when necessary (in accordance with the Employee Handbook) for all issues related to employee conduct, violations of policy, veering off procedure, tardiness or unexcused absence.
- Work with dispensary leads and specialists to ensure proper execution of the Standard Operating Checklists; execute the Management Checklist with the SM.
- Aid the employees in solidifying and accomplishing their quarterly rocks
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and uniform menus in-store and online.
- Coordinate with budtenders to accomplish operational objectives, including the movement and labeling of inventory, the reporting of item and cash discrepancies, the execution of customer analytic and retention objectives set forth by Marketing.
- Serve as acting Store Manager (SM) when SM is away; assist the Store Manager as directed.
- Develop Interpersonal Development Plans with all team members and aid with the tracking of their performance metrics.
- Develop good client relationships and address customer service needs.
- Assist with the management of inventory, cash, maintenance and other operational functions with appropriate personnel as necessary.
- Oversee the weekly reporting of measurables to Company Scorecards.
- Liaise between company managers, customers and employees.
- Manage Metrc, Flowhub, Dutchie, Gusto, WhenIwork administrative functions.
- Troubleshooting any operational issues with technology or equipment.
- Maintain the overall culture of the store in a manner that is aligned with the company’s vision.
- Escort guests as needed, including but not limited to 3rd party vendors, contractors, regulators, city officials, banking partners, etc.
Store management will work from the "Management Checklist" and report incomplete tasks to the Vice President of Operations on a weekly basis. The expectation is that store management each spend at a minimum 40 hours per week in the dispensary. They should also expect to receive tasks outside of the dispensary day-to-day from Senior Leadership that may require additional hours inside or outside of the store. The role is intended to be primarily people driven, while leaving majority of day-to-day responsibilities to Specialists and the Operations Department.

Position Summary/Objective
The Product Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role is responsible for assisting customers in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service. Candidates must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively to the diverse Ethos customer base. We are building a strong ethical and team-oriented culture at Ethos and are looking for this position to be in step with this vision.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing Cannabis Product Associates. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure that customers are well- informed and satisfied with their purchases. Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus but is not required.Responsibilities
- Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Provide an excellent customer experience while assisting in the sale of cannabis products
- Consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience in all facets from customer entry to exit; ensure each customer receives full attention during their transaction
- Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Guide customer throughout the sales floor within the dispensary, making product recommendations based on customer need and available products
- Assist customers with choosing the right products according to their ailments
- Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times
- Operate cash register, computer-based point-of-sale (POS) system, and cash drawer
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures
- Verify customer allotment and ensure he/she is eligible to make purchases using the state system
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters at all times
- Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensary by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, customer satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
- Participate in periodic staff meetings
- Ensure POS counters are ready when dispensary opens
- Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
- Adhere to all cannabis regulations
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Local applicants preferred

This position is classified as Non-Exempt, and therefore, will be eligible to receive overtime pay based on federal and state requirements. While there is no promise of overtime, it may be required either on a regular or periodic basis due to business necessity. Eligibility to work overtime will be determined in accordance with local site practice.

Position Summary/Objective
The General Manager of Dispensary is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s Lynn location. This position will involve directly managing and making the dispensary operational. The General Manager serves as staff mentor and supervisor and Ethos brand ambassador.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative General Manager of Dispensary to provide leadership, direction, and support, overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all customers and hiring and developing a team of Product Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility with the launch and operation of the dispensary while maximizing sales with a customer service focus. Previous cannabis retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and policies to advance Ethos’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives at the store level
· Hire, develop, and train dispensary employees. Lead the development of employee training materials, including education and development of staff regarding cannabis strains, products, and consumption mechanisms
· Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary
· Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
· Maintain all confidential information
· Oversee store opening and closing activities
· Collaborate with other functional leaders in developing and implementing a best-in-class customer experience
· Deliver optimal productivity in stores through operational excellence, process improvement, and consistent resolution of challenges
· Conduct performance reviews of dispensary employees on a regular basis
· Interface with wholesalers and cultivation/production companies to negotiate and source quality product supply
· Coordinate and staff dispensary schedule
· Manage all aspects of dispensary with a customer-first mentality and an intense focus on company culture and ethics, customer service, sales growth, and brand standards
· Provide input regarding marketing strategy and initiatives in collaboration with current managers and marketing team
· Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation managers regarding compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of needs
· Serve as a liaison to the local community
· Coordinate outreach and educational programming (with input from cultivation/production companies and marketing team)
· Interface with IT managers to develop and continually assess technology implementation and adjust based on business needs
· Ensure compliance on all policies, standards, and values
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
· Stay abreast of customer and business trends and actively communicate with corporate stakeholders to provide input on retail and strategic business initiatives
· Ensure that physical environment is safe, sanitary, and that all equipment/technology is in good working order
· Lead initiatives, store strategies, and specific projects at the store level that may be assigned by executive-level management
· Report directly to the Manager of Retail Operations
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience:
· Significant managerial experience in a retail or restaurant environment
· Cannabis experience preferred
· Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and management and employee training programs
· Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
· Human Resources management experience including hiring, training, records management, performance reviews, payroll processing, and more
· Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties
