- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
- Strong work ethic with repetitive tasks.
- Easy going and a team player with a small group.
- Can stand or sit for long periods of time depending on task.
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and measurements.

- Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
- Occasional travel by conventional means within the region and to other locations as required (Harrison Township & Detroit).
