You will work closely with our internal operations teams and field sales team to ensure that our customers have an amazing experience with our brand, from creating new leads to driving repeat purchases. Role responsibilities
- Sell more weed
- Proactively develop customer relationships by opening and maintaining relationships with retailers, you will act as the key POC for all internal and external questions and concerns
- Schedule and run shop visits with buyers/management, monthly in-store demos and/or promotions, initial / quarterly budtender training, and in-store sales incentive programs
- During store visits, check up on how the product is being merchandised and suggest additional or changes to marketing assets
- Assist with planning and budgeting for a regional marketing program
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends
- Contact delinquent accounts and ensure collections are current
- Frequently visit the stores in your territory to ensure products have the best possible merchandising available at all times
- Manage new customer onboarding flow, including updating the CRM and ensuring customer data is organized
- Recruit and manage local brand ambassador contractors
- Support internal and 3rd party distribution fulfillment and logistics as needed to ensure deliveries are successful and make any necessary invoicing updates
- Give feedback to our internal teams on what is working and what could be changed to help us continuously improve our go-to-market strategy
- Other duties as assigned by management
What you bring to the role
- 5+ years in customer-facing / sales roles
- 3+ years of cannabis industry experience (sorry smoking doesn't count)
- Excellent communication (across all channels) and relationship management skills
- Business software tools and systems savvy
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and report metrics upward to management
- Sense of urgency
- Positive team player
- Self-starter and target driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to drive/travel up to 70% of the time
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in career experience
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license

The company is growing and looking for delivery drivers to join our close knit, customer-focused team to help us supply California with the best buds on the market! This position is the cornerstone of our company. The type of people who do well in this role are customer service oriented, have a positive and professional attitude, are dedicated to making our customers happy, and have a passion for cannabis products.
If you are looking for flexibility, this role is for you! We have multiple shifts along with overtime available (and expected when necessary). You will be interacting with customers, collecting their ID, relaying relevant company policies, and executing cash transactions. We hope this aspect sounds engaging to you since you are representing our enthusiastic team and our amazing products!
Must be able to:
- Cover an 8-hour shift that falls within the hours of 12 pm and 9 pm
- Commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week

What you'll do
- Start and end your days at our licensed, secure location
- Deliver a variety of products to different addresses and along various routes
- Follow assigned routes and set time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, and operate a delivery vehicle
- Collect cash payments and count money for change
- Inform customers about new products and services
- De-escalate customer concerns and pass them to supervisors
- Abide by all cannabis regulations & compliance procedures
Who you are
- Must be over the age of 21, have a valid California Driver's License, and car insurance in your name
- Must have a driving record with no traffic violations for 3 years
- You have a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android with a newer operating system

- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- You are available to drive multiple days a week, including weekends.
- KIND. You must be a kind and patient person! We service many people who are in severe chronic pain and we don't take this responsibility lightly. When delivering, we hope you always have a big smile on your face.
- PUNCTUAL. You must be the type of person who shows up 10 minutes early. Unlike many delivery services, we are NOT on demand, which alleviates the stressful rush of getting orders to patients ASAP. We offer 2-hour windows for delivery, but this doesn't mean we don't want YOU to be on time for everything, especially in the morning.
- PROACTIVE. There may be cases in which we don't explicitly tell you to do something, but it's always nice knowing that we can trust you to get the job done compliantly. This also means calling us when you need clarification.
About your car
- Should have a separate trunk with plenty of free space! We will expect you to carry all customer orders in your trunk.
- Must have an alarm.
- Your car should be clean and professional looking. This doesn't mean you need a new car, but we do expect the interior to be free of trash and other things that make it look unprofessional to the customer.
- You must have a car that is able to charge your phone and dashcam via USB

FLOWER CO has an immediate need for a Delivery Ambassador based out of San Francisco (Bay Area) who will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in California, while providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have customer-service experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This role will require you to wear many hats and requires comfort with the legal cannabis market. This position reports to the Customer Success Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help foster positive customer relationships via a friendly and upbeat manner
- Work with customers to help resolve their concerns and issues with utmost urgency and professionalism
- Be knowledgeable about our products
- Relate all relevant feedback from Retailers to support team for improvements to efficiencies and customer experience
- Support daily loading of all orders for delivery on your route
- Communicate with Logistics team to ensure customer’s deliveries are seamless
- Take care of products during transit to ensure zero damage and remain compliant
- Get all required paperwork signed off on by the Customer during deliveries
- Collecting and following cash management SOP.
- Scanning and uploading documents after every stop
- Assist in unloading returned products at the warehouse
- Ensure that vehicle is empty and secure when done
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- At least 3 years of customer service, sales or account management experience.

FLOWER CO. is adding Cultivation Technicians to help us maintain a full-cycle Greenhouse Cannabis Production Facility in Carpinteria, CA. The Cultivation Technicians will work as a team to assist in daily operations related to growing, harvesting, and processing cannabis through the post-harvest process.
What you’ll do
- Feed plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, and general plant maintenance, including:
- flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, inspect crops, inventory management, and some post-harvest duties.
- Be trained on Pest Management (IPM) strategies.
- Implement and execute farm SOPs.
- Operate light horticultural equipment and machinery.
- Track environmental factors and record data to provide to Managers and Head Growers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform water, media, and solution sampling and testing procedures.
- Adhere to industry standards and waste disposal procedures set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs, as directed, using designated software or SOPs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.

Who you are
- Must already possess or be able to qualify to work in the California Cannabis industry
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation, as well as pH, PPM, and EC counts. (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of container systems with soil and hydro, as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation. (preferred)
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options. (preferred)
- Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc.
- Knowledge of Horticulture equipment and irrigation systems.
- Capable of performing routine tasks with the ability to make equipment repairs or notifying proper personnel when unable to.
- Ability to plan ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem-solve.
- Ability and interest in quickly learning new technologies.

- Understand the lifecycle of customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization

- Create, edit and manage all customer related email communications, ensuring content is relevant, links are current and send-times are optimized * Manage Klaviyo CRM system to ensure consistent communication with customers, analyze and record consumer behaviour and establish opportunities for improved or increased communications
- Communicate email campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables to internal and external teams
