About the Role
The Warehouse Delivery Associate supports the Distribution Center, assists with delivery schedules, and makes local deliveries. This position coordinates with the sales and production group to transfer products offsite for delivery.
Responsibilities
Inventory
- Inventory tracking and labeling

- Pulling unified samples and testing all incoming inventory
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory

- Assist with cycle counts of orders
- Identify and resolve physical and digital inventory discrepancies
- Assist with bagging, tagging, and boxing of product
- Check inventory for items to be corrected; track and notify manager of needed destructions
- Manage, update, and maintain customer information in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software
Driving
- Loads, transports, and delivers items in a safe, timely manner
- Assist with Delivery Dispatch
- Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules
- Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
- Verify product deliveries against manifest/invoice to ensure accuracy
- Secure storage of inventory
- Notify Management with any car issues and alert when service is needed
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in Distribution or Delivery(preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Minimum age of 21 years or older and pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
- Positive team player and strong customer service skills
- Must be proactive and solution oriented with a positive attitude
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication

About the Role
The Inventory Administrator supports the Distribution Center, provides inventory and office support, and assist with delivery schedules. Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in Distribution or Inventory (preferred)
- Minimum age of 21 years or older and pass a criminal background check
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk and office management
- Strong computer skills, proficient in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- Positive team player and strong customer service skills
- Ability to keep track of several different calendars and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of METRC and Cannabis compliance rules and regulations preferred
- Love & passion for working in the cannabis industry

About the Role
The Warehouse Inventory Associate supports the Distribution Center, provides inventory and office support, and assist with delivery schedules. This position coordinates with the sales and production group to transfer products offsite for delivery. The Warehouse Inventory Associate will also be responsible for coordination and administration of the distribution office/facility.
Responsibilities
Inventory
- Inventory tracking and labeling
- Auditing all packages and running inventory audits with METRC and in house software programs
- Accepting and verifying quality of all products
- Auditing Inventory Control in conjunction with METRC to identify discrepancies
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory
- Ensure accuracy in all received orders
- Manage process for historical METRC tags
- Assist with cycle counts of orders
- Identify and resolve physical and digital inventory discrepancies
- Assist with bagging, tagging, and boxing of product
- Track Oil and Flower production quarterly
- Check inventory for items to be corrected; track and notify manager of needed destructions
Office
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Assist with invoices and accounts
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Provide support to visitors, manage relationships with vendors, answering incoming phone calls

About the Role
The CFO/VP Finance position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. Responsibilities
Planning
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Monitor and assist in directing the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the annual budgeting processes including monthly updates throughout each year, measuring variances, and identifying potential areas of concern or opportunity
- Develop and report financial performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Operations and Analysis
- Manage the accounting, human resources, tax, and treasury functions
- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
- Develop comprehensive pricing and costing analyses to allow management to efficiently identify areas for profit enhancement via cost reductions and pricing improvements
- Prepare analyses for all capital request decisions showing return on investment timeframe and magnitude

- 10- 15 years of finance and accounting experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Areas of expertise to include financial and cost accounting, cash management, financial and resource planning systems, and tax compliance
- CPA/MBA preferred
- Exceptional organization skills, strong self-motivator with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
