- Managing store inventory for all five recreational locations
- Consistent inventory monitoring and product ordering for all retail locations

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intake Position is the initial first point of contact for our Dispensaries. So, you set the tone! It is imperative that all patients and customers are greeted, both in-person and over-the-phone, with a positive and warm welcome. Must have strong customer service skills, a great outgoing attitude, along with a stellar work ethic. The Intake team member is also responsible for the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients and customers on-site and over the phone by having an optimistic attitude and welcoming personality
- Process-in patients and customers by validating identification and enter information securely entered in our POS system
- Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, checking-in patients, and updating patient files
- Provide all new patients/customers with a brief explanation of services
- Become well-educated with all cannabis products offered and/ or be willing to learn
- Must be educated on all marijuana and products offered
- Manage all visitor access of vendors, contractors, etc., partnered with the Store Manager or Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Stock Associate bears the custodial responsibility for the physical stock of finished goods inventory in the dispensary. In that regard, the associate will regularly cross check the physical quantities with the Leaf Logix system quantities and employ best inventory control practices that ensure that these quantities are aligned. The associate reports directly to the Inventory Supervisor and / or Inventory Lead but may be asked to provide support to other departments as well.
Because our stores depend on Product Stock Associates’ presence to operate, punctuality and the ability to work a complete scheduled shift in the assigned store on a regular, predictable basis is an essential function of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrive at work on time for scheduled shifts and engage positively with customers and associates throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
- Comply with the company’s attendance policy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas of the facility, making sure all inventory is put away, secured and the area cleaned. Maintaining areas that they are up to OSHA and compliance codes
- Provide receiving and transfer information to the inventory supervisor to enter new product into the system.
- Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing
- Communicate and maintain that Promo, Testers, and To Be Destroyed items are in their proper containers, areas, and are correctly accounted for in the Leaf Logix system
- Provide all inventory adjustment information for input by others in a fashion acceptable to the state
- Make internal quantity checks weekly, focusing on lots with high quantity and/or high transaction volumes
- Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements
- Cooperate with AYR Compliance officers and the State inspectors to perform random inventory checks
- Lend assistance as needed by the AYR Wellness business
- Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase
- Ensure that Metrc ID tags are located with the correct product within the vault, and sales floor at all times
- Special projects as assigned
- Maintaining up to date and accurate information for product menus within the store
- Other duties as assigned

The Product Breakdown associate is responsible for breaking down bulk flower into sellable units. These units may range from packaged flower or pre-rolls. The Product Breakdown associate is responsible for weighing in bulk flower when it enters the facility and assures the accuracy of the weight against the state-controlled system and invoices. The Product Breakdown associate is responsible for properly destroying waste materials in accordance with the Cannabis Compliance Board. Manufacturing Lab Technician
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Lab Technician (Lab Tech) is responsible for performing tasks and operating equipment for the production and purification of cannabis infused products. Primary responsibilities include preparation of materials for production, general use of production equipment and recording of production data as outlined by standard operating procedures (SOP). The qualified candidate will work with the Production Manager to ensure production timelines are met.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, sterile, safe, and organized work area including the laboratory glassware and equipment
- Operate intricate laboratory equipment in accordance with THE Dispensary SOPs
- Produce/process cannabis concentrate and extract products (tinctures, cartridges, waxes, and other products) per recipes and SOP’s while maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure consistency and efficacy of product by following SOP, standard analytical procedures, quality control testing, and detailed record keeping outlined by THE Dispensary
- Ensures that products and raw materials are identified, weighed, and warehouse correctly
- Deliver on production goals, while focused on safety and quality
- Record and maintain detailed data in computer databases and reports
- Store supplies and equipment, dispose waste according to guidelines, and keep laboratory working areas sanitary and safe Responsible for safe handling of raw materials and identifying and/or reporting of unsafe equipment
- Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment
- Assist in packaging department as needed Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production line and collecting samples for analysis
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by THE Dispensary before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Stock Associate bears the custodial responsibility for the physical stock of finished goods inventory in the dispensary. In that regard, the associate will regularly cross check the physical quantities with the Leaf Logix system quantities and employ best inventory control practices that ensure that these quantities are aligned. The associate reports directly to the Inventory Supervisor and / or Inventory Lead but may be asked to provide support to other departments as well.
Because our stores depend on Product Stock Associates’ presence to operate, punctuality and the ability to work a complete scheduled shift in the assigned store on a regular, predictable basis is an essential function of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrive at work on time for scheduled shifts and engage positively with customers and associates throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
- Comply with the company’s attendance policy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas of the facility, making sure all inventory is put away, secured and the area cleaned. Maintaining areas that they are up to OSHA and compliance codes
- Provide receiving and transfer information to the inventory supervisor to enter new product into the system.
- Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing
- Communicate and maintain that Promo, Testers, and To Be Destroyed items are in their proper containers, areas, and are correctly accounted for in the Leaf Logix system
- Provide all inventory adjustment information for input by others in a fashion acceptable to the state
- Make internal quantity checks weekly, focusing on lots with high quantity and/or high transaction volumes
- Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements
- Cooperate with AYR Compliance officers and the State inspectors to perform random inventory checks
- Lend assistance as needed by the AYR Wellness business
- Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase
- Ensure that Metrc ID tags are located with the correct product within the vault, and sales floor at all times
- Special projects as assigned
- Maintaining up to date and accurate information for product menus within the store
- Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Retail Associate & Product Manufacturer We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products/services, and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
