DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Assist in the manufacture and packaging of cannabis products utilizing advanced equipment and techniques
- Follow production and packaging SOPs precisely
- Responsible for weighing, assembling, and packaging/labeling of various products and components

QUALIFICATIONS *
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing

Manufacturing Lab Technician
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Lab Technician (Lab Tech) is responsible for performing tasks and operating equipment for the production and purification of cannabis infused products. Primary responsibilities include preparation of materials for production, general use of production equipment and recording of production data as outlined by standard operating procedures (SOP). The qualified candidate will work with the Production Manager to ensure production timelines are met.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, sterile, safe, and organized work area including the laboratory glassware and equipment
- Operate intricate laboratory equipment in accordance with THE Dispensary SOPs
- Produce/process cannabis concentrate and extract products (tinctures, cartridges, waxes, and other products) per recipes and SOP’s while maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure consistency and efficacy of product by following SOP, standard analytical procedures, quality control testing, and detailed record keeping outlined by THE Dispensary
- Ensures that products and raw materials are identified, weighed, and warehouse correctly
- Deliver on production goals, while focused on safety and quality
- Record and maintain detailed data in computer databases and reports
- Store supplies and equipment, dispose waste according to guidelines, and keep laboratory working areas sanitary and safe Responsible for safe handling of raw materials and identifying and/or reporting of unsafe equipment
- Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment
- Assist in packaging department as needed Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production line and collecting samples for analysis

- Properly filling out QC paperwork for all tasks
- Ensuring quality while packaging all products
Fulfillment Techs will be responsible for:
- Online Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Wholesale order fulfillment & shipping
- Breaking down pallets received
- Receiving & organizing shipments
- Build any furniture / racks that are received from shipment
- Organize supplies that are received in from shipments
Ideal Candidates should have:
- MUST have the ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Experience in the cannabis industry is always a plus but not required
- 6 months - 1 year of warehouse or laboratory experience
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
**Attention to detail is a strict requirement**
Hours Required: 9am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday.

- Assist in packaging department as needed
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

Assist in post-processing extracted products.

- Raspberry Root’s manufacturing lab extracts, processes, mixes, and creates different cannabis products ranging from concentrates, to vapes, to edibles like gummies and mints.
- This job is fast pace and high energy. There is a lot of tedious, repetitive work that requires focus and extreme attention to detail.

- Raspberry Root’s manufacturing lab extracts, processes, mixes, and creates different cannabis products ranging from concentrates, to vapes, to edibles like gummies and mints.
- This job is fast pace and high energy. There is a lot of tedious, repetitive work that requires focus and extreme attention to detail.

- Schedule is Thursday thru Monday 9:00am – 5:00pm
- There is no parking on site. Employees utilize an in-house shuttle from an offsite parking location.
- There is a No Smoking Policy. From the time one shows up to work through the time they leave, one may not smoke cigarettes.

- State Issued Marijuana Handler’s Card- Also requires background check

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Lab Technician to join our facility. The Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Lab Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas well as maintains quality control measures.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Manufacturing:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction and processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cresco Labs
- Responsible for product processing and product formulation
- Lab bench work and product filtrations
- Assist in packaging department as needed
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

Manufacturing Lab Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Lab Technician assists the Manufacturing Supervisor by maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks which include preparing, extracting, and packaging medical cannabis derived products. The Manufacturing Lab Technician must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with the NJMMP and standards set by Compassionate Care Foundation Inc.
Job Duties:
· Track of all cannabinoid containing material through state monitored tracking systems.
· Prepare for production by reviewing production schedule; assembling and weighing plant materials for extraction and preparation of manufacturing batch records.
· Preform calculations with accuracy and precision
· Assist with the operation of highly sophisticated extraction equipment; Process and assist in recovering concentrates and extracts
· Clean and maintain extraction equipment and the laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures.
· Assist in the manufacturing and packaging of medical grade products according to company SOPs
· Utilize hot/stirrer plates, thermometers, ovens, and similar equipment for product manufacturing
· Preform product formulations to ensure accurate deliverable dosage amounts
· Package the finalized tested and approved end products into their designated package materials for dispensing; this may include syringe filling, capping, aliquoting exact volumes into fill bottles and assembly of product containers.
· Make necessary adjustments and/or repairs to laboratory equipment such as pumps, balances, centrifuges, vacuum ovens, chillers and laboratory equipment.
· Keep track of and update inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment.
· Ensure proper storage of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste according to state guidelines.
· Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware and equipment.
· Maintaining material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products.
· Performs related duties as assigned.
Compliance:
· Ensure the processing operation is fully compliant with state regulations.
· Assure that operation adheres to all business and industry license requirements.
· Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory and documents production by completing forms, reports, logs and records
Job Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree / 1-2 years’ experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting preferred
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Past hands on experience working with medical cannabis is strongly preferred
· Knowledge of and hands on experience with cannabinoid separation techniques, preferably supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide and decarboxylation methods desired
· Knowledge of all compounds that are naturally present on cannabis and methods of handling for proper preservation
· Ability to keep precise, highly detailed, and accurate records of calculations, procedures, and inventory of equipment, chemicals, consumables, and production
· Capabilities with computer systems, software, and hardware common to laboratoriesrecord keeping procedures
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with frequent bending
· Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
· Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Ability to work in a loud noise activity environment with provided ear protection
