Position: Inventory Fulfillment Specialist
REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Newton, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for conducting inventory logistics necessary to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for Mellow Fellows LLC. The role will involve key inventory functions and be responsible for providing strategic insight and feedback to our leadership team. In this high-profile role you'll collaborate closely with all vertically integrated departments, as well as compliance and leadership team. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct inventory strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement and best practices. Support cycle count programs to maintain inventory balance in all Mellow Fellow LLC departments.
- Contribute to daily inventory count audit reports for the Dispensary and weekly inventory audit reports for our leadership team. Support end of month and end of year inventory audits for all departments.
- Analyzes and monitors inventory adjustments and chain of custody of cannabis.
- Effectively queries inventory and order-related transaction history.
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and stay current on industry best practices, trends and technologies.
- Improve business processes for key aspects of operations through analysis and collaboration with colleagues.
- Maintain compliance by adhering to all appropriate policies, procedures, safety, rules, and regulations.
- Support and contribute to Key Performance Indicator reports including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, inventory reserve, months of supply, and customer delivery performance.

The Inventory/Leaflink Specialist is responsible for vetting all Post-Harvest operational data to the facility Metrc specialist. Metrc input access should be restricted to Metrc personnel only, so the Leaflink/Inventory Specialist will

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform physical inventory audits ensuring accuracy within METRC
- Track movement of all products within the store
- Ensure all inventory reconciliation is regularly completed and submitted to METRC
- Must be extremely well organized to manage large amounts of inventory data and work with managers to ensure accuracy at the dispensary
- Educated in all inventory and cannabis
- Accurately weigh out flower. Labeling of all cannabis products.Adapts to the state compliance procedures and emergency bulletins and follows guidelines from the Inventory Manager with urgent action of change to stay efficient and compliant at all times.
- Help keep flow with the queue for curbside, online orders or walk-in customers.
- Works closely with intake and reception to ensure orders are correct and fully fulfilled.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the building, accomplish a cleaning checklist throughout the day. Checklist must be signed off by all team members and daily floor managers.
- Understanding of all positions of the fulfillment room to ensure all daily tasks are completed and accurate. Reports all daily issues and changes to Inventory Manager to take appropriate action.

Position: Inventory Fulfillment Specialist
REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Newton, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
At this time, REDI has implemented a Mandatory Vaccination Policy ~ Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of cannabis from intake to point-of-sale.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Fulfill incoming orders with high accuracy- Effectively utilize the state-mandated point-of-sale software
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory is reflected on our online menu by conducting frequent inventory assessments of products in the fulfillment and point-of-sale areas
- Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Dispensary General Manager for further action
- Assist with monthly inventory audits
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures
- Participate in staff training and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Assist with and receive product deliveries
- Follow directives of the Assistant Manager or General Manager
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
- Combination of education and work experience will be considered
Work Experience
- Data entry experience required
- Customer service experience
- Experience in warehouse inventory control or related area helpful
- Experience as Assistant Inventory Manager or Product Associate in retail dispensary is preferred
- Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and employee training programs is critical
- Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties
Capabilities and Skills:
- Cannabis experience and knowledge preferred
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

This position is classified as Non-Exempt, and therefore, will be eligible to receive overtime pay based on federal and state requirements.
