Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Edibles Line Cook will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality edibles. Role Responsibilities
- Producing cannabis infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the government to ensure all product is manufactured within the confines of the law.
- Maintaining correct sanitation for work areas, sanitation logs, checking for any possible health code violations and mitigating the risk of cross contamination.
- Meeting set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency.
- Operating PH meter to monitor acidity levels of gummy production.
- Test humidity with humidity readers, log temperature and RH and monitor daily.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
Uniform:
- Employer-supplied hairnets and gloves
- Employer-supplied uniform
- Sleeveless shirts/tank tops not allowed
- Shorts, skirts not allowed
- Jewelry not allowed
- Facial piercings not allowed
