JOB SUMMARY
The Packaging Technician is a crucial role at Standard Farms. This role is responsible for packaging medical devices and medical marijuana products into consumer facing packaging and bulk packaging before leaving the facility. This position will report directly to the Packaging Manager. An applicant for this role should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the final packaging of all products and devices. Correct identification and assembly of individual packaging components for bulk stock and appropriate label application on product containers.
- Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - must follow specific directions and guidelines throughout packaging process. Add product into appropriate packaging to fill customer orders – apply labels, include product brochures, and tamper-proof where applicable.
- Ability to perform duties in a manner that ensures a clean and safe production facility
- Maintenance of sanitary conditions of all equipment and tools including workspace, containers, and appliances
- Assisting with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Working with a team towards meeting department goals around efficiencies and cost
- Identify packaging quality control issues including visually inconsistent, damaged or blemished packaging.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of flower final manicure process to include identification of plant blemishes and undesirable consistency of product.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Driver position at Standard Farms is critical to the daily operations of Standard Farms’ business. They are our first point of contact with customers, and clients. Drivers consistently engage with clients in a courteous, friendly, and effective manner. RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Anticipate and respond to potential vehicle issues including ensuring that vehicles have adequate fuel levels
- Be capable of changing a tire, perform regular safety inspections of assigned vehicle, and be able to drive in all weather conditions
Quality & Financial
- Load and unload cargo
- Recognize and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process
- Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a dispatcher as soon as possible
- Follow all applicable traffic laws
- Report serious mechanical problems to the supervisor or other appropriate party
- Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean in and good working order
People & Development

Compliance

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standard Farms Drivers have physically demanding jobs. When loading and unloading cargo, drivers do a lot of lifting, carrying, and walking. Driving in congested traffic, interfacing with customers, or adhering to strict delivery timelines can also be stressful. All drivers must have the ability to hear, see, and speak clearly. Drivers frequently must lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs. Drivers must be able to enter and exit a vehicle many times per shift and sit in a vehicle for long periods. Exposure to outside weather conditions occurs on a regular basis. Shifts vary among drivers but may be scheduled seven days a week and between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. Overtime may be required from time to time.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Set a good example for new hires relating to Department of Health (DOH) compliance and Standard Farms policies.
Quality & Financial Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including: pruning of vegetative plants, maintenance of flowering plants, transplanting, scouting for pests and disease and trellising.
- Daily inspection of irrigation emitters and dripper stakes for proper function:
- Replacement of any clogged or broken emitters or dripper stakes.
- Notifying the Cultivation Manager and/or Facilities Manager of any equipment malfunction.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned during a scheduled shift, as well as information sharing:
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Assist with harvest and packaging as needed.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
Compliance Filling out required paperwork for DOH compliance & updating computer as assigned. Following all Standard Farms policies.

? Contact supervisor directly to resolve delivery paperwork issues or discrepancies; take corrective actions as necessary

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Standard Farms Drivers have physically demanding jobs. When loading and unloading cargo, drivers do a lot of lifting, carrying, and walking. Driving in congested traffic, interfacing with customers, or adhering to strict delivery timelines can also be stressful. All drivers must have the ability to hear, see, and speak clearly. Drivers frequently must lift and carry loads up to 50lbs. Drivers must be able to enter and exit a vehicle many times per shift and sit in a vehicle for long periods.
Exposure to outside weather conditions occurs on a regular basis. Shifts vary among drivers but may be scheduled seven days a week and between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. Overtime may be required from time to time.

JOB SUMMARY
The Portioning Technician is a crucial role reporting directly to the Manager of Extraction and Processing. The main responsibility of this position will comprise portioning of bulk batches into final delivery devices as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Complete regular sanitation and basic maintenance of all portioning instruments and equipment including workspace, portioning equipment, containers, and tools to maintain proper safety and compliance
- Assist with proper weighing, labeling, and documentation of final product as well as the tracking of batch numbers and other necessary measurable data
- Operate all portioning equipment utilized at Standard Farms for filling final product into their delivery devices
- Perform all assigned duties required in a timely and accurate manner ensuring daily portioning goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment

· A ssist in the final packaging of all flower products. Correct identification and assembly of individual packaging components for bulk stock and appropriate label application on product containers.
· Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
· Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
· Plant monitoring and care with a focus on quality control (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Flower Health, Scouting for pest/disease, Moisture Content, etc.)
· Identify packaging quality control issues including visually inconsistent, damaged, or blemished products and/or packaging.
· Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio-secure work environment.
· Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
· Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Harvest Logs, Yield Tracking Logs, Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.)
· Assist in daily monitoring of flower quality, moisture content, environmental numbers, and water activity.
· Must operate equipment including but not limited to bucking machine, batching machine, and twister.
· Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties at the direction of the Harvest Manager.
· Maintain detailed tracking/organization of harvest lot weights, batch numbers, and cultivar identification.

JOB SUMMARY
The Processing Supervisor is responsible for direct oversight of processing medical marijuana plant material into final concentrated and infused products for medical patients. This position will manage day-to-day operations in a regulated environment through a team of leads and/or technicians including extraction, post-processing, and portioning. This position may include participating in product development and be responsible for supporting future product launches and methods of extraction. This position will report directly to the Manager of Extraction and Processing Operations as well as working closely with other departmental heads to ensure the production of high-quality products in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the daily operations of the extraction and portioning departments by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company and regulatory procedures and policies
- Responsible for all processes, equipment, and supplies related to extraction and portioning functional areas
- Responsible for proper weighing, labeling, and documentation of all products in accordance with state and local regulations as well as the tracking of batch numbers and other necessary measurable data in internal spreadsheets
- Provide for effective employee relations through professional communication, coaching, training, and development
- Facilitate issue resolution to enable fast improvements and quality working relationships
- Monitor employee compliance with all rules and regulations; assist in the drafting and delivery of progressive discipline where appropriate.
- Schedule and direct the performance of assigned staff to meet production goals

POSITION SUMMARY

Requirements
- Horticulture degree or commensurate medical cannabis experience
- 2+ years minimum of CEA greenhouse management of at least 10,000 square feet of flowering canopy
- Working knowledge of and experience with Wadsworth Greenhouse Control systems
- Previous medicinal Cannabis cultivation experience preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with direct inject fertigation equipment and irrigation strategies
- IPM experience working within a highly regulated industry
- General knowledge and understanding of the PA DoH medical marijuana program regulations
- Basic computer knowledge (word processing, data entry, Excel)
- Able to work on your feet for an 8 to 12-hour shift on cement floors

- Monitor and adjust the CEA greenhouse Wadsworth Controls at the direction of the Cultivation Manager

Job Description
Standard Farms is a grower/processor of modern medical marijuana. We believe in a little plant full of potential. That is why we produce the highest quality medical marijuana products with one thing in mind...our patients.
POSITION SUMMARYProvides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
