Uphold inventory best practices with Member Consultants and complete inventory processes as needed

Protect guest, staff and assets from injury damage, or theft through prevention and rapid response

JOB SUMMARY:
The focus of this role is to ensure that all principal processes are being completed accurately, ensure that all delivery
personnel are well trained, committed, and consistent in all daily procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing all delivery personnel for assigned location.
Responsible for assuring all delivery personnel follow all standard operating procedures, dress code, all security
regulations and perform all point of sale procedures accurately.
Responsible for completing the delivery schedule for all locations as well as completing quality checks on all
dispensations.
Perform audit checks and performance evaluations on the delivery team, to ensure all personnel are performing to
company standards.
Responsible for all cash reconciliation, preparing bank cash bags, inventory audits and ensuring that all orders are
fulfilled properly.
Remain available for all delivery personnel during their scheduled hours.
Responsible for assuring all vehicles are clean and organized and receive service at the appropriate time.
Responsible for meeting with the Senior Manager monthly to update them appropriately on any objectives that need
to be handled as well as share innovative ideas or processes that may result in more efficient daily procedures.
Responsible for leading the operations and Retail Home Delivery staff on a daily basis
Ensure all Retail Home Delivery activities are supported, accurate, and being held to the highest standards:
o In a timely and professional manner, deliver medication to patients, as well as provide resources to patients
seeking information for physician referrals and dispensing options.
o In general, maintain excellent client service and work with patients to ensure their needs are being serviced as a
representative of the company.
Train new personnel to Liberty Health Sciences’ standards.
Maintain an on-going knowledge of company products. In general, continue to educate yourself on medical cannabis
products in the market as well as current news or research related to medical cannabis treatments.
Audit inventory on a weekly basis to ensure there are no discrepancies from the electronic inventory vs the
inventory in stock
Responsible for balancing Retail Home Delivery cash on a daily basis and preparing for pick up
Document and distribute cash tips to Retail Home Delivery Drivers weekly
Responsible for sending all weekly reports to Store Manager or appropriate company personnel
Ensure effective communication and teamwork across functional areas and team members to achieve company
goals.
Help assemble finished products for storage, delivery, and/or transfer to dispensaries and patients.
Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and company procedures related to medical cannabis operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years’ experience in healthcare
Excellent communication skills
Valid current driver’s license
Professional with attention to detail
Minimum one year experience of customer or patient service
Willing and able to work some Saturdays
Must be 21 years old or older
