We are looking for an ambitious Edible Specialist (Assistant Cook) to assist in the preparation of unique cannabis infused confections in our kitchen. You are responsible for the daily preparation and production of a variety of cannabis products. They weigh, mix, and combine ingredients based on set recipes and SOP’s, and then cook the ingredients in Kettles, Vats, or ovens. These cooked ingredients are then cut, rolled, or deposited into molds to cool. The cooled product is then transferred to the packaging department to complete the production. Candy makers execute action plans that meet operational and organization objectives in a timely manner.
Candidates must be willing to wear multiple hats and help where needed for the business when there is a lull in cooking. (I.E. PAD/Pop Up Events in Dispensaries, Budtender Training, Retail Audits, Cleaning, Distribution Support, Logistics/Deliveries)
