WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer’s purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Additional Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:
- Verify products on the manifests match the products in each delivery before leaving the facility.
- Communicate clearly to the customer, deliver product on time and safely.
- Maintain records for each delivery in accordance with state and federal law, as well as company policy.
- Process orders in the POS system and complete dispensation during each delivery.
- Keep cash and products securely locked in the green bins stored in the trunk of the vehicle.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicles and all related equipment, putting in repair requests with management as necessary to maintain safe operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Serve as a patient advocate, educator, and customer service representative, and ensure patients are serviced promptly and efficiently.

- Fulfill orders properly, including the correct label, patient label and proper packaging procedures are being followed.
- Consult patients and/or dispense the company’s regulated medical cannabis products to qualified patients in accordance with company policy and in accordance with Florida medical cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a professional interaction with both staff members and patients while also participating in team building exercises.
- Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork across functional areas and team members to achieve company goals.
- Perform weekly inventory counts and report findings to Management.
- Report any high-risk complaints to the Head of Retail and the Compliance team.
- Thoroughly document all customer complaints and returns.
- Ensure 100% traceability of products are maintained from reception to final sale.
Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use Registry
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary
- Collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided at Company
- Educate patients on the processes of registration, renewals, and lost registration documents
- Maintain awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product
- Ensure all patient files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State of Florida

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role, you will need to know various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.Coordinate returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Print return/exchange forms for all stations and delivery.
Update the Register Inventory sheet as needed.
Assess inventory in the live inventory room, transfer items as needed, and complete daily inventory counts.
Review inventory overages and shortages and submit inventory needs to the logistics.
Review accessory needs with the manager and order as needed.
Enter merchandise into the point-of-sale system when received.
Perform other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS TRUHOST
Follow Waitly guidelines and TruService Plan.Provide excellent customer service by displaying welcoming behaviors.
Interact with patients waiting in the lobby.
Charge iPads at the end of the shift.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet with or without mechanical assistance.
WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.

Position Summary

Position Summary
The Agent In Charge/Cannabis Advisor Lead is passionate about medical Cannabis, provides product knowledge to our patients and explains the benefits of buying specific products. The Agent In Charge/Cannabis Advisor Lead delivers the Company's retail promise to every customer visiting the Dispensary. Provides supervisor customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver ("DPC"). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System ("ICS"), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. The Agent In Charge/Cannabis Advisor Lead collaborates with the Assistant Manager, Dispensary Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. The payrate for this position is $18 an hour. This role is a developmental opportunity in preparation for a management position.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Greets patients and DPC's and escorts them from the waiting room to the secured sales dispensary. Provides orientation and tours for first-time clients.
- Follows the Company's selling standards to meet the team and individual sales goals and metrics.
- Drives sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-merchandised store environment with all medical Cannabis and related products, except samples, secured and behind a counter.

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Understands and assist the General Manager with weekly and monthly sales information.
- Assists the General Manager with employee schedules and managing employee work hours and vacation request.
- Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed.
- Motivates and works together with General Manager and employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assists in conducting employee evaluations.
- Informs employees of new updates and general developments in the Company.
- Supports the General Managers in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with human resources; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of criteria.
- Helps ensure that inventory is adequate and helps manage inventory properly by becoming versed in the use of the Inventory Control System and Electronic Verification System.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Supports the General Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Strives to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the General Manager, as listed on that Job Description.
- Assist General Manager with regular and random inventory counts of medical Cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations by supervising Dispensary a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
- Supervises Cannabis Advisors during General Manager's absence or when directed.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager, including filling in as Agent in Charge, or Cannabis Advisor, as needed.
Additional Requirements:

- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent

Position Summary
The Cannabis Advisor is passionate about medical Cannabis, provides product knowledge to our patients and explains the benefits of buying specific products. The Cannabis Advisor delivers the Company’s retail promise to every customer visiting the Dispensary. Provides supervisor customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver (“DPC”). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System (“ICS”), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance.
Job Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to ensure accurate data-entry and record keeping and have experience with ICS systems.
- Knowledge of medical Cannabis policy and law preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based and other software and Internet navigation.
- Point of Sale software and cash handling is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Greets patients and DPC’s and escorts them from the waiting room to the secured sales dispensary. Provides orientation and tours for first-time clients.
- Follows the Company’s selling standards to meet the team and individual sales goals and metrics.
- Drives sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-merchandised store environment with all medical Cannabis and related products, except samples, secured and behind a counter.
- Models best-in-class service experience that consistently strives to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Make sales and prepares approved sales from the client. Calculates sales price and enters into the cash register. Collects the amount due from the client in cash or via a cashless debit transaction. Packages order, checking to ensure each product is appropriately labeled, including warning as required by law. Deliver sales from ICS agent for entry. Escort client waiting room to exit. Escort next client to secure sales area.
- Inspires customer confidence and creates loyalty to Company brand.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Is accountable for accurately utilizing the Company’s Point of Sale system.
- Communicates with a patient coordinator to maintain patient traffic flow and maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Responds to in-person patient requests, compliments, and resolves simple complaints, through e-mail, or by the phone requesting supervisor support as needed.
- Maintains organization of dispensary and through daily upkeep and light cleaning.
- Maintains quality and appearance of the product by removing shake and stems, while checking for mold, mildew, expiration or sell-by dates, or defective products, and keeping samples clean and in order.
- Maintains knowledge of all medical Cannabis, and related products and services offered, as well as applicable state and local laws and regulations and industry news.
- Educates patients and DPD’s on medicating options and methods, strain information, medicine effectiveness for specific ailments, and cultivation methods.
- Provides education materials and resources for patients and DPCs as needed.
- Records specific request, preferences, and notifications for patients and DPCs using the EVS and ICS and follow up as needed.
- Maintains awareness of patient input and suggested changes to improve service or product, invites clients to use the suggestion box in the waiting room.
- Discusses inventory levels with patient coordinator and Manager or Assistant Manager to maintain accurate online menus and update menus and checklist as needed.
- Coordinates supply orders with the dispensary manager as needed.
- Other responsibilities and duties assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
