Learn and uphold product quality standards.
Weigh and record product quantities with precision and accuracy.
Appropriately manage Inventory form and records and all materials containing customer & consumer information.
Understand AMCO regulations and continue to uphold city & state compliance.
Execute daily checklists of task with efficiency and precision.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment.
Ability to be flexible and occasionally work on special projects outside the scope of this job description.

Job Duties include but are not limited too:

Work with the accounting team to manage the cash monies from the retail sales by following the internal company protocols for verification of cash receipts and all other duties corresponding to the management and security of company cash deposits. This includes, but not limited to; verification of Daily Sales deposits, preparation of the cash down boxes, combining the Daily Sales deposits with the existing cash and verifying cash totals, take responsibility
for the continued accurate maintenance of all cash in the safe, as well as additional duties not mentioned here.
Execute Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for verification, receipt, payment and filing and work with the team to manage and coordinate the payment, data entry and filing of all vendor bills requiring cash as the preferred
method of payment.
Maintain a filing system for the accurate and timely retrieval of all company documents, including regulatory agency communications, governmental notices, forms and taxes, vendor contracts, vendor invoices and all other required correspondence.
Partake in management of company’s accounting email group, screen information, and forward relevant emails to necessary department Leads. Includes, but is not limited to, incoming vendor invoices, Product sale inquires,
customer correspondence, etc.
Reviewing all incoming physical mail and coordinating with the team for determining the appropriate procedures and completion of any actions required.

Position Summary:

Motivates & inspires positive communication among team members so they can work together to achieve shift objectives.

Ensures new hires understand their roles and duties, administers regular performance reviews, and conducts staff training to maintain exemplary standards of customer service and professional conduct amongst the team members.

The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing a staff that realizes the cultivation department’s finished goods. The Inventory Manager manages the process and the staff from dry cure to sellable finished goods within the Cultivation department. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing a professional team that is passionate about quality standards. The Sales & Relationships Manager (SRM) is responsible for the sale and distribution of Raspberry Root’s Manufactured and Cultivated product(s) throughout the state of Alaska. The Assistant Manager is the direct point of contact for the Cannabis Sales Associates regarding anything pertaining to daily sales floor and retail operations. As a Receptionist at Raspberry Roots, you are the first and last impression customers and visitors have of us. You set the tone for their entire experience while in our Retail. It is Reception’s responsibility to oversee and maintain updated and accurate online and in-house menus. Receptionists also direct traffic flow of customers to Cannabis Sales Associates (CSAs) by watching the floor and being aware of active transactions, as well as monitoring register rotation. There are many things that Receptionists do to ensure the success of any given business day but below should be a general outline of tasks that a Receptionist should be responsible for on any given shift.
On top of the task/projects assigned to the Receptionist, their daily responsibilities should be as follows:
- Checking customer and vendor I.D.
- Checking customers into our POS system under the correct account
- Maintaining register rotation evenly
- Directing customer traffic
- Adding and removing products from our online and in-house menus accurately
- Follow correct formatting with adding and removing items from our menus
- Checking in vendors into our Visitor’s Log and informing the manager on duty of their arrival
- Performing daily menu audits to ensure accuracy
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Screen phone calls as to not take up the manager on duty’s time
- Maintaining cross shift communications for seamless transitions; Shift logs, SLACK, company emails, etc.

Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring that tasks assigned to the shop are completed on your shift, are appropriately communicated and passed along to the next shift managers. The Assistant Manager is the direct point of contact for the Cannabis Sales Associates regarding anything pertaining to daily sales floor and retail operations. This includes, but is not limited to; ensuring Sales Associates are staying productive, monitoring stock on the sales floor and restocking as needed, handling customer concerns, employee observations, P.O.S questions/issues such as re-stickering, and general housekeeping of the sales floor.

The Manufacturing Administrator is responsible for maintaining daily administrative duties of the manufacturing department, including but not limited to adherence to compliance, product labels, METRC, manifests, inventory accuracies, accounting protocols, supplies ordering, document filing, record keeping, etc. Manufacturing Administrator helps coordinate outgoing orders, manage logistics of the B2B relations, and uphold standard operating procedures. The Manufacturing Coordinator is also responsible for the administrative duties surround test results and waste protocols for the manufacturing department; prepping, processing, & communicating via appropriate channels. Finally, The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for the overall organization of company documents, supplies, and assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand METRC Inventory tracking software and all compliance regulations.
- Manages the organizational tasks associated with the lab including but not limited to office management, order fulfillment, compliant labeling and procedures, information tracking and updating, etc.
- Works closely with the Production Coordinator and the Sales & Relationship Manager to prep orders/menus, fulfill orders, and organize paperwork. Verifies transfers are executed with perfect compliance.
- Ensures product information is properly sorted and formatted for shared usage among all departments.
- Responsible for METRC checks and balances and inventory upkeep and monitoring facility compliance to maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment.
- Oversee proper execution of standard operating procedures and maintains organization of Lab Policies & Procedures, testing certificates, compliance documents, cannabis waste forms, and logs.
- Management of office consumables. Including but not limited to, cleaning supplies, packaging supplies, office supplies, and marketing materials etc.
- Facilitates order pick-ups per company and accounting protocols. Ensures proper compliance and documentation follow through.
- Other duties as assigned.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for assisting the CFO in managing the day-to-day accounting operations of Raspberry Roots. The Accounting Specialist maintains control over the day-to-day assets of the company including but not limited to bookkeeping, cash, bill pay, banking, and receipts. The Accounting Specialist is proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks and works closely with the CFO to undertake all aspects of accounting and financial management, including but not limited to administrative work, corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, filing, corporation compliance, as well as development of internal checks and balances policies and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the the accounting team to manage the cash monies from the daily sales by following the internal company protocols for verification of cash receipts and all other duties corresponding to the management and security of company cash deposits. Such duties and responsibilities for managing cash deposits shall include, among others, the Verification of Daily Sales Deposits, Preparation of the AM and PM Cash Boxes, Combining the Daily Sales Deposits with the existing cash and verifying cash totals, complete responsibility for the continued accurate maintenance of all cash in the safe.
Continuously streamline proficiencies for cash management and maintain correlating reports in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Ability to analyze reports for accuracy with extreme detail.
Coordinate with the accounting team to schedule all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for verification, receipt, payment and filing and work with the CFO to manage and coordinate the payment, data entry and filing of all vendor bills requiring cash as the preferred method of payment using QuickBooks expertise.
Maintain a filing system for the accurate and timely retrieval of all company documents, including but not limited to METRC understanding and compliance, other regulatory agency communications, governmental notices, forms and taxes, vendor contracts, vendor invoices and all other required correspondence.
Work with leaders to maintain inventory based on sales from an accounting perspective. Have the ability to correlate inventory needs with past trends and data, forecast future inventory costs and needs, etc.
Work with the accounting and leadership teams to manage, plan, organize and perform all duties and responsibilities of the Accounting Department in cooperation and communication with all other departments and personnel.
Take an active role in regular team meetings, follow-ups and working with others to solve problems and improve internal operations with an emphasis on accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.

At this time, we are looking for a receptionist - 5 days a week. Cumulative hours range from 32-40 per week.
Hours will be 9:00am - 4:30pm
Job Summary
Our Receptionists are the first and last faces our customers see, and they are expected to welcome customers with an exceptional service mindset. Receptionists must be friendly, customer service oriented, excellent with computers and filing, able to multitask and be comfortable with the ever changing and evolving Marijuana Industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, and digital and physical creating and sorting of confidential files is required. Previous reception experience is preferred. This position offers a challenging environment for a receptionist looking to work in a growing and interesting industry. We are looking for someone interested in the Cannabis Industry and who would like to learn more and evolve with us as we expand.
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcome customers warmly and thoroughly check IDs, checking them in to our Loyalty Program if they currently have one with us.
Answer the phone and subsequently questions, take phone orders, and/or assist with online ordering.
Learn about and be able to adequately describe various products to customers.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment. This includes cleaning and tidying up of lobby. We have a reputation of being extremely clean, professional, and well kept and must continue this at all times.
Work with the Cannabis Sales Associates to ensure our menus are up to date with new products and removing products we no longer have available.
Have the ability to multitask and work well with a variety of consumer demographics.
Organize and file confidential and regulatory documents both on the computer and physically as needed.
Able to use critical thinking skills to help resolve potential issues and prioritize tasks that may arise throughout the day.
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate business for retail.
This position requires you to sit at the reception desk for your entire shift, not including breaks.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED
Previous reception or administrative experience highly preferred; cannabis sales experience preferred
Proficiency in MS office products and POS (cashier) systems

Cultivation Technician
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for the execution of daily operations of the Cultivation. The Cultivation Technicians promotes and ensures exceptional handling of the plants, equipment, nutrients, and other additives and is the main communicator for any issues that arise in the cultivation. The Cultivation Technician is an exceptional listener and very attentive to detail to each plants individual needs. The Cultivation Technicians work closely with the Lead Cultivator and Cultivation Coordinator to organize efforts and allocate resources effectively to maintain standards for optimal facility maintenance and cleanliness. Executes all tasks associated with the daily operations of the Cultivation facility.

Understands and Communicates and issues or concerns that arise with the plants or the facility with their Supervisors.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is for an individual with Morning, night and Weekend Availability.
The Cannabis Sales Associate, also known as Budtender, welcomes customers with an exceptional service mindset and actively engages and assists customers through seeking to understand preferences and product needs.
Cannabis Sales Associates provide guidance and information to customers regarding cannabis, products, product characteristics, specials, and pricing. Cannabis Sales Associate is an ambassador for the Raspberry Roots brand and seeks to excite, promote, and inform regarding Raspberry Roots offerings.
Finally, Cannabis Sales Associates assist with maintaining both print and digital dispensary menus along with the preparation and display of retail products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome visitors and customers by warmly greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and apply relationship/rapport building principles and best practices to advance a positive experience and on-going relationship with customers.
Provide customers cannabis information and educational resources regarding strains, methods of administration, potential effects, and precautions related to their consumption of cannabis products.
Operate a cash register. Itemize and total purchases by recording prices, departments, discounts/specials, and regulation limits.
Accurately process payments from customers; issue receipts, refunds, credits, and provide customers cash change when necessary.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
Balance cash drawer and inventories by auditing at beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate organization for other team members.
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate business for retail store.
Manage oversight and chain-of-custody of all assets within assigned workstation.
Weigh and record product quantities with precision and accuracy.
Appropriately manage customer records and all materials containing customer information.
Assist with product preparation and displays.
Production downtime: when not assisting customers, Cannabis Sales Associates help produce prerolls and package products to be sold, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 21 years of age
* High school diploma or GED
* Must have, or be willing to acquire within a short time frame, an Alaska State Marijuana Handler's Card
* Anchorage Municipal Food Handler Card
* Previous retail experience; cannabis sales experience preferred
* Experience in POS (cashier) systems and proficiency in basic math
* Must be able to occasionally lift 40+ pounds
* Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
* Reliable transportation
Shifts Available:
Morning Shift - 9:00am - 4:30pm
Evening Shift - 4:00pm - 11:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
