About the Role
The Inventory Administrator supports the Distribution Center, provides inventory and office support, and assist with delivery schedules. This position coordinates with the sales and production group to transfer products offsite for delivery. The Inventory Administrator will be responsible for coordination and administration of the distribution office/facility.
Responsibilities
Inventory
- Inventory tracking and labeling
- Auditing all packages and running inventory audits with METRC and in house software programs
- Accepting and verifying quality of all products
- Auditing Inventory Control Forms in conjunction with METRC to identify discrepancies
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory
- Ensure accuracy in all received orders
- Manage process for historical METRC tags
- Assist with cycle counts of orders
- Identify and resolve physical and digital inventory discrepancies

- Positive team player and strong customer service skills
- Ability to keep track of several different calendars and projects in a fast-paced environment

General Summary:
The Inventory Specialist & Administrator. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, ever changing industry with, an exceptional work ethic and strong observation skills.
Essential Functions:
· Data entry and inventory analysis within the POS, including but not limited to, inventory transfers,, SKU creation & management, overall inventory and transfer manifest quality assurance
· Auditing the steps within the inventory and product lifecycles to identify discrepancies
· Performing weekly and bi-weekly audits to ensure inventory is 100% accurate
· Reporting and identifying Root Cause for discrepancies after an audit has been performed to evaluate what issues had occurred
· Verifying manifests to ensure proper information is correctly filled and completed prior to departures
· Verifying packages that are created and broken down are correct
· Other related responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Software & Computer-Hardware Proficiency e.g., MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and POS systems (Leaf Logix, Blackbird, etc.)

Senior Inventory and Metrc Administrator
We are looking for an individual with experience in Metrc Administration and wholesale inventory movement. You will work directly under our Metrc and Inventory Controller and alongside our Metrc Admin team. You are responsible for making sure all products are identified and accounted for in both internal IT, and state compliance tracking systems. Assist with inventory intake and outtake efforts, alongside a range of professionals from testing coordinators to METRC coordinators, and warehouse managers to track daily movement of cannabis inventory through databases. A great asset for the Senior Inventory and Metrc Admin is attention to detail and high organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have digital inventory reconciliation and physical storage coordination experience. The goal of the Metrc team is to maintain 100% accurate physical and digital inventory of all materials in-house and in-transit at all times.
Senior Inventory and Metrc Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in inventory management and inventory audits (physical and digital)
- Ability to navigate the Metrc system effectively
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment

Inventory Controller Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of related experience in data management

- Physical ability to lift 35 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
