- Creates and updates manifests for outgoing deliveries
- Responsible for reviewing manifests for incoming products and following up with any concerns or questions

Position Summary:
Our Fulfillment Agents manage inventory, pull patient orders, and verify invoice details prior to packaging & labeling of product for pick up or delivery. Fulfillment Agents partner cross-functionally with every department to ensure dispensary operation remain efficient and comply with set standards and regulations

- Reviews invoices to ensure the correct packaging and labelling of product
- Communicate with sales team to ensure testing information stays accurate on product menu
- Conduct mid-day and end of day audits of product in reflection with sales, reporting any discrepancies to appropriate channels

Job Summary
We are currently seeking part-time Fulfillment Agents. This person should be high energy, outgoing, compassionate, and have a strong interest in the medical benefits of marijuana. Fulfillment Agents are the backbone of Restore and are responsible for providing organization and assistance to the dispensary agents and managers. The Fulfillment Agent maintains strict inventory controls to ensure complete compliance. Experience in customer service, retail, pharmacy and/or hospitality industries is preferred. Position Description
The Production Agent performs duties as assigned within fulfillment department operations including: staging orders for shipment, final checks & balances, product vault and inventory tracking system management, and regulatory compliance that adheres to the regulations established by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the order fulfillment daily operations and METRC/Leaflink database platforms to include order entry, manifest administration, inventory tracking, and shipping.
- Completes the fulfillment ops plan by floating between necessary facility departments per the direction of the Fulfillment Lead.
- Understanding that all sub departments within production are tied to measurable performance metrics and strives to achieve expected staging speed and fulfillment goals through focused attention to the job at hand.
- Fulfillment Agent will ensure he/she is always busy working supply chain logistics and/or working on other selected inventory and fulfillment related tasks. Furthermore, Fulfillment Agents can be tasked by management to assist other departments within Production.
- Assist the Fulfillment Lead in executing the physical tasks of order staging and shipping and other fulfillment related duties as per direction of supervisor.
- Notifies direct supervisor if potential bottlenecks and/or issues related to production operations arise.
- Maintains professional and technical cannabis knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing legitimate publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Ensures the stability and reputation of the marijuana cultivation facility by complying with legal requirements at the local and state levels.

- Fulfilling Orders
- Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries
- Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
- Creation of compliance labels using POS system
- Applying compliance labels to all products
- Confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers
- Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
- Delivery schedule
- Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
- Works well with all peers
- Effective communication skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
