Nuthera Labs located in Riverside, MO is a newly opening cannabis lab seeking a full-time packager to join our team. The right candidate for this role is organized, a self-starter and team player, who will apply their knowledge of food production and packaging in performing a broad range of duties related to the day-to-day operations and production of cannabis products.

Key Position Responsibilities
- Carefully follow all standard operating procedures and PPE requirements

- Observe quality of product and report any issues
- Responsible for proper use, safety, maintenance, and sanitation of designated equipment
- Process finished product to desired company standards following quality control standards
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and appropriate controls and audits are in place to secure data and processing integrity
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Position Qualifications
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must obtain and retain a state Facility Agent Identification Card
- METRC experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
- Previous cannabis lab experience preferred but not required

- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter

Key Position Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Inventory Manager, perform cycle counts, update physical inventory and ensure inventory is accurate at all times
- Work closely with Managers to help meet supply needs, quality and delivery requirements
- Record, count, and stock items daily
- Work directly with Manager to ensure facility is maintained in an organized and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory and reconcile physical inventories with records
- Shipping and receiving duties: Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, receive/unpack items as necessary
- Pull and pack orders
- Assist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods audits
- Fulfill all duties related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery in accordance with established regulations, labeling requirements, etc
- Comply with all rules and regulations as identified by the state
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members
- Additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Proficient with Excel
- Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above.
