JOB SUMMARY
Lead Patient Care Associates (LCPA) are responsible for assessing the needs of our patients and educating/guiding them in selecting the appropriate cannabis products to meet their needs. A successful LPCA will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, provide excellent product suggestions and guidance, and exceed the patient's expectations. The Lead Patient Care Associate is responsible for patient and caregiver orientation, data, paperwork, and upkeep. They must maintain accurate records of patient and caregiver identification and registration documents, manage customer traffic flow, and respond to customer and caregiver inquiries. The LPCA must record, arrange, and package patient and caregiver orders. The Lead Patient Care Associate must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment and facility appearance. Our company is seeking enthusiastic, personable Patient Care Associates who can learn and use extensive cannabis product knowledge to guide patients to the appropriate medical product and provide impeccable customer service while complying with all regulations. Patient Care Associates provide patients with prompt service and quality products while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
This position requires a warm, outgoing, driven person dedicated to providing premium patient care and who is excited to help Missouri medical patients acquire the right medicine for their individual needs. The Patient Care Associates (PCA) at Terrabis are the first and last experience our patients will have. We expect exceptional customer service in every patient interaction. Patient Care Associates are responsible for assessing the needs of our patients and educating/guiding them in selecting the appropriate cannabis products to meet their needs. Patient Care Associates embody the "patients first" approach, while ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent service. A successful PCA will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, provide excellent product suggestions and guidance, and exceed the patient's expectations.
PCA's are expected to inspire patient confidence in Terrabis and assist in creating long-term loyalty to our brand. The Patient Care Associate is responsible for patient and caregiver orientation, data, paperwork, and upkeep. They must maintain accurate records of patient and caregiver identification and registration documents, manage customer traffic flow, and respond to customer and caregiver inquiries. The PCA must record, arrange, and package patient and caregiver orders.

Responsibilities
- Maintains strict inventory controls to ensure full, comprehensive regulatory compliance across all dispensary operations.
- Ensure POS stations are ready to go at store opening.
- Always maintain fully stocked and clean POS stations.
- Ensure PCA opening and closing checklists are completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in periodic staff meetings.
- Always maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all patients are greeted as they arrive and wished farewell at their departure.
- Ensure all patients always receive excellent customer service, in every interaction.
- Inform management and supervisors of any low-stock product or other inventory issues.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of all products, of the cannabis industry, and of any relevant cannabis-related subject matter.
- Be knowledgeable of all specials or promotions, including in-store weekly/daily deals.
- Participate in staff events, outings, and promotional events.
- Be active on company social media (sharing, liking, and posting all content shared on Terrabis social media accounts).
- Read industry publications to keep up to date on current/future trends in the industry.
- Ensure each patient receives your full attention during the entire interaction.
- Assist with side work, stocking, and cleaning, patient areas, breakroom, patient/employee restrooms, disposing of trash and sanitizing work/common spaces during all downtime.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience with POS systems.
- Previous experience training new employees is a huge plus.

Position Summary: We seek outgoing and passionate Patient Care Associates who are looking for long-term employment in a compliance-oriented position. Responsibilities:

The Key Holder - Patient Care Associate (PCA) is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service and supervising a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary location. This position will involve supporting the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Key Holder will serve as a Manager-on-Duty, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. The Key Holder will assist in operating the store in absence of the General Manager.

· Assist the dispensary management team with employee schedules and managing employee work hours and vacation requests; may be asked to cover emergency scheduling situations such as an absent Patient Care Associate’s shift
· Assist with training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed
· Motivate and work together with General Manager/Assistant Manager and employees to meet and exceed sales goals
· Help ensure that inventory is adequate and help properly manage inventory by becoming well versed in the use of the Pennsylvania seed-to-sale inventory tracking system and electronic verification system
· Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures
· Support the General Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
· Strive to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the General Manager.
· Assist General Manager with regular and random inventory counts of cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies
· Supervise Patient Care Associates during General Manager’s absence or when directed
· Complete other duties as assigned by General Manager
· Assist in ensuring that physical environment is safe, sanitary, and that all equipment/technology is in good working order
· Lead initiatives, store strategies, and specific projects at the store level that may be assigned by General Manager

Qualifications
Education:

Position Summary/ObjectiveThe Patient Care Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service. Candidates must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively to the diverse Ethos patient base. We are seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing Patient Care Associates. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus but is not required.Responsibilities

- Greet all patients in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner

QualificationsEducation:

Compensation:
- $15+/hour (depending on experience) with the potential for additional incentive compensation.
This position is classified as Non-Exempt, and therefore, will be eligible to receive overtime pay based on federal and state requirements. While there is no promise of overtime, it may be required either on a regular or periodic basis due to business necessity. Eligibility to work overtime will be determined in accordance with local site practice.
