Role Summary:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for completing payments, controlling expenses by receiving payments, as well as processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. This individual manages all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage billing inbox.
- Maintain cash accounts and log all outgoing disbursements.
- Monitor all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts.
- Responsible for paying all sales tax on appropriate invoices and making a note of each tax payment made.
- Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments.
- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant major required.
- Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Must have strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible to daily changes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
- New grad/less than 2 year(s) of accounts payable experience preferred.
- Financial/accounting software, specifically QuickBooks and/or Sage Intacct, experience is a plus.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Specialist provides on-site support to facilities maintenance operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Maintenance Specialist, you are responsible for completing assigned maintenance tasks involving basic installation, inspection, and routine upkeep and repair of machines and equipment. Maintenance Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs.
This position is entry level (0-1 year of maintenance experience).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
- Document and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Report all maintenance issues to Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Perform custodial functions to clean and maintain the building both inside and outside.
- Assist with the management of outside contractors for required service for the facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
- Immediately inform Maintenance Manager of any system discrepancies.
- Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing preferred.
- Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
- Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.
- Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
- Ability to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent.
- Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you are responsible for development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems and the delivery of satisfactory product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials in accordance with raw material specifications.
- Maintain all specification files (customer & raw materials).
- Makes final approval of products for shipment.
- Performs inspection and testing of products.
- Conducts finished product audits.
- Consults manufacturing on quality issues in packaging operations.
- Records, charts and analyzes test data for comparison purposes.
- Tests finished products in accordance with Product Requirement Sheet.
- May perform additional tests to meet customer's certification requirements.
- Reviews and approves testing performed by other Quality Assurance technicians.
- Prepares non-conforming reports and reports findings to Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist II.
- Input raw material and finished product test requirements in ERP system.
- Perform usage decisions in ERP system based on raw material and finished product test/inspection results.
- Initiate internal and supplier complaints for non-conforming material.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a Manufacturing environment.
- Associates Degree in Chemistry, Physical Sciences or Tech Field. Relevant job experience may be considered in place of a 2-year degree.
- Must be able to evaluate quality based on product specifications and alert manufacturing when product is non-conforming.
- Familiarization with ISO 9001, 21 CFR 111 and FDA regulations.
- Positive attitude and works well with others in a team environment.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Trim Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the trim process and ensuring all pertinent SOPs are being followed. In addition, the manager will provide regular coaching and development opportunities to ensure continual team growth and improve productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and utilize resources to provide training and new hire orientation.
- Support the trimming and debudding of harvested plants by hand and instrument.
- Train, teach, and test Trim Specialists on trim methods and machine operation.
- Create and manage production and staff schedules with the support of the Trim Manager.
- Communicate any discrepancies or quality issues with the Manager.
- Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
- Manage, document, and destroy cultivation waste.
- Verify harvest batches to ensure all strains are correctly labeled.
- Check and confirm all machines are regularly serviced and in good operating condition.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.

Job Summary:
The Production Specialist provides on-site support to the production areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. This role is responsible for ensuring cannabis cultivation/manufacturing facility operations remain compliant under state law. Qualified individuals will demonstrate several years' experience as a compliance leader in a highly-regulated industry, such as cannabis production, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, alcohol beverage, etc.
A demonstrated track record implementing and maintaining robust operational compliance—including developing standard operating procedures and leading internal audits—is required.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, be able to work collaboratively to oversee multiple projects at once, and use analytical skills to solve complex problems under rigorous timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize METRC to audit records and assist staff with product creation, movement, and waste for cultivation and manufactured products.
- Oversee harvest, manufacturing, testing, packaging, shipment, and waste destruction activities to ensure compliance throughout the facility.
- Collect, audit, and maintain required records from all departments (cultivation, lab, kitchen, etc.) to ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
- Monitor and audit inventory of cultivation and manufacturing products and waste on a routine, ongoing basis, and investigate any discrepancies identified.
- Monitor inventory losses and assist in developing standard operating procedures to reduce loss in all departments.
- Confirm that all new packaging and labeling is compliant prior to distribution.
- Review marketing and advertising materials for compliance with state regulations.
- Collect and submit manifests for product deliveries.
- Monitor state regulations and agency guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
- Minimum 1-3 years' compliance experience in highly-regulated industry.
- Specific experience in cannabis cultivation/manufacturing operations strongly preferred.
- Experience in METRC seed-to-sale software program preferred.
- Experience leading inspections and completing corrective action plans.

The Director of Operational Compliance supports the Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams by assisting with onsite operational compliance across all cultivation and manufacturing facilities along the East Coast. Qualified individuals will demonstrate several years' experience as a regulatory compliance leader in a highly-regulated industry, with specific experience in cannabis cultivation/manufacturing operations.
A demonstrated track record implementing and maintaining a complex compliance program for Consumer Packaged Goods ("CPG") facilities—including developing standard operating procedures, tracking product inventory, and leading internal audits—is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and implements standard operating procedures, internal processes, and compliance training for cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution centers.
- Manages a team of onsite compliance managers at cultivation/manufacturing facilities along the East Coast.
- Ensures appropriate tracking and tracing of inventory and waste through various seed-to-sale software programs (BioTrack, METRC, MJ Freeway).
- Develops internal audit procedures for all business entities in various states and localities.
- Conducts regular, random internal audits of facility operations and prepares written reports to senior management.
- Assists with remedial action to address gaps in facility operational compliance and mitigate future risks.
- Helps prepare for facility inspections, government regulatory investigations, and external audits.
- Reviews government investigation findings, and assists with preparing and implementing corrective action plans.
- Drafts official communications and assists with responses to government agencies and other regulatory bodies.
- Reviews and approves packaging and labeling designs for cultivated and manufactured products.
- Partners with operational leads to ensure record-keeping and security requirements are met at every facility.
- Monitors changes to cannabis laws, regulations, and industry guidance in various states and municipalities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum 3-5 years' compliance experience in highly-regulated industry.
- Experience in cannabis seed-to-sale software programs required (BioTrack, METRC, MJ Freeway)
- Ability and willingness to regularly travel to facilities throughout the U.S. required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific experience in cannabis cultivation/manufacturing operations strongly preferred.

The Cannabis Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the sales performance of our flagship brands and activities, including cultivating new and existing relationships, completing sales, tracking sales performance over time, gathering feedback, and providing budtender training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee entire sales process.
- Exceed assigned revenue quota on a weekly basis.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Close new business and increase revenue from existing clients.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit or call on customers and potential business development opportunities.
