JOB SUMMARY:
The Demand Planner Program Manager is the Owner of the Demand Planning process (PSI) at Advanced Nutrients. This role is ultimately responsible for the development and accuracy of Demand Plans though the accountability for the data in the demand plan resides with Sales department. This role is responsible for communicating the demand plans to the Master Planner thus improving alignment with the Production and Raw Materials planning processes and objectives within Advanced Nutrients. The incumbent will seek standardization of Demand Planning best practice and also enhance demand planning knowledge and technical skills in the organization thus supporting Regional and Local Demand Planning teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- To maintain and continuously develop the demand planning process driving performance improvements in collaboration with regional and local sites.
- To develop and communicate demand plans to the Master Planner and adjacent departments.
- Develop and track demand plans for new product launches as well as products phasing out interacting with Project teams and Business Unit organizations
- Manage master data related to the Demand Planning Process particularly Product Hierarchies - though these are normally set by Product Management.
- Develop accurate demand plans for the annual Budget process in collaboration with Finance, Procurement and Supply and Production Planning organizations
- Develop and track meaningful Key Performance Indicators for Demand Planning fostering continuous improvement.
- This position reports to the Planning Manager and provides support to the Planning organization.
- This role interacts with several functions across the business that range from Sales to Global Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement, and is the ambassador of the Demand Planning process at Advanced Nutrients. The incumbent should also interact regularly with senior management to drive alignment between demand plans and financial planning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelors Degree that encompasses the area of Supply Chain, Logistics required.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and/or S&OP environments required.

We are looking for an experienced Safety Specialist in our up-and-coming facility in Woodland, WA to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation. This position will perform regular safety audits and inspections, and assist with the administration of safety policies and continuous improvement assessments to reduce risk to the safety of our team members. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that there are no potential health or safety hazards to workers, that workers and the employer have been apprised of their responsibilities, and that first aid services and equipment meet current criteria
- Undertake compliance audits and ensure the company, site, and team members are compliant
- Participates in investigations, assist with identification of root causes, and develop corrective actions
- Inspecting workplaces (including equipment) to ensure that a safe work environment is being maintained and work procedures reflect effective accident prevention practices
- Monitors Emergency Response Plans and takes appropriate action in response to any emergency
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with local Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
- Consult and educate team members on occupational health and safety matters
- Coordinate education and training for all team members in OH&S systems, legislative and regulatory requirement and safe working practices
- Attend and participate in monthly OH&S meetings

- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Trim dept tasks, Cure dept tasks, Packaging dept tasks, IPM dept tasks, Irrigation dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area.
- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the cultivation.
- Participate with efficient productivity and teamwork when resetting a cultivation space for reload.
- Contribute and support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Leads of Farm and Supervisor of Farm.
- This person does not supervise others.
Job Requirement
- To apply for a new position, employees must have served within this position for at least three months and be in good-standing before submitting the Grow Transfer Request form to the direct supervisor.
Working Conditions
- Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is part of a fast paced environment.
- Working in warmer, agricultural conditions, wearing cover-all uniforms for protective layering.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail.
- Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others. Demonstrates respectful verbal and written communication capability.
- Knowledge and background in cannabis cultivating preferred.
- Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Marijuana Regulatory Agency Enforcement Division.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Plant Manager in our Woodland, WA production facility. You will be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials
- Review and summarize various reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Take minutes, prepare agendas, make arrangements for meetings
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare memos, letters and reports
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed
