Summary
The Production Technician (Packaging) directly reporting to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for executing and maintaining all daily operations of the Production and Packaging Department to achieve the company initiatives. Additionally, the Production Technician maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Packaging marijuana across the company production department.
- Coordinate waste disposal upon completion of each order and ensure policies and procedures for waste disposal are adhered to.
- Ensuring waste is properly stored, either in the Plant Trash Bins or the General/Non-Plant Trash Bins.
- Ensuring products are properly stored and labeled.
- Audit and record all weights of all cannabis material given by Production Lead from start to order completion on the appropriate Control Sheet. Immediately informing Production Lead of any discrepancies in weights
- Execute the preparation, production, and packaging of cannabis products
- Monitor, clean and maintain all trim and packaging equipment and operate all equipment safely in its intended manner.
- Complete all orders of products as delegated from Production Manager in an efficient and timely manner, meeting all necessary deadlines
- Request equipment maintenance, purchases, and repairs with the Production Manager as a need is noticed
- Ensure compliance at all times with all sanitation regulations and safety standards in the production of all extracted products produced by the company as set in the company’s Policy and Procedure Manuals
- Performing duties as needed outlined in the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Reviewing Communication Binder for current information and updates at the start of every shift
- Executing and enforcing compliance of all local and state regulations.
- Follow weekly schedules to ensure there is proper coverage based on the business needs
- Upholding all the company policies and procedures.
Training & Development:
- Consistent development of packaging skills.
- Participating in quarterly department meetings.
- Owning personal training and development regarding current on product knowledge and policies and procedures and seeking out answers as needed from the Production Manager
- Providing documentation and feedback to the Production Manager for the completion of team annual performance evaluations self-evaluations.
- Following flawlessly all company Time and Attendance Policies
Controlling & Preventing Loss:
- Proficient in product protection.
- Maintain current and up to date knowledge of security procedures and protocols as applicable to position and facility.
- Assisting in the execution of monthly product and supply inventory audits as needed
- Maintain current and up to date knowledge Loss Prevention (LP) procedures

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with Maryland state medical cannabis regulations. The Inventory Coordinator coordinates inventory tracking within the Maryland Metrc system and BioTrack.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate inventory recording in all phases of the dispensary product's lifecycle.
- Manage product intake; ensuring the product received matches the invoice and input the product into the POS system using the correct naming conventions.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.
- Assist with managing inventory levels in alignment with promotions.
- Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records.
- Oversee inventory deliveries, including signing manifests and properly filing the documentation.
- Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations to determine root cause and initiate subsequent corrective action.
- Maintain control over facility vault(s).

The Dispensary Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.

Operations

- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, MJ Freeway, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.

The Dispensary Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.

Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members

Duties
This position will:
- Develop high-accuracy gas chromatographic methods for trace organic analysis, and quantitative NMR methods for primary component analysis.
- Use of high-resolution analytical methods using gas chromatography, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic spectroscopy for the identification and quantitative determination of organic chemical species in a variety of samples.
- Work with chemical sample preparation techniques for organic constituents of chemical standards.
- Analyze reference materials and interlaboratory study materials and apply analytical measurement results for the identification and assignment of amount of substance values to both neat chemical standards and complex matrices, such organic polymers, cannabis materials and plant-based reference materials.

Our fulfillment staff is responsible for supporting the Inventory Manager with the day to day operations of the inventory/order fulfillment to ensure cannabis and other products are successfully managed from delivery to guest checkout. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, yearend audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
- Oversee month end close process including timely delivery of close package and related analysis
- Assist team in ensuring all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial regulations
- Ensure proper valuation of inventory and costs of goods sold at period end
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and assist in periodic audits including yearend audit
- Liaise with parent company and Regional Controller to ensure goals and initiatives are being met
- Train and develop finance staff; set goals, tasks, and department succession planning
- Collaborate with Regional Controller and parent company’s accounting team on various projects
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance/Economics), and a CPA
- Experience in the Computer Software / Information Technology industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience with US Federal and State taxes preferred.
- Experience with SAP Business One is preferred
- Exceptional eye for detail and are comfortable managing very large amounts of data.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required, able to connect with remote multi-levels teams.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating a curriculum and training agents on all subjects outlined in MMC program regulations, and tracking yearly training requirements.

- Train for and adapt to several roles in the dispensary to meet day-to-day requirements: waiting room service, consultation service, checkout service, and inventory management are areas of proficiency.

The Flowhub Product Support team is looking for a Product Support Queue Supervisor
This role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of the product support customer queues. This will involve actively monitoring incoming contacts from customers, as well as routinely running reports on open/on-hold tickets. The Queue Lead will need to be comfortable advising agents on their queue presence and provide constructive feedback as needed. This role will begin the foundation of our Quality Assurance program and as the team expands, this person will be a key role in developing and maintaining the QA program.
They will work directly with management around scheduling and staffing for the team. An ideal candidate is able to work independently and has the ability to proactively adjust their workflow as the business needs require.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating the health of the queue to the frontline & escalation teams.

The Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary department operations are in compliance with the DOH and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients
- Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations mission
- Provide departmental leadership to assure that all departmental operations such as admissions, patient consulting, product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost efficient, compassionate and compliant manner

- Reviewing, maintaining and updating all departmental SOP's and assuring that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management
- Overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with all departmental SOP's
Compliance
- Practice policies and procedures related to the protection of personal and sensitive data must be adhered to at all times and only divulged to authorize persons
- Assists the Regional Manager in maintaining all regulatory licenses and renewals
- Responsible for ensuring all employees state registration identification cards are renewed each year
- First point of departmental contact with State and Local regulatory representatives

Inventory Control and Management
- Creating new product and price points for cannabis products and paraphernalia products
- Ensuring proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations

Marketing and Outreach
- Organize and lead guest tours and maintaining relationships with physicians, patients, politicians and professionals in the community that we serve

- Coordinate on the success of promotions, coupon and recommend future promotions and sales

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with Maryland state medical cannabis regulations. The Inventory Coordinator coordinates inventory tracking within the Maryland Metrc system and BioTrack.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate inventory recording in all phases of the dispensary product's lifecycle.
- Manage product intake; ensuring the product received matches the invoice and input the product into the POS system using the correct naming conventions.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Customer Experience:
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.

Operations:

Role Overview
We are looking for a customer service-oriented and driven candidate to join one of our many Herbology dispensaries. The Herbologist is a motivated, friendly and passionate team member who assists in every day-to-day responsibility throughout the retail space. The Herbologist is a person who strives to make great product recommendations and provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance are a must for this role. The Herbologist transcends cannabis culture by introducing a fresh approach to using cannabis for experienced customers, and newcomers alike.
Responsibilities
- Train for and adapt to several roles in the dispensary to meet day-to-day requirements: waiting room service, consultation service, checkout service and inventory management are areas of proficiency.
- Demonstrate high level product knowledge while remaining translatable to seasoned cannabis veterans and brand-new customers alike.
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations.
- Assist and support team members with positivity and proactivity in all day-to-day matters.
- Managing time and respecting protocol under fast-paced retail conditions are a must.
- Master point-of-sale systems and assist in inventory management.
- Respect rules, guidelines and company standards at all times.
Requirements
- Familiarity with MD Medical Cannabis Program rules and regulations.
- Ability to acquire a state credential by passing required background check and any other requirement listed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff members and managers.
- Efficacy with technology and point of sale systems.
- A fundamental understanding of cannabinoids and their effects on the body is preferred.
- Customer service and/or retail experience.
- A passion for cannabis that is translatable to a diverse group of ages, ethnicities and professionals.

- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e., dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other related work as required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required
- Must be 21 years old and pass the criminal background check
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computing skills
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
