We have an opening for a Sanitation Leader to work out of the Monitor Township facility, located in Bay City, Michigan. This role will be cleaning and sanitizing the office and meeting rooms, bathrooms, break room, and production area and equipment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to lead a small team through daily routine cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of approximately six people though daily cleaning routines of the office and meeting rooms, bathroom, breakroom, and production area
- Perform extensive cleaning and sanitizing in the grow, harvest, and post-harvest areas of production
- Sterilize and perform basic preventative maintenance care on equipment
- Ensure daily cleaning objectives are met and communicate delays to Operations Manager and Head Grower
- Provide on-the-job direction and coaching to sanitation team
- Able to work variable shifts (Days, Evenings, Overnights)
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a criminal background check
- 2 to 3 years of demonstrated effective Sanitation Leadership experience, preferred in food manufacturing or hospital setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate between the office, cultivation team, and operations team.
- Strong service and quality focus; assist address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to communicate with Operations Manager in a timely manner
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate inventory using several different processes and determining the cause of any inaccuracies. Data entry and product tracking through the product lifecycle with a high degree of accuracy. Some of these processes include cycle counting, report running, and maintaining a high level of communication among various departments. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory is a vital component to ensure continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete responsibility for all inbound and internal facility inventory transactions
- Manage purchase order process which includes entry and receipt of all purchase orders for facility
- Ensure supplier purchase order payment information is coordinated with accounting team
- Manage secure transportation for all METRC items
- Setup and manage new supplier’s information in ERP system
- Setup and manage new items and SKU’s in ERP system
- Account for all product receipt of goods, ensuring receipt information is updated in the ERP and METRC systems
- Oversight of the local store packaging process, team, and inventory transactions
- Ensure inventory levels for packaging materials including METRC tags are adequately stocked
- Auditing the physical inventory to ensure that the inventory aligns precisely with system inventory numbers and locations for all applicable systems
- Coordinate and conduct cycle and inventory evaluation and verification procedures for all locations
- Research inventory out of balance situations and adjustments; implement controls to reduce adjustments

This role is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the Quality and Compliance system at corporate, divisional, facility and departmental level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the Quality policies and procedures for all types of activities including; cultivation, processing, packaging, transportation and storage for all facilities.
- Provide proactive approach to identifying, evaluating, and controlling potential risks to quality and ensure continual improvement of process performance and product quality throughout products lifecycle.
- Liaise with testing laboratory for the timely issuance of analysis results and to facilitate the release of lots. Ensure that each batch of Marijuana product is released according to the approved specifications and conformance requirements
- Review complaints and when needed perform the investigation and implement the required corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
- Develop & implement sanitation program, sampling and testing procedures, monitor environmental conditions and other quality procedures.
- In the event of a recall, ensure the rapid and complete recall of any lot or batch of product that has been made available for sale.
- Perform and monitor the training of the staff to ensure adherence to all SOPs and applicable Regulations.
- Prepare & lead inspection by Regulatory Authorities and prepare & lead the internal and external audits.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science or Pharmacy required
- 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in agricultural, food, beverage or health products company
- 5 years' experience in management with proven leadership skills and ability to manage QA team across multiple locations
- 3 years' experience in a GMP, HACCP, or FSMA regulated environment required; certifications preferred

Strong understanding of Marijuana regulations
- Knowledge of plant chemistry, extraction systems and chromatographic techniques is a big asset
- Exceptional planning, organizational and execution skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Must be able to travel between locations
Full time: $80K - $90K a year based on experience and successful interview; full benefits and great growth opportunities.

This position will beresponsible for helping production and general labor in our Cultivationfacilities by performing duties assigned by local operations and cultivationleadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow approved procedures for receiving, preparing, storing, arranging, and manicuring product to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection
- Move product to work surfaces for further inspection and processing
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Accurate counting, quality control, and attention to detail are essential
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment. Labeling is a large part of the job
- Maintain quality of product
- Handle damaged and waste products per company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods
- Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately
- General labor throughout the facility as needed (clean up, light maintenance, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with SOP and QA sanitation standards, keep floor clear of debris and spills
- Clean the grow rooms including floors and walls
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for duration of shift
- Must be able to work with bleach and isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)
- Must be able to work with delicate precision and strong attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet minimum quality and production metrics
- Dress and groom per company policy including hair restraint requirements
- Must be service oriented and have the ability to take initiative with little direction or supervision
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 or more pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
Full Time: $16.00 an hour based on experience and successful interview, plus full benefits and great growth opportunities.
