JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Order Fulfillment Agent works with our Order Fulfillment team to ensure all orders are properly accounted for in our statewide seed-to-sale tracking system and our internal sales portal. This individual reports into our Order Fulfillment Manager and ensures all incoming and outgoing orders are tracked appropriately and any discrepancies are followed up appropriately.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Serves as a role model and resource for production staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Creates and updates manifests for outgoing deliveries
- Responsible for reviewing manifests for incoming products and following up with any concerns or questions
- Completing all required company and/or state required paperwork in an organized and timely manner
- Works with the Order Fulfillment Manager and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies in data
- Coordinates with the management team to ensure that accurate information and documentation is provided
- Ensures compliance with all state and local cannabis laws and regulations regarding
- Coordinates inventory-tracking procedures with the Order Fulfillment Manager
- Assist employees in properly documenting all required information throughout all procedures
- Assists when needed with onboarding, training, and integration of new hires, and coordinating with Order Fulfillment Manager and other needed production personnel in the process
- Accurately reflects cannabis and non-cannabis inventory within Cresco's and the state's inventory tracking systems
- Compliance checks on finished goods within the department, including label verification
- Maintains a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of safety for fellow employees, products, and the facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years' experience in general production of a regulated field producing goods for human consumption (food or pharmaceuticals)
- Strong proficiency working within MS Excel and other MS office products
- Prior experience with point-of-sale applications, preferred
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and professional cannabis exposure, preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal formats
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or product, up to 50 lbs., for extended periods.

JOB SUMMARY
Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our Logistics Agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

Position Summary
The Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for fulfilling & ensuring all delivery and curbside pick-up order are performed according to regulatory guidelines. The dispensary agent must arrange and package customer & medical patient orders, record sales in the ADP/POS system, and handle cash transactions. The Order Fulfillment Agent must maintain an organized environment and facility appearance.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
- A valid Dispensary Agent Card or in process of obtaining one
- Hospitality Experience a plus!
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills-
- Professional, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
- Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Computer Literacy with METRC, OnFleet, and Dutchie, GreenBits, Excel a PLUS.
- Data Entry +10key (50 WMP with less than 1% error rate)
- Strong understanding and application of organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Ability to multitask without distraction and still work on a team.

Core Job Duties & Tasks
- Daily:
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures, stock products and supplies, arrange displays, open and close register, etc.
- Count cash drawers, stock packaging, and labeling supplies arrange cashier counter;
- Prepare delivery orders and curbside pick up orders as they come through ordering system.
- Ensuring products are accurately being processed via the POS.
- Delivering orders to customers in the designated curbside pick up area.
- Ensure receipt and product labels are given to the customer once the transaction has completed.
- Assist Dispatch Coordinator with any tasks or projects
- Provide superior customer service and education to customers or registered cardholders and caregiver, as needed.
- Maintain and organize dispensary through daily upkeep and light cleaning.
- Assist the Dispensary Manager with research, communications, or any other assigned projects/tasks.
- Complete designated tasks on the Daily Checklist before taking your breaks.
- Accurate balance and count register till at the end of each shift.

- Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, and industry news.
- Ensure facility organization and cleanliness by performing light cleaning.
- Monthly:
- Participate in the COMPANY discussions and provide suggestions for improving product availability, customer or registered cardholder and caregiver satisfaction, and/or the COMPANY policies and procedures.

- Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries
- Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
- Creation of compliance labels using POS system
- Applying compliance labels to all products
- Confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers
- Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
- Delivery schedule
- Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
- Works well with all peers
- Effective communication skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Basic Excel, Word, and general compute knowledge
