Job Summary:
The Cannabis Kitchen Technician is responsible for day-to-day operations within the MIP/cGMP certified facility including the production, cooking, weighing ingredients, and packaging of edibles produced by Colorado Cannabis Company. The Cannabis Kitchen Technician is responsible for cleaning and facility upkeep while adhering to all company policy and MED Industry regulations to include maintaining the cGMP certification of the facility. The Kitchen Production Associate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. This position involves multiple parts of a dynamic process. This is a full time position with a set schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the Cannabis Kitchen Manager is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively
- The Cannabis Kitchen Technician is responsible for consistent, sanitary and safe production and packaging of infused cannabis products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced
- Ensure that production work is performed by following standard operating procedures.
- Measure ingredients and products accurately so that optimal levels of production are met.
- Perform a series of preventive and general maintenance tasks on production equipment and tools.
- Weigh and store finished products ensuring that all pertinent information is recorded in logs.

Job Summary
The Kitchen Tech will work closely with production managers to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality cannabis edibles. Communication, attention to detail and time management are critical to the success of our production department. The day to day tasks of producing products infused with various cannabis derived oils. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare ingredients, work area and equipment for production, including performing regular check to ensure equipment is functioning to the highest capacity.
- Prep, mix, cook, pour, deposit, and store all cannabis consumables.
- Accurately read, record and communicate all kitchen data, counts, measurements and weights.
- Report any variation or deviation from expected values for process times, yields, and any other defined product characteristics throughout the production process to site management.
- Ensure inventory is tracked in a compliant manner in Track and Trace systems and establish inventory par levels for raw ingredients.
- Enforce the company Employee Hygiene Policy for working in a food manufacturing facility.
- Enforce kitchen equipment maintenance and management policies.
- Assist in research and development, to identify areas where edible recipes and formulation processes can be improved.
- Propose changes to documentation or production processes to improve Safety, Quality and Efficiency of products.
- Assist in the disposal of all waste materials.

Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of commercial production experience and or 1 year producing confectionary edibles in a commercial environment.
- Experience with cannabis extracts, edibles production and different infusion techniques.
- Understands ingredient interactions/functionality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all kitchen equipment.

Cannabis Edibles Kitchen Technician

Summary:
Oak Canna, LLC is seeking an Edibles Kitchen Technician. The Edibles Kitchen Technician is responsible for multifunctional support of production and packaging our infused edible products. The Edibles Kitchen Technician completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor. Day-to-day tasks include prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and operating production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Oak Canna, LLC.
Cannabis Edible Kitchen Technician will assist in preparation of infused edibles with our production staff, while safely and efficiently using equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience in cannabis and/or kitchen is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
- Strong work ethic with repetitive tasks.
- Easy going and a team player with a small group.
- Can stand or sit for long periods of time depending on task.
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and measurements.
- Ability to be trained on various activities, machines, and systems.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sanitation
- Follow all GMP, HACCP and Q/A processes in the facility.
- Assist in the implementation of Edible Kitchen systems and SOPs.
- Maintain relevant training as new products are introduced.

Position Summary
Nuthera Labs located in Riverside, MO is a newly opening cannabis lab seeking a full-time Kitchen Technician to join our team. The right candidate for this role is a self-starter and team player, who will apply their knowledge of food production and packaging in performing a broad range of duties related to the day-to-day operations and production of cannabis products.

Key Position Responsibilities
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen
- Prepare all edibles in a sanitary and timely manner
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen
- Carefully follow all standard operating procedures and PPE requirements
- Record all pertinent information for manufactured products into daily production logs
- Maintain relevant training as new products are introduced
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Position Qualifications
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must obtain and retain a state Facility Agent Identification Card
- Current ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required
- METRC experience is a plus but not required
- Chocolate, confection, and/or baking experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
- Previous cannabis lab experience preferred

Edibles Kitchen Technician Tao Gardens is hiring an Edibles Kitchen Technicians for their Eugene location. We have a part-time positions available in a high-volume, fast paced, production driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication as well as the ability to multi-task to stay on track.
Part-time schedule are less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for benefits.
This position is responsible for producing quality cannabis infused edibles. Supports and adheres to company’s mission and standards of conduct.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below.
· Measure flavors and cannabis product
· Prepare and cook candy consistently
· Clean and organize work area
· Completes post processing to create consistent product
· Minimizes waste of product
