Position Overview: Under general supervision, Sales Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.
Schedule: Must be able to work 20-28 hours a week according to our dispensary hours including weekends.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in ADILAS for future reference.
- Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission intothe consultation area and informs the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.
- Management of patient records through the use of an MMJ database.
- Maintenance and update of databases as needed.
- Fulfillment of customer orders.
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Columbia Care products.
- Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Position Overview: Under general supervision, Sales Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in ADILAS for future reference.
- Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission intothe consultation area and informs the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.
- Management of patient records through the use of an MMJ database.
- Maintenance and update of databases as needed.

- Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Columbia Care products.

Position Summary/Objective:

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.

Operations

Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintaining solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant Manager in all activities related to inventory management
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant manager in all activities and responsibilities related to Standard operating procedure compliance and training
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant Manager in all activities related to opening and closing the dispensary
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers, and staff.
- Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to the Manager when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.

Position Description:
The Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the security of people and property at the dispensary. The dispensary Security Guard will assist patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary as they are the first point of contact upon entering. The dispensary Security Guard will consistently contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. These individuals will help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance in accordance with the Department of Health (DOH) regulations. The dispensary Security Guard will assist the General Manager (GM), Assistance General Manager (AGM) and dispensary team with all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within a practical scope.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greets all patients, caregivers, and visitors to the dispensary in a caring and professional manner
- Maintains electronic and physical security
- Monitor and operate security cameras and access control systems
- Monitors and prevents unauthorized entry into the dispensary and restricted areas
- Maintains confidentiality of security information
- Participate in monthly security checks with the GM per DOH regulations
- Verifies state issued IDs for visitors/vendors along with accurate completion of the visitor log to ensure compliance per the DOH
- Maintains all visitor logs

The Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary operations comply with the State Regulations and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the Senior Retail Leaders to develop, document, and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support performance and results-driven culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients
- Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations' mission

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.

What you will do
In this role The Facilities Tech is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the Hurlock Facility. In this role you will maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, perform basic repairs, and work with contractors on facilities improvements, repairs, and expansions. Highlighted Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairs
- Repair of facilities mechanical processing equipment, or coordination with vendors of equipment
- Establish and perform facilities preventative maintenance plans
- Establish and/or manage facility waste service provider

Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Manager of Dispensary is responsible for assisting in managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve supporting the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Cultivation Technician plays a crucial role in our production of high-quality cannabis products and reports directly to the Assistant Head Cultivator. To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working with plants and organics. This is a labor-intensive position and requires working on your feet and/or on the ground for the entire shift with frequent lifting of plants, pots, hoses, soil, nutrients, and other materials. The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants for shipment to the processing facility. During the cultivation season, the Cultivation Technician provides quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, watering and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician also assists with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing and packaging of the finished products. Detailed recordkeeping, strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures, and compliance with the state regulations is essential for this position.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily plant care, including watering, pruning and trimming, inspecting the plants.
- Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols set forth by the Assistant Head Cultivator.

Summary ($11-$15 per hour)
Manicuring and packaging high quality cannabis products, under environmentally controlled conditions by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Breakdown wet plants to prepare for drying and separate unusable waste from usable product.
- Manicuring dry flowers for quality presentation and separate unusable waste from usable product.

POSITION SUMMARY
The farmer will be responsible for every aspect of a plant’s lifecycle, from clones to harvesting. Farmers are also responsible manicuring and maintaining gardening practices on all plants throughout all stages including mom, clone, veg, and flower. Farmers will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of production areas and maintenance involved with their corresponding team. This includes field work, weeding, hoeing, string trimming and cultivating. This is a seasonal position beginning approximately 4/26 and ending approximately 11/1.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Taking clones from mother plants to maintain proper cadence of production
· Basic plant maintenance assist
· Manicure and maintain gardening practices on all plants throughout their life cycle
· Mother care, cloning, transplanting, gardening, cultivating, fieldwork, mowing, weeding.
· Harvesting and processing
· Comprehend and follow all warning labels, instructions, and SOP’s
· Cleaning and maintaining all equipment that is used within the cultivation area
· Openly communicate to supervisor or manager on issues or complications that arise in the garden

Position Summary/Objective
The full-time Product Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service. Candidates must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively to the diverse Ethos patient base. We are seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing Cannabis Product Associates. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensary by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, patient satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
- Participate in periodic staff meetings
- Ensure POS counters are ready when dispensary opens
- Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Cannabis experience preferred

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

- Ensure our orders and runs are efficiently scheduled in a way that makes fertilizer sense to reduce quality issues or downtime.
- Optimize the process by which we schedule existing PO’s so that our Team can communicate with customers so that they know our schedule and what will ship. Thereby reducing the workload placed on customer service and eliminating any chance for favoritism amongst placed order.
- Devise ways to efficiently communicating this information internally to each supporting Team.
Stock & Space: Create an efficient method to determine what/ when to produce and what/ how much to stock
- Evaluate how we utilize our warehouse space based on our PO’s and schedule.
- The goal is to fulfill orders and efficiently use the space to ship orders in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate stock levels & finished good inventory. Work with our Supply Chain Manager, Production Manager & Management team to understand how inventory levels of manufacturing inputs affect this as well as cyclical customer demand.
Duties and Accountabilities:
Every process here at JRP has room for continuous improvement, and this role will work to highlight which ones will have the largest returns in both short and long terms. The goal is to continually strive for an optimized process in everything we do so that we deliver value at each step by becoming more efficient, business-driven, agile, and professional. These duties expand on future goals of the position.
- Gain an understanding of fertilizer and or nutrients raw material specifications, to build the most efficient high-quality runs. We produce the Finest Water-Soluble Fertilizers and will not waver on that standard.
- Improve upon our manufacturing flexibility – our model of production requires a quick response to changes in customer demand. Identify the ups and downs of business cycles, and outline practices for fast response and develop this into something that gives us a competitive advantage.
- Production Forecast: project 30, 60, 90-day production cycle based on current and historical PO’s, future demand and interaction with management, sales and tech team to maximize efficiency of formula selection that we house on the floor.
Job Requirements * 4 year Degree in Business / Materials Management or engineering preferred, however, education requirement can be less of an importance if the candidate can demonstrate on the job practical skills.
- Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful in many different types of working environments.
- You will work with people at all levels of this team, from the production floor to the customer in the greenhouse to our office team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Position Summary/Objective
The full-time Shift Lead of the Dispensary is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service and supervising a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary location. This position will involve supporting the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Shift Lead will serve as a Manager-on-Duty, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. The Shift Lead will assist in operating the store in absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

· Motivate and work together with General Manager/Assistant Manager and employees to meet and exceed sales goals
· Help ensure that inventory is adequate and help properly manage inventory by becoming well versed in the use of the Pennsylvania seed-to-sale inventory tracking system and electronic verification system
· Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures
· Support the General Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
· Strive to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the General Manager.
· Assist General Manager with regular and random inventory counts of cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies
· Supervise Product Associates during General Manager’s absence or when directed
· Complete other duties as assigned by General Manager
· Assist in ensuring that physical environment is safe, sanitary, and that all equipment/technology is in good working order
· Lead initiatives, store strategies, and specific projects at the store level that may be assigned by General Manager.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience:
· Previous experience in a cannabis retail environment preferred
· 1-2 years retail management experience required
· Thorough understanding of state and local cannabis laws and regulations, and how they apply to the operations of the Company is preferred
· Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and management and employee training programs

Qualifications
Education:

Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Manager of Dispensary is responsible for assisting in managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve supporting the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Assistant Manager will serve as a General-Manager-in-Training, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will operate the store in absence of the General Manager.

· Help ensure that inventory is adequate and help properly manage inventory by becoming well versed in the use of the Pennsylvania seed-to-sale inventory tracking system and electronic verification system

· Support the General Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
· Strive to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the General Manager
· Assist General Manager with regular and random inventory counts of medical cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies
· Accommodate scheduling expectations by supervising retail dispensary store a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
· Supervise dispensary Patient Care Associates during General Manager’s absence or when directed

The Patient Care Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Compensation:

Position Summary/Objective
The General Manager of Dispensary is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve directly managing and making the dispensary operational. The General Manager serves as staff mentor and supervisor, patient advocate, and Ethos brand ambassador.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative General Manager of Dispensary to provide leadership, direction, and support, overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Patient Care Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility with the launch and operation of the dispensary while maximizing sales with a customer service focus. Previous cannabis retail experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and policies to advance Ethos’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives at the store level
· Hire, develop, and train dispensary employees. Lead the development of employee training materials, including education and development of staff regarding medical cannabis strains, products, and consumption mechanisms
· Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary

Position Summary/Objective
The full-time Product Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service. Candidates must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively to the diverse Ethos patient base. We are building a strong ethical and team-oriented culture at Ethos and are looking for this position to be in step with this vision.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing Cannabis Product Associates. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Greet all patients in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Provide an excellent customer experience while assisting in the sale of cannabis products
- Consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience in all facets from patient entry to exit; ensure each patient receives full attention during their transaction
- Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling patient inquiries and complaints
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Guide patients throughout the sales floor within the dispensary, making product recommendations based on patient need and available products
- Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their ailments
- Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times
- Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures
- Verify patient allotment and ensure he/she is eligible to make purchases using the state system
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters at all times
- Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensary by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, patient satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
- Participate in periodic staff meetings
- Ensure POS counters are ready when dispensary opens
- Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
- Adhere to all Medical Cannabis laws
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Read industry publications to keep up to date on trends
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Local applicants preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Cash register experience with speed and accuracy
- Experience frequently interacting with customers, fulfilling customer requests and addressing customer issues, questions, or suggestions
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization
- Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday. Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time based on job duties listed above
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance
- Proper employment documentation; reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Open availability/flexibility to work weekdays & weekends, including some holidays

Other Requirements:
- Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a fingerprinting background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on State medical marijuana licensing regulations
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for a distance of 50 feet
- Must pass stringent State background test requirements
This position is classified as Non-Exempt, and therefore, will be eligible to receive overtime pay based on federal and state requirements. While there is no promise of overtime, it may be required either on a regular or periodic basis due to business necessity. Eligibility to work overtime will be determined in accordance with local site practice.
