Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own and recruit for multiple positions across multiple verticals to further develop your skills as a Recruiter. You will be responsible for partnering with individual managers to ensure delivery of all recruiting aspects. You will be carrying various roles on your respective teams and manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a unique and positive candidate experience. Interview preparation for candidates and hiring team

Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Succinct and timely feedback to all candidates in the interview process
Manage ATS to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicated the appropriate information for each step
Honest, timely, and transparent feedback to all candidates in the hiring process
Partnership with the hiring managers that you support, well beyond a service. Offer counsel on roles, hiring decisions, salaries, etc.
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
What you've accomplished:
5+ years of staffing agency and/or in-house recruiting experience
Enjoys navigating a high volume recruiting environment
Team player attitude who loves to learn, grow, and mentor
Ability to conduct boolean searches and identify creative ways to find passive candidates
Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Proven customer service skills and experience
Ability to build relationships with executives and hiring managers across various departments
Interpersonal skills and being able to work with others as a team
Strong knowledge and experience with industry Applicant Tracking System
A compelling communicator, able to engage the attention of busy, senior leaders
Self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet
Inquisitive; a strong desire to learn

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a vital member of our Talent Acquisition Team supporting the overall growth of Weedmaps. You will own and recruit across our organization to further develop your skills as a recruiter. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces organization, and holds candidate and hiring manager experience to a high standard.
