About the Job:
In any role with the company, one will be required to follow all Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) rules and regulations as well as all facility and company policies pertaining to the safe handling of cannabis and cannabis products as well as all pertinent personnel safety policy and guidance.
The Compliance Lead is a key role that will help to ensure adherence to all regulations in the cultivation, processing, inventory, tracking, and sales of cannabis and infused products. The compliance lead will be primarily based in the Leominster site with infrequent travel expected to other MIM dispensaries, currently one in Norwood. This role is heavily dependent on digital systems and software, Microsoft excel, and accurate data management. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detailed, and has experience with or can learn digital systems very quickly. - Complete understanding of seed to sale software functionality and operation including the ability to digitally process plants and product batches - all steps from start to finish, plant creation of seed/clone through retail sale or destruction, and ability to assist the team as needed.
- Lead all 3rdparty lab testing responsibilities and processes including main point of contact for all parties including MIM leadership, the testing lab, and transport team. Ability to digitally and/or physically prepare and/or convert finished batches into lab sample, coordinating lab transport scheduling, input/update all lab sample results data into seed to sale, and maintain a shared testing data spreadsheet record.
- Assign 3rdparty testing results data to products and product batches with an exceptional degree of accuracy
- Primary contact between the production team and software support team(s).
- Regular and detailed production audits including plants, batches, packages, and/or waste via seed to sale and physical verification.
- Utilizing a shared live production data sheet, or other communications from various departments, update seed to sale as needed, actively executing batch conversions as they become ready to better streamline production, labeling, etc.
- Digital label template creation, precise input of necessary information, physical label printing, and label quality control for accuracy and compliance requirements.
- Various other seed to sale functions such as creating new products, updating the master product categories, inputting new strain information, checking for errors, reconciling discrepancies.
- Product vault inventory management in Leominster (Cultivation and Processing license), maintaining accurate batch location and/or stage physically and in seed to sale (testing, curing, ready for retail, extraction, quarantine etc.)
- Report generation via seed to sale and distributed to the leadership team as needed.
- Presence for support during Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) planned or surprise inspections
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and communicate one’s responsibilities around the changing needs of the production, sales, and business goals.
- Additional responsibilities may be asked of you at time to generate redundancy within the company including, though not limited to –
- Take lead on all fulfillment wholesale or dispensary (Norwood) bound orders including Manifest creation (Metrc), Internal Manifest weigh sheets, picking/preparing orders in the vault and overseeing the physical transfer on-site.

Position Summary:
General Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dispensary building. Ensuring that dispensary operations run efficiently while remaining compliant with State and RevClinics regulations. As a General Manager you will also partner cross-functionally with the Delivery General Manager in all opening/ closing procedures and troubleshooting. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Kitchen Tech will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality edibles. Communication, attention to detail, and time management are critical to the success of our Kitchen and to the continued success of our kitchen operation. The Kitchen Tech is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with navigating day to day operations of producing products infused with various Cannabis derived oils. Must be able to follow instructions and react quickly even in high stress environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Producing cannabis infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the government to ensure all products are manufactured within the confines of the law.
- Assist Kitchen Manager in the creation of new recipes and products.
- Learn various recipes and methods of preparation of medicated products.
- Meeting set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency.
- Meticulously record all work performed when creating recipes and produce final procedures for each recipe created.
- Check products and pull random samples to monitor quality and consistency.
- Assist Kitchen Manager with calculating cost of ingredients so that products are developed within targeted cost range.
- Maintain live counts on all infused edibles products.
- Keeping track of non-medicated product and monitoring levels of raw materials.
- Maintaining correct sanitation for work areas, sanitation logs, checking for any possible health code violations and mitigating the risk of cross contamination.
- Assist with the labeling and packaging of final products when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- A great attitude is essential.
- at least 1 year experience in kitchen or food services role
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
- Experience producing candies, chocolates, cookies, brownies, etc. preferred.

About the Job:
The edibles manager runs the kitchen which is dedicated to making cannabis-infused foods. They manage a kitchen staff as well as a packaging staff. About the Job: The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Post-Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitation and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.

Lab Technician
The Extraction Technician will work closely with the Laboratory Operations Manager and the processing team to manufacture and package pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis products. The Facility Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of day-to-day cannabis grow and extraction facility operations and staff. Valiant seeks motivated and operationally-minded intelligence analyst professionals to provide on-site intelligence analytical support for law enforcement intelligence fusion center in Orange County, CA. The Center executes its missions of counterterrorism, crime prevention and all-hazard public safety in an information sharing environment (ISE).
The Senior Intelligence Analyst performs all-source intelligence in support of the Center's intelligence missions in the Center's operational area. Ensures the timely development and distribution of intelligence, provides intelligence/analytic subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders, develops intelligence products, assists and trains other analysts in analysis and production, and provides investigative support related to cyber incidents.
U.S. Government security clearance required. Both Federal and Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD) background investigations will be required. See Additional Requirements for details.
Law enforcement, counterterrorism, and/or military intelligence background highly desired.
Analysts work a 4/10 schedule (ten hours per day, four consecutive days a week), generally during business hours, though start times are flexible. Some after-hours availability and willingness to respond to the fusion center during emergencies are expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Conduct all-source intelligence analysis. Perform in depth exploration of real-time open source analysis sites including the review of information sources.
Conduct research and expanded electronic searches linking California and the fusion center area of responsibility with international and domestic events. Access various government and non-government databases, sources and software through unclassified and classified platforms.
Provide timely and relevant intelligence analytical products for partner agencies in urban area. Products may include verbal analysis or written reports, including threat assessments, trends analysis, information bulletins, special event assessments, tactical information, and other analytical products.
Use analytic tools to create charts, maps, timelines, and link diagrams for the purpose of demonstrating analytical findings, including target relationships, and time sequence of events.
Assist in vetting of tips and leads to ensure compliance with National Suspicious Activity Report Initiative and adhere to Privacy/Civil Liberties and Civil Rights guidelines.
Support strategic analysis of threats facing the area of responsibility. As tasked, provide more tactical analysis for partners/stakeholders to assist in decision making and allocation of resources.
Maintain community focus. Foster and maintain relationships with local, state, federal and private sector partners. Assist the training and outreach unit in coordinating fusion center related training and outreach events.
Perform other duties related to intelligence, investigations, and other missions as directed by Center leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of intelligence/analytical experience and educational requirements (below).
Experience providing proficient and authoritative intelligence analysis to support senior level decision-makers and operational elements in complex law enforcement, public safety, and national security mission sets.
Experienced user of all-source intelligence collection and analytical methods to include Open Source information. Extensive experience in conducting intensive database searches, extracting information, and analyzing the information. Experienced in multi-discipline analyses of complex, network-centric target sets.
Experience writing all-source intelligence products based on various sources and intelligence disciplines. Experience with preparing written products for executive level staff.
Experience making presentations to technical and non-technical audiences regarding intelligence information and analysis.
Experience identifying threats, capabilities, and intelligence gaps, as well as communicating requirements to fill those gaps.
Experience in prioritizing, categorizing, and responding to requests for information.
Proficiency using computer applications, including graphics and presentation software and databases, and intelligence related automation.

About the Job: The Cultivation Manager is responsible for daily operations in cultivation including processes and procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering cycles, and the pre-harvest phase. Through the Assistant Cultivation Manager, the Cultivation Manager will provide oversight of all Cultivation Associates and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with DOH, OSHA, EPA, MED, CCC and state regulations at all times. Additionally, the Cultivation Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. This ensures the quality of product meets or exceeds standards.
- Design and implement a cultivation schedule aimed at utilizing the full potential of the facility to produce consistent, high-quality medical marijuana and ensure the needs of plants are being met at all times.
- Identify nutrient deficiencies and environmental problems, providing and implementing immediate solutions, and tracking and analyzing the outcome of those solutions.
- Train and manage Assistant Cultivation Manager, Cultivation Supervisor and Cultivation Associates in appropriate and approved cultivation methods, processes, and procedures
- Supervise and manage Assistant Cultivation Manager, Cultivation Supervisor and Cultivation Associates, ensuring proper scheduling of staff with adequate coverage to address cultivation needs
- Develop fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules, and enforce adherence to those schedules
- Develop and implement an IPM plan in accordance to state and local rules and regulations
- Ensure proper execution of established cultivation SOPs, coordinating with the Facilities Manager to update procedures as necessary
- Ensure needs of plants are being met at all times, overseeing the daily activities relating to proper light intensity and positions, irrigation, fertilization, plant maintenance, sanitation and equipment functionality
- Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation, including but not limited to: transplanting, pruning, defoliating, watering and feeding.
- Perform daily quality inspections of plants and their environment, immediately identifying and resolving problems

- Schedule harvest of plants with the Post-Harvest Manager, based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation

- Perform employee trainings for Cultivation Associates at the time of onboarding and anytime that a procedure is adjusted or implemented
