Responsibilities include--
Daily pruning with proper time management
Tying up plants and supporting branches
Assisting with daily watering (automated system so you just walk rows and fix emitters)
Harvest Prep-- prepping our rooms--shelves, hangers, fans and trays
Harvest Lead (Elevated Pay)-- running a crew of 4-8 people. These will be long days will ample OT available.
Looking for somebody with experience working directly with the plants and the harvest process. We are not looking for a supervisor only, this position leads by example.
We are happy to make this a year round position for the right hard working person.

Purpose
This position is responsible for executing their daily role performing farming tasks within the Farm department to achieve the weekly objectives in the cannabis cultivation. Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for performing different farming tasks at a large scale cannabis cultivation. Tasks may include farming plants, transferring plants at points of lifecycle, harvesting plants, and cleaning of the cultivation. Supporting the perpetual cannabis production workflow.
- This position will be trained thoroughly to perform the assigned tasks. Tasks include a variety of ergonomic positions, lifting, sitting, and reporting data to support the upkeep of the cultivation.
- This position is expected to perform tasks in a timely manner, accurately, safely, and compliant. This position will be responsible for participating in their role throughout the scheduled shift, consistently.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Production dept tasks, Post Harvest dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements

Workspace and Material Maintenance
- This position is responsible for the upkeep of the cannabis cultivation, and reporting of malfunctions within the cultivation area.
- This position is responsible for utilizing equipment and supplies provided by leadership properly, as trained. This position must report to leadership when the equipment operating with is malfunctioning.
- Responsible for sanitizing, cleaning, and maintaining of cultivation equipment and cultivation area as instructed.
- Direct the communication and reporting of plant health issue concerns with the Manager of Farm for proper awareness of organization and analysis.
Compliance and Reporting
- Take instruction from Farm leadership towards upholding current laws and regulations for the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.
- Support the organizing and securing of all METRC tags and harvest batches.
- Take instruction from leadership with updating and tracking all required information in the Farm department logs and spreadsheets daily.
- Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Production.
- This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies.
Working Conditions

- Responsible for the preparation, decarboxylation, extraction, and post-extraction processing of cannabis product in accordance with State and local standards.
- Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility.
- Follows all defined current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure that highest level of product safety.
- Completes the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
- Assist with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates.

The role of a packaging technician is to take various materials and package and label them into a final product form quickly and efficiently. Incumbent is required to have manual dexterity and accuracy and speed in weighing, measuring and counting the products.

A farm hand/technician is responsible for providing assistance to farmers by helping them grow their crops and cultivate a quality product for distribution.
Job responsibilities of a farm hand include feeding/watering, transplanting, tarping, building structures as an enclave for nursery and greenhouses, cleaning facilities, helping with the maintenance of farm structures and equipment, planting crops, preparing the soil, spraying the crops, examining crops, and helping with misc items as they arise on the farm.
Cannabis experience is desired but not needed. Cannabis strain knowledge would be extremely helpful. You must be able to handle a "farm lifestyle" where you will be on the farm for long periods of time. Must have a reliable form or transportation. Must have a reliable form of communication (I.E. working cell phone)
Helpful job skills include active listening, ability to work without supervision, good critical thinking skills, knowledge of farming, good communication skills, and ability to problem-solve. The future job market outlook for a farm hand is fair.

Job summary:
The Farmacy Tech position at Farmacy Partners plays a critical role in customer satisfaction with current and potential clients. This individual is outgoing and knowledgeable of our products, services and our industry. The Farmacy Techs will engage directly with our customer finding them products and solutions to help with the problems and need they have. The Farmacy Tech will report directly to the Farmacy manager and will complete tasks as assigned to ensure an exceptional environment for clients visiting the Farmacy.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:
- Consult with guests and determine their needs in order to suggests various retail products and/or services available. Educate guests on the benefits of hemp-cannabis and the various solutions available in the Farmacy.
- Maintains a professional and pleasant demeanor that supports Farmacy Partners Vision, Mission and Values both in Farmacy and over the phone with guests looking to schedule physicians’ appointments.
- Ensure the environment of the store is welcoming for all guests including cleaning tasks, stocking products, organizing and other projects as assigned by the Farmacy Manager or District Manager when not with guests.
- Process business transactions, handle cash, process debit/credit cards and perform returns or exchanges when permitted/ needed.
- Any other task or responsibility as assigned by the District Manager or Store Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFCATIONS:
