This role requires open availability and is expected to be "on call" for escalated, time-sensitive retail issues outside of typical office hours. The Director of Retail role will also contribute to Bud's Goods & Provisions' responsibilities per any future advisory agreements made to support other retails in the state.
Job Duties
- Manage Bud's retail operations teams with a responsibility for maximizing revenue and profitability of Bud's owned and managed dispensaries
- Responsible for short-term and long-term planning in areas of retail budgeting, goal-setting, and performance efficiencies for all retail locations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Lead retail teams to drive efficiency with in-store scheduling, payroll forecasting, reporting and the administration of employee incentive programs
- Monitor and report on company-wide retail KPIs and operational metrics to Management; analyze KPIs by location and report on progress weekly/monthly/annually (KPIs will include revenue goals and staff turnover rates)

Summary

Position Summary
The Director of Retail will be a key member of the Company’s management team.
