As a Kiva Delivery Driver, you will...
- Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
- Confirm and pack all orders
- Complete necessary deliveries to dispensaries throughout Northern California while maintaining scheduled appointments
- Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice
- Responsible for collecting payments and accurately count cash
- Process the completion of orders on iPad while in the field
- Handle materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)
- Create efficient driving routes
- Responsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
- Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by Manager
What we're looking for...
- Minimum of 2 years Professional Driving Experience REQUIRED (No Uber/Lyft/Doordash, etc.)
- Must be able to drive Box Trucks that are 12 feet or longer
- Minimum of 3 years customer service

Distribution Driver - Transport orders to and from our warehouse across Northern California using a company vehicle. JOB TITLE: Lab Sampler/ Driver
Encore Labs is seeking a Part-Time/Full-Time employee based out of Northern California area who enjoys being on the road and networking.
The hired individual will need to be available for a two week paid training in the Los Angeles area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
- Drive to client's distribution and cultivation locations to collect cannabis samples for lab testing
- Follow laboratory's standard operating procedures
- Drop off samples and meet up with other driver/sampler during handoffs
- Document sample intake and client information
- Work closely with sales staff and fleet operations manager on coordinating client pick ups
- Collect payments from clients
- Organize and record inventory of supplies needed to complete pick ups
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Communicate with fleet operations manager regarding vehicle's maintenance
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid CA driver's license
- Valid CA vehicle insurance
- Completed 2 years of college coursework
- Must have good working condition vehicle
- Must have clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Prior experience in Cannabis Industry a plus
- Prior experience as a driver a plus
