- Breakdown cured batches and extracted oil from the lab into multiple different weight increments (3.5 g, 7 g, ½ g and 1 g etc.) and package them accordingly

- Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations

Manage an accurate inventory of site materials
Ensure materials are ordered and delivered to the site on time, stored and stocked for efficient picking and use
Create a stocking plan and strategy for site locations to improve product flow and inventory visibility
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training and safety records
Resolve problems relating to inventory, logistics systems, transportation, or customer issues
Control inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts
Maintain physical condition of storage by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Partner with transportation teams for product transfers, identify and implement process improvements
Safeguards logistics operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Manage logistics and materials costs, drive cost-productivity savings
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
Initiate corrective actions and communicate with management
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Summary:
Culture Management holds ten cannabis licenses in Northern CA. We strive to foster a team atmosphere throughout the organization which has and will continue to help us navigate through the always changing cannabis industry supply chain. Culture Management currently has a position available in its farm laborer category. Our farm has 50,000 Sq. feet of cultivation with both mixed light and full sun
Essential Job Functions:
- Prep dep beds, greenhouse beds, grow bags by amending and tilling soil to ensure that soil is full of nutrients when transplanted.
- Transplant into a proper location on the farm by following the planting schedule to ensure that harvesting date goals are met.
- Ensure daily watering and feeding of garden spaces by utilizing either hand watering or drip system to provide sufficient water to growing plants.
- Assist in the daily spraying and application of IPM schedule by using hand wand sprayers and proper equipment to protect plants and reduce risk of plant diseases and insect infestation.
- Daily pulling on and off of greenhouse blackout tarps
- Assist daily plant maintenance by Leafing/bottoming caging and trellising of plants so plants grow in a manner that will ensure the biggest yield possible.
- As a team, properly harvest in accordance with company policy to properly track harvest in METRC.
- Assist in properly organizing dry space to stay compliant with State regulations
- Additional duties as required or requested.

Our season is 33 weeks long April - December. Hours ranging from 8 – 11 hours depending on point in season.
