Your Role
You will directly impact and create the strategy behind how we recruit, hire and onboard Sales talent. This role requires experience in building a pipeline of high-caliber Account Executives, Sales Directors and Vice Presidents with experience working in either a data or media-oriented high growth company.

The salary listed is the non-Public Employee Retirement Systems (PERS) qualifying base salary range of the Human Resource Analyst 2 position ($4,706-$6,920) . Starting salaries of candidates who are PERS qualifying will reflect the 6.95% increase upon hire.
Who are we?
The OLCC is responsible for regulating the sale and service of alcoholic beverages, the production and sale of recreational marijuana, the tracking of Oregon Health Authority medical marijuana, and the tracking of industrial hemp products sold in OLCC retail stores. The agency is comprised of three major operational programs; the Distilled Spirits Program, the Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. All three programs are supported by the Administration, Financial Services, and Support Services divisions. Revenue generated from these programs helps support state and local government programs.
What will you do?
You will be focused on working with and assisting the OLCC with expert-level recruiting. You will bring your strong organizational skills, experience with forecasting workforce needs, staffing strategies, problem solving, your ability to analyze jobs for selection criteria and hands on recruiting experience. You will be a key team player in delivering excellent customer service to our agency stakeholders and internal partners. Valid Certification as a Professional in Human Resources awarded by the Human Resources Certification Institute or the Society for Human Resource Management and three years Human Resources professional-level experience related to the position;

Five years Human Resource experience related to the position. Three of the five years must have been at the professional-level. A master’s degree in any of the above listed courses of study may substitute for one year of professional-level experience.
Valid Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional awarded by a nationally recognized organization, substitutes for six months of human resource professional-level experience.

Overview:

Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a vital member of our Talent Acquisition Team supporting the overall growth of Weedmaps. You will own and recruit across our organization to further develop your skills as a recruiter. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces organization, and holds candidate and hiring manager experience to a high standard.
The impact you'll make:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing
- Partner with other recruiters to help strategize and source for passive candidates
- Conduct weekly meetings with hiring teams to ensure consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process
- Provide a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being able to think proactively
- Deliver interview preparation for candidates and hiring teams
- Continuously calibrate and align hiring teams

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter will be responsible for successfully identifying and placing top talent in contract and/or direct hire opportunities. This role will be within the Cannabis industry, with an award winning company that's growing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Post jobs to various internet sites (career sites, industry and position associations, networking sites, local resources, etc., as needed)
- Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Source, screen, qualify and interview potential candidates
- Input and manage all activity in companies ATS and CRM tool
- Conduct references
- Ensures that service standards are achieved on a continual basis to include 100% compliance on client service requirements (SLA’s)
- Meets recruiting department SOPs to include maintaining appropriate gross margin requirements for the recruiter’s tier level
- Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting, human resources or relevant experience
- BA/BS degree desired
- Proven experience in assessing and qualifying candidates
- Proven experience sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing up to date recruiting techniques based on position demographics and industry trends
- Advanced communication, both oral and written, and customer service skills with both candidates and clients
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Positive attitude exhibiting flexibility, resourcefulness, and self-determination
