Our Orange, CA facility is currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Laboratory Assistant to join our team.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Preparing samples for digestion or extraction as needed (includes but is not limited to: weighing soils, making composites, crushing samples, incremental sampling, product sampling, etc)
- Washing glassware
- Preparing reagents as needed
- Conducting simple water quality assays
- Data entry
- Facility housekeeping/maintenance
- Perform support tasks as needed
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance Program and other policies
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Health and Safety Plan
- Other duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Lab Director
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Daily monitoring of sample scheduling to ensure that samples are analyzed within EPA's and methods’ holding time
- Schedule workload in order to report data within clients expected due dates
- Routine sample preparation and analysis according to Standard Methods 846 and EPA methods
- Performs analyst's review of data and QC
- Reviews of QA/QC criteria for batch acceptance
- Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures and follow safe work practices
- Participates in instruments' preventative maintenance and trouble shooting
- Participates in focus teams to improve efficiency
- Be flexible in work schedule including overtime when needed

The role of a HR Generalist is both strategic and hands-on, providing full cycle Human Resources partnership to our field laboratory teams. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional partnership, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Drive successful execution of HR and talent management processes related to organizational development, talent and leadership development, evolving a culture, and coaching and advising leaders, in addition to the HR fundamentals of performance management, compensation, and employment relations in accordance with federal and state employment laws
- Partner closely with employees and leaders to influence key organizational strategy, structure, communication, and people decisions to allow us to scale and grow as One Montrose

As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Analyze water and soil samples for alkalinity, conductivity (EC), pH, settlable solids, total dissolved solids (TDS), total suspended solids (TSS), and turbidity.
- Analyze water and soil samples for Oil & grease, Oil & Grease with silica cleanup, cyanide, sulfides, BTU, corrosivity, Ferrous iron, Flash point, Ignitability, MBAS, Phenols, Ortho and total phosphates, Reactive Cyanide, Reactive Sulfide, Salinity.
- Analyze water and soil samples for Ammonia, BOD, COD, Hexavalent Chromium, and TOCWB
- Cleaning of laboratory glassware
- Maintaining clean laboratory areas
- Maintaining organized records of sample preparation and analysis
- Overhead projects designed to improve efficiency of, or accuracy of analyses
- Assisting the Group Leaders and analysts in acquiring and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation

- Repair PC and server hardware failures.
- Program new EDD and report templates to meet client requirements.
- Provide assistance with and training in the use of LIMS/DM software in cases where others are unable to resolve.
- Program new quality control automation, instrument/LIMS interfaces, and LIMS user interfaces.
- Manage and maintain supplies of computer hardware.
- Ensure computer systems are adequately backed up.

A successful Commercial Sales Rep with Advanced Nutrients will work with large business prospects promoting our products in the market using strategies that maximize sales.:

- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.

Our Orange, CA facility is currently seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join our Metals Department.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Daily monitoring of sample scheduling to ensure that samples are analyzed within EPA's and methods’ holding time
- Schedule workload in order to report data within clients expected due dates
- Routine sample preparation and analysis according to Standard Methods 846 and EPA methods
- Performs analyst's review of data and QC
- Reviews of QA/QC criteria for batch acceptance
- Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures and follow safe work practices
- Participates in instruments' preventative maintenance and trouble shooting
- Participates in focus teams to improve efficiency
- Be flexible in work schedule including overtime when needed
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Company
- Compliance with Enthalpy's Quality Assurance Program and other policies
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

As a key member of the Volatiles team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Analysts perform chemical measurements and other tasks to meet the expectations of our clients by efficiently and profitably generating defensible data on time.
- GC/MS quantitative sample analysis.
- Instrument calibration, validation, and method development
- Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
- Preparation of data summaries for inclusion in client reports.

- Preparing samples for digestion or extraction as needed (includes but is not limited to: weighing soils, making composites, crushing samples, incremental sampling, product sampling, etc)
- Preparing reagents as needed
- Conducting simple water quality assays
- Data entry
- Waste disposal
- Facility housekeeping/maintenance

Our Orange, CA facility is currently seeking a Full-Time Laboratory Technician to join our Wet Chemistry Department.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Analyze water and soil samples for alkalinity, conductivity (EC), pH, settlable solids, total dissolved solids (TDS), total suspended solids (TSS), and turbidity.
- Analyze water and soil samples for Oil & grease, Oil & Grease with silica cleanup, cyanide, sulfides, BTU, corrosivity, Ferrous iron, Flash point, Ignitability, MBAS, Phenols, Ortho and total phosphates, Reactive Cyanide, Reactive Sulfide, Salinity.
- Analyze water and soil samples for Ammonia, BOD, COD, Hexavalent Chromium, and TOCWB
- Cleaning of laboratory glassware
- Maintaining clean laboratory areas
- Maintaining organized records of sample preparation and analysis
- Overhead projects designed to improve efficiency of, or accuracy of analyses
- Assisting the Group Leaders and analysts in acquiring and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance Program and other policies
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Health and Safety Plan
- Other duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Lab Director

- Preparing samples for digestion or extraction as needed (includes but is not limited to: weighing soils, making composites, crushing samples, incremental sampling, product sampling, etc)

As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Preparing samples for digestion or extraction as needed (includes but is not limited to: weighing soils, making composites, crushing samples, incremental sampling, product sampling, etc)
- Washing glassware
- Preparing reagents as needed
- Conducting simple water quality assays
- Data entry

As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including but not limited to:
- Project set-up in laboratory database and maintenance with focus on client contact information, analysis, turn-around-times and deliverables
- Initiating field supply orders
- Sample login review
- Delivery of acknowledgment letters and communication of anomalies and/or analytical issues
- Tracking project progress, updating all required databases as needed
- Timely report and data delivery
- The Project Manager fosters and develops positive client and colleague relationships and acts as a liaison between the two as such.

Our Orange, CA facility is currently seeking a Full-Time Laboratory Equipment Technician to join our Air Department.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Lab Equipment Technicians oversee the daily operation, maintenance and repair of environmental sampling equipment. This includes cleaning, certifying and maintaining the inventory and supporting Laboratory operations
- Daily shipping, receiving and processing of equipment request and samples based on clients’ needs
- Preparation, calibration, certification and repair of equipment
- Maintaining clean laboratory areas
- Maintaining organized records of equipment requests and fulfillment
- Tracking inventory from multiple sites
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance Program and other policies
- Comply with Enthalpy’s Health and Safety Plan
- Other duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Lab Director

As a key member of the Volatiles team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Analysts perform chemical measurements and other tasks to meet the expectations of our clients by efficiently and profitably generating defensible data on time.
- GC/MS quantitative sample analysis.
- Instrument calibration, validation, and method development
- Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 9 laboratories servicing air, water, soil, tobacco, cannabis, and toxicology testing. Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.
Our Orange, CA Lab is currently seeking at Analyst I to join our Air Group. Analysts perform chemical measurements and other tasks to meet the expectations of our clients by efficiently and profitably generating defensible data on time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm or Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 7:30 pm
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Analysis of environmental samples using various laboratory instruments including GC and GC/MS
- Review data and submit reports
- Calibrate, maintain, and repair instruments
- Prepare calibration standards
- Assist in cleaning sample canisters and trains, assembling equipment orders for Clients
- Maintain reagents & supplies inventory and order replacements.
- Keep workstation clean & organized
- Communicating relevant updates to applicable people in a timely manner
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Company
- Compliance with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance Program and other policies
- Compliance with Company’s Health and Safety Plan
- Able to work overtime and or weekends
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. - BA/BS in a Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
- 1-2 years in an analytical testing environment (academic or professional) preferred

- Previous experience with EPA, ASTM and SCAQMD methodologies
- Knowledge of analytical instruments, general lab practices and lab safety
- Well organized and have an attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
- Good organization and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
