AYR Wellness’ Dispensary Sales Lead Supervisor is a hybrid between dispensary technicians and a support function of the management team. Fully accountable for all day-to-day retail dispensary operations, specifically focused on patient care/ customer service, employee engagement, and driving profitability with guidance and collaboration from the Dispensary Store Manager and Assistant Manager as well as other leaders to promote awareness and action.

Job Summary
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for implementing practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and result-driven culture. This employee will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary and handling the needs of all patients/customers. In conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for hiring and developing a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations, handling standard questions or complaints.
- Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their varying impacts on the human body.
- Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
- Verify proper documentation, and ID for customers.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion; perform bag and receipt checks.
- Label and package customer orders.
- Perform accurate cash handling in the company's Point of Sale system, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate any cash, POS or product discrepancies and escalate/record appropriately.
- Troubleshoot technical issues or glitches in POS system.

Job Summary
The Budtender/Patient Advocate is responsible for providing our customers with an extraordinary experience. CORE JOB DUTIES
People Management:
- Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve individual and team goals through regular feedback inclusive of recurring performance discussions and career development planning.
- Assist Human Resources and leadership in managing employee relations issues.

Sales & Operational Excellence:
- Perform store opening and closing procedures (such as register preparation, morning and closing inventory, inventory reconciliation and reporting, and delivery operations where applicable) on busiest shifts.
- Manage and delegate daily operations while navigating operational challenges and escalations.
- Create and deliver accurate recaps and reports to management.
- Resolve any escalated cash, POS or product discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, customers records, sales, deliveries and returns.
- Support outreach efforts/community partnerships to build a positive image within the community, drive brand awareness, and draw new patients.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, state and local laws.
- Assist management and Compliance teams in any state inspections or audits.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience in retail management or comparable experience with teams of 5+ employees; Cannabis experience preferred.
- Excellent and demonstrated training experience
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and teach technical, product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel with experience in data entry and data management

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.

- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
- Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements
- Run and maintain inventory level reports

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Dispense medical cannabis medications based on patient's physician recommendations
- Individual patient consultations to determine the best therapy in conjunction with the recommendations made by patient's physician
- Maintain control of the inventory and rotates the inventory as needed
- Submit and review the state prescription monitoring program
- Comply with state laws as regulated by the state medical cannabis program
- Maintain records along with removing outdated and damaged drugs from the dispensary inventory
- Supervise the work results of support personnel; maintaining current pharmacist registration
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintain pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; working to establish personal networks
- Support marketing content creation on by-project basis
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- 1+ years experience working in a pharmacy setting assisting patients/customers
- An active pharmacist license in good standing without restrictions registered in the state of Pennsylvania
- Excellent customer service skills
- Satisfactory completion of any State required Medical Cannabis education programs
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members and the general public

Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises of the facilities. Additionally, the Security Guard will assist as needed with the delivery of company products via company vehicles either as a driver or passenger.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from company dispensaries and other customer locations as needed.
- Acts in the role of dispatcher during product deliveries as needed.
- Obtains help by sounding alarms and/or contacting the proper authorities.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities by monitoring internal and external operations via CCTV, informing violators of policy and procedures, reporting trespassers to local authorities.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls, including controlling visitor access.
- Become familiar with the state cannabis regulations.
- Maintains Company’s stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies and legal requirements.
- Reports all facility safety and security issues to management.

Qualifications

CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations

- Resolves any conflict immediately
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Wellness Advisors in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility

Customer Service:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of Retail Management experience required

Position Summary/Objective
The full-time Shift Lead of the Dispensary is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service and supervising a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary location. This position will involve supporting the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Shift Lead will serve as a Manager-on-Duty, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. The Shift Lead will assist in operating the store in absence of the General Manager.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed-oriented and collaborative Shift Lead to assist with leadership, direction, and support of the daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all customers and developing a team of Product Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility within our dispensary. Previous cannabis retail experience is preferred.
- Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience while assisting in the sale of cannabis products
- Consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience in all facets from patient entry to exit; ensure each patient receives full attention during their transaction
- Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling patient inquiries and complaints
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Guide patients throughout the sales floor within the dispensary, making product recommendations based on patient need and available products

Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Manager of Dispensary is responsible for assisting in managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve supporting the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Assistant Manager will serve as a General-Manager-in-Training, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will operate the store in absence of the General Manager.

Job Summary
The Inventory Manager has prior experience handling inventory and ordering. This individual is someone who has strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures as well as computer-based skills. Job Summary
The Budtender/Patient Advocate is responsible for providing our customers with an extraordinary experience. Job Summary
Lead Budtenders are responsible for customer experience which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service. Position Summary/Objective

Position Summary/Objective
The full-time Shift Lead of the Dispensary is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service and supervising a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary location. - Collaborate with scientific/medical personnel to conduct research in connection with the palliative and curative potential of cannabis and its constituent cannabinoid chemicals in order to enhance the pharmacological understanding and medicinal value of cannabis and its alleviative effects on symptoms and debilitating conditions;

Position Summary/Objective
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of medical cannabis from intake to point-of-sale, while maintaining a stellar online menu for optimum patient satisfaction and education. We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative Fulfillment Specialist to provide order management expertise and support the Company’s growth trajectory. Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required; however, all candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis and the ability to quickly learn the industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill incoming orders with high accuracy
- Effectively utilize the state-mandated point-of-sale software
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory is reflected on our online menu by conducting frequent inventory assessments of products in the fulfillment and point-of-sale areas

Qualifications

Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist will analyze costs, negotiate contract details, and offer strategies and solutions to help our company better manage cost on supplies and vendor services. Additional duties include managing inventory, tracking orders, resolving issues concerning price disputes, and making bids for vendors services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's supply chain, which includes ordering and receiving for all areas of the business, including but not limited to facilities, cultivation, agronomy, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, sales, and administration.

The General Manager of Dispensary is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve directly managing and making the dispensary operational. The General Manager serves as staff mentor and supervisor, patient advocate, and Ethos brand ambassador.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative General Manager of Dispensary to provide leadership, direction, and support, overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Patient Care Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility with the launch and operation of the dispensary while maximizing sales with a customer service focus. Responsibilities
· Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and policies to advance Ethos’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives at the store level
· Hire, develop, and train dispensary employees. Lead the development of employee training materials, including education and development of staff regarding medical cannabis strains, products, and consumption mechanisms
· Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary
· Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
· Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures
· Oversee store opening and closing activities
· Collaborate with other functional leaders in developing and implementing a best-in-class customer experience

· Supervise dispensary Patient Care Associates during General Manager’s absence or when directed
· Complete other duties as assigned by General Manager
· Assist in ensuring that physical environment is safe, sanitary, and that all equipment/technology is in good working order
· Lead initiatives, dispensary strategies, and specific projects at the dispensary level that may be assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience:
· Previous experience in a cannabis retail environment is required
· Thorough understanding of state and local medical Cannabis laws and regulations, and how they apply to the operations of the Company is preferred
· Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and management and employee training programs
· Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
· Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties

Compensation:
· Approximately $45,000 annual salary with additional incentive compensation
This position is classified as Exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.

The Patient Care Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service. Candidates must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively to the diverse Ethos patient base. We are building a strong ethical and team-oriented culture at Ethos and are looking for this position to be in step with this vision.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing Cannabis Patient Care Associates. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure that patients are well- informed and satisfied with their purchases. Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus but is not required.Responsibilities
- Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Greet all patients in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Provide an excellent customer experience while assisting in the sale of cannabis products
- Consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience in all facets from patient entry to exit; ensure each patient receives full attention during their transaction
- Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling patient inquiries and complaints
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Guide patients throughout the sales floor within the dispensary, making product recommendations based on patient need and available products
- Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their ailments
- Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times
- Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures
- Verify patient allotment and ensure he/she is eligible to make purchases using the state system
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters at all times
- Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensary by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, patient satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
- Participate in periodic staff meetings
- Ensure POS counters are ready when dispensary opens
- Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
- Adhere to all Medical Cannabis laws
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members

- Read industry publications to keep up to date on trends

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Local applicants preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience in a retail or customer service setting

- Cash register experience with speed and accuracy

Compensation:
- $15+/hour (depending on experience)
This position is classified as Non-Exempt, and therefore, will be eligible to receive overtime pay based on federal and state requirements. While there is no promise of overtime, it may be required either on a regular or periodic basis due to business necessity. Eligibility to work overtime will be determined in accordance with local site practice.
