The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing working closely with our executive staff to create and implement comprehensive strategies, policies and programs related to branding, communications, including managing our website and upcoming e-commerce website. The Marketing Director is responsible for monitoring the development and deployment of all marketing aspects.
What we are looking for:
- Strong Digital Marketing experience is imperative in this role
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketplace advertisement (per Cannabis rules and regulations) is desired.
- Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies and KPI’s
- Extensive Experience in graphic design. Eg. Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop

What it takes:
This position will require understanding of target audience, management of multiple projects, Implement SEO and SEM initiatives to drive more traffic and conversions for all the company products across all marketplaces, our brand websites, and our e-commerce website.
- Responsible for promoting our brand and creating marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Responsible for managing multiple priorities, have the desire to lead by example, and show initiative to keep fresh ideas flowing
- Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products.
- Fluency in the full marketing mix–including brand, event marketing, and digital (especially content marketing, paid acquisition, social, search)

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Accountant that will perform daily analysis for the cultivation and processing of our plants and finished products. The Senior Cost Accountant will be an integral member of our management team. This position requires strong technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems. As a key member of our Finance team, you will maintain cost accounting systems and procedures as well as strategies by analyzing complex data and trends.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Collect and analyze data from Autumn Brands operational costs
- Setting standard costs for cultivated plants and manufactured goods
- Developing and analyzing cost standards
- Cost volume profit analysis
- Establish costs for our connected departments (growing, processing, packaging) and associated entities
- Team up with Operations to manage inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain Financial Control over inventories, to include leading the monthly and annual physical inventory count and reconciliation process
- Prepare audit reports and present them to the CFO
- Support month-end, quarter end, and year-end closing
- Complete Financial Statement Analysis including month end journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts and analyzing variances.
- Recommend changes to our processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Team
- Provide oversight for internal Bookkeeper
What You Bring

What We’re Looking For:
· Create and update Job descriptions, employee forms, and handbook for
all employees
· Prepare and organize Human Resources reporting
· Ensure federal, state and local compliance for employment and agricultural regulations
· Maintains all employee files, vacation and sick time accruals, etc.
· Supports the Company’s future growth and ensures employees receive training and development opportunities
· Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for all compliance measures on the farm including but not limited to OSHA, Safety, COVID-19, Natural Disasters, etc.
· Strong ability to respond quickly to employee concerns and requests
· Advise leadership on all human resources issues including up to date local, state and federal laws
· All other duties and special projects as assigned
Here’s What It Takes:
