Grow Technicians are responsible to work as a team to ensure prime growth, quality, appearance and health of plants. Communication skills, organization, attention to safety and detail, and time management are critical to the success of the cultivator and the overall success of Item 9 Labs.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Trim Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the trim process and ensuring all pertinent SOPs are being followed. In addition, the manager will provide regular coaching and development opportunities to ensure continual team growth and improve productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and utilize resources to provide training and new hire orientation.
- Support the trimming and debudding of harvested plants by hand and instrument.
- Train, teach, and test Trim Specialists on trim methods and machine operation.
- Create and manage production and staff schedules with the support of the Trim Manager.
- Communicate any discrepancies or quality issues with the Manager.
- Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.

1) The E-Developer:
Reporting to the CEO, the E-Learning Developer is responsible for creating online learning materials for external students/customers. The E-Learning Developer interacts directly with Subject Matter Experts to design and build innovative and engaging E-Learning courses for delivery to the online platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engages professionals from highly recognized cannabis companies to become Subject Matter Experts for course programs.
- Designs and develops innovative materials and engages E-Learning to meet learning objectives for course programs.
- Develops scripts, storyboards, videos, and audio files in line with business requirements and guidelines.
- Works collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to obtain requirements and details needed for creation and testing of course contents.
- Set up and test E-Learning courses in the online platform and assign to users as instructed.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Effective organization and project planning skills.
- Creativity in the instructional design of courses to meet business and learner’s needs.

2) Editorial Assistant
You will assist with proofreading articles, educator documents and public-facing materials and helping to support the day-to-day operations of the Editorial team. As part of the team, you will support the development of plain language communications that help people understand and navigate the intricacies of the cannabis industry in a manner that makes it fun to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform copyedits and pre-delivery checks on Educator, Contributor and public facing educational materials.
- Apply industry best practices and ensure the appropriate components are included to satisfy applicable regulatory requirements for any given communication.
- Ensure that CCC materials are clear and accurate, consistent in style and content, and that they maintain the highest quality standards across the organization’s communications.
- Assist with updating Topic templates and terminology glossaries.
- Create and organize Editorial workload reports.
- Keep the master monthly and yearly editorial calendars up to date.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year full-time paid work experience (or equivalent) in editorial/journalism.

3) Educators:
Cannabis Community College is seeking industry professionals to teach their experience and knowledge on our platform. Courses are offered anywhere from free up to several thousand dollars depending on the content, involvement time and the educator’s credentials. Cannabis education can cover any area of cannabis expertise. This is a fee per class including commission position.
4) Contributors (Ambassadors & Diplomats):
We are looking for cannabis experts to join CCC’s Global Cannabis Industry Networking Group to represent the voice of the cannabis industry in their part of the world. We are including diplomats and ambassadors from all the legal countries including countries close to legalization. Contributors are paid for their time on our monthly panels and given commission for all sales that come through their affiliate link.

Lab Technician
Lab Technicians will be responsible for turning received oils from the extraction department and creating bulk formulated products through various methods but not limited to, high through put automated cart production operation. Also responsible for the accurate data notation and labeling of finished bulk goods, handling and the sorting, packing, planning, and labeling of outgoing shipments for the Company.
Duties:
- Filling distillate cartridges via automated fill and press equipment and manually via glass syringe operation
- Analytical balance operation hotplate/stir plate operation
- Prepares cannabinoid concentrates from primary into secondary refinement processing
- Assists in inventory management as required by the lab manager and/or lab director
- Record keeping and documentation of all bulk and unit-based products as they are produced
- Resolves problems by examining and evaluating data
- Performs basic algebraic calculations with respect to bulk and unit-based formulated products
- Maintain laboratory and equipment cleanliness to meet the state and local requirements
- Perform clerical work related to laboratory activities
- Lab technicians will be required to lift 20-50 lbs during shifts
- Assist in Packaging and Labeling Accuracy
- Assists in QA inquiries, with Director of Lab Services
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years laboratory experience in chemistry, biology, physics, and/or engineering. Education requirements subject to waiver based on experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to motivate and mentor 20+ employees. - Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
- Working knowledge of P&L and retail business operations including management of payroll and controlling expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
- Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, execute and enforce compliance efforts.
- Support and partner with management on inventory management, marketing management and training management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to motivate and mentor 20+ employees. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Harvest the #1 dispensary. QUALIFICATIONS *

- Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
EDUCATION *
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.
