Position Summary/Objective
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of medical cannabis from intake to point-of-sale, while maintaining a stellar online menu for optimum patient satisfaction and education. We are building a strong ethical and team-oriented culture at Ethos Cannabis and are looking for this position to help implement this vision.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative Fulfillment Specialist to provide order management expertise and support the Company’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility over the inventory function of our business. Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required; however, all candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis and the ability to quickly learn the industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill incoming orders with high accuracy
- Effectively utilize the state-mandated point-of-sale software
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory is reflected on our online menu by conducting frequent inventory assessments of products in the fulfillment and point-of-sale areas
- Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Dispensary General Manager for further action
- Assist with monthly inventory audits
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures
- Participate in staff training and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Assist with and receive product deliveries
- Follow directives of the Assistant Manager or General Manager
- Reports directly to the General Manager
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
- Combination of education and work experience will be considered
Work Experience
- Data entry experience required
- Experience in warehouse inventory control or related area helpful
- Experience as Assistant Inventory Manager or Product Associate in retail dispensary is preferred
- Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and employee training programs is critical
- Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties
Capabilities and Skills:
- Cannabis experience and knowledge preferred
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs; proficiency in computer usage including retail point-of-sale software, MS Office applications (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook), and more

Position Summary/Objective
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of medical cannabis from intake to point-of-sale, while maintaining a stellar online menu for optimum patient satisfaction and education. Responsibilities:
- Fulfill incoming orders with high accuracy
- Effectively utilize the state-mandated point-of-sale software
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory is reflected on our online menu by conducting frequent inventory assessments of products in the fulfillment and point-of-sale areas
- Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Dispensary General Manager for further action
- Assist with monthly inventory audits
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures

The Patient Care Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Position Summary/Objective
The Processing Technician is a hands-on role, supporting areas of cannabis product production, from extraction to finished goods, and ensuring that products are manufactured and packaged on schedule, within quality standards, meeting cost objectives and shipping on-time to the customer. The Processing Technician works to implement process changes and system enhancements and participates heavily in quality control over all product the facility furnishes for retail. Previous cannabis experience is not required, but candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis.
Responsibilities
· Conduct all processing steps to obtain finished products safely, efficiently, with the best quality possible.
· Provide support for production functions, including supply and distribution logistics, order process, scheduled production, and inventory management
- Maintain a sanitary and organized inventory of product; effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling; facilitate accurate inventory control at all steps
· Correctly utilize appropriate checklists, logs, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures
· Understand areas of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
· Assist in keeping operation running with proactive processes
· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all OSHA, state, federal, and local regulations and as well as accident prevention plan that include fire, safety, evacuation, laboratory, etc.
· Ensure product is tested and verified to meet quality standards
· Identify, classify, and report any processing or product deviations
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Support facility initiatives and other duties or specific projects assigned by the Director of Production

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; prefer Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other related discipline
Work Experience:
· Experience in a laboratory or production environment highly preferred
· Experience in agricultural, product processing, or analysis is a plus
· Practice and understanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materials

Position Summary / Objective:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing medical cannabis goods and delivery, from ordering supplies, to managing vendor relations, inventory audits, and any internal inventory issues. The inventory manager will be our on-site inventory expert who is responsible for tracking/auditing all physical plant counts using the seed to sale tracking system ( METRC software).. We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed-oriented and collaborative applicant to oversee daily inventory of the cultivation facility, in compliance with state and local rules and regulations, and who will maintain inventory, conduct audits, and manage daily inspections of the facility. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility over managing inventory with the launch of our Fitchburg cultivation site. Previous cannabis retail experience is required.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing All Inventory / Plant Counts within Entire Facility
- Auditing all plant counts (immature plants, flowering plants, harvested plants) within cultivation rooms to ensure plant counts remain accurate within METRC system at all times
- Maintaining inventory control and ensuring accurate weights of all finished products
- Organizes/compiles data for all harvest batches/ wholesale products
- Inspecting and reviewing cultivation and production records to confirm that no errors have occurred
or, if errors have occurred, that they have been fully investigated and resolved
- Overseeing the ordering of all cultivation supplies/equipment to ensure the facility is always stocked
- Facilitating calls with Suppliers, Supply Chain Operations and the Retail Organization to facilitate supply continuity and resolution
Laboratory and Product Testing
- Interfacing with the third party Laboratory testing partnership, process and results. Ensuring product test results and records are reviewed and maintained

Overseeing Quality Control / Packaging of Finished Products / Wholesale Products
- Working closely with the Post Harvest Manager to ensure all finished products are weighed/labeled correctly and packaged into desired container amounts

Transportation of Finished Products
- Overseeing all aspects of the transportation process including weighing, packaging and testing

- Working closely with the Director of Retail to source third party products for the dispensaries while also managing our inhouse inventory in preparation for distribution
- Shipping and receiving of all inhouse/wholesale products
- Following up on all incoming and outgoing transports through communication with labs/wholesalers/ transportation agents
State Inspections / Meetings with State Regulators / Maintaining Security Documentation
- Working with the Director of Cultivation who coordinates with state regulators/inspectors for facility walkthroughs/inspections
- Ensuring compliance by maintaining accurate records of all harvest batches/finished products, transport manifests and packaging records
- Performing a series of planned and unplanned in-process inspection procedures
- Understanding state regulations and their implications for operation
- Updating standard operating procedures to reflect company practices and state regulations
Production Planning
- Contributing to the organizing/planning of all future production activities, including which products are designated to which storefronts
- Working closely with the Director of Retail and the Director of Cultivation on helping facilitate which products reach which storefront while also maintaining strong and active relationships with our wholesale vendors
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be responsible for the local marketing efforts of our business to deliver a best in class and innovative cannabis retail experience. Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required; however, all candidates should have some familiarity and comfort with cannabis as well as a working knowledge of state regulations as it pertains to marketing and promotion.
Responsibilities
· Support the comprehensive and integrated marketing, communications, and public relations strategy developed by the VP of Marketing.
· Consult with Ethos’ management team to assess local marketing needs of the organization.
· Coordinate and execute customer direct marketing – including email and text communications multiple times each week
· Coordinate events and community marketing outreach with dispensary staff
· Contribute to social media marketing activities
· Coordinate, along with the local management team, patient and physician outreach.
· Support the VP of Marketing’s multi-channel marketing approach (including retail, digital, direct, educational, and informational channels) to effectively target key constituents/segments (including physicians) and differentiate Ethos MA from other dispensaries and growers. Assist with digital and offline advertising, as needed.
· Collaborate with VP of Marketing on the creation of content used for educational, merchandising and product information purposes, especially as it relates to the Massachusetts market.
· Participate in the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of marketing materials including publications and digital assets; maintain assets including website, video and electronic menu systems, brochures, line cards, digital and print content.
· Design and lead promotional campaigns, working closely with management and the VP of Marketing.
· Help coordinate media interest in Ethos MA and all media contact, requests, and communication.
· Coordinate and communicate competitive analysis updates
· Perform other duties and responsibilities related to Ethos MA marketing, as may be assigned.
· Support all aspects of marketing with a customer-first mentality and an intense focus on company culture and ethics, customer service excellence, sales growth, and brand standards.
· Work with store level managers and staff to develop community in stores.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree; marketing, business, journalism, public relations, or other relevant discipline is preferred.
Work Experience:
· 2+ years’ work experience with a focus in marketing, event planning, communications, or public relations experience.
· Solid understanding of marketing, event planning, communications, and public relations activities.
· Considerable expertise in making presentations, writing marketing content, and planning events.
· Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties.

· Solid creative, strategic, analytical, metrics-driven, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data base management, and market research methodologies.
· Ability to develop, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics.
· Strong problem-solving skills including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure.
· Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, and multigenerational environment.
Other Requirements:
· Position will be located in Fitchburg, MA with expectation that work will be done at each of the dispensary locations in the greater Boston area.
· Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible.
· Must pass stringent background test requirements of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
· Periodic travel to various retail and grower/processor sites in Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
· Approximately $50,000 annual salary with additional incentive compensation.
