About This Role
The Distribution Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting cannabis-infused products to licensed Apothecaruuum dispensaries while adhering to all California State Regulations. The Driver will also be tasked with processing and packing orders for delivery, as well as routinely operating dispatch software when needed. The Apothecarium is a professional cannabis retail dispensary company with a national reputation for excellence.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Securely drive and deliver cannabis-infused products from The Apothecarium Inventory headquarters to our retail locations in the Bay Area.

Assist with all inventory receipt, storage and distribution as needed

Package and distribute inventory transfers between store locations

Load and unload product into vehicles upon start and end of each shift

Must safely and efficiently operate a provided refrigerated commercial van

Obey all local, state and federal traffic and driving laws

Adhere to routing guidelines and parameters to deliver according to schedule and Bureau of Cannabis Control requirements

Ensure the retail team correctly signs off on all required paperwork

Prepare delivery vehicle for operation by inspecting general condition; check vehicle for damage and communicate any concerns to your supervisor

Address, report, and/or resolve customer complaints and escalate service issues in an expedient manner

Assist in opening and closing distribution and order processing areas daily

About This Role
The Assistant General Manager for the Apothecarium must bring The Apothecarium’s culture of competence and compassion to our dispensary. The leadership team is at the heart of our unique patient and employee experience. As the Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager with day to day dispensary operations. About This Role
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include — but are not limited to — assisting the Cultivation Manager in various ways such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, IPM applications, pruning plants, planting and resetting rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our gardens and their various individual departments.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of cannabis cultivation experience
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-fanning plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste
Completes regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease under the training of the Cultivation Manager.
Ensure cultivation facilities are consistently stocked with appropriate supplies at all times.
Ensures all equipment and systems (mechanical, lighting, fertigation/plumbing, etc) are properly maintained
Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance
Mop up spills, leaks and make sure safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures and chemicals. Complete training will be provided upon hiring.
Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
Complies with safety requirements at all times.

About This Role
Customer Care Consultants primary responsibility is to serve The Apothecarium’s guests. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service, total understanding and strict compliance with all medical cannabis regulations and a positive, respectful attitude. Consultants will need to have a thorough understanding of strains, genetics, and relevant medical marijuana terminology and how to help our customers select the cannabis flowers and infused products that are right for them. About This Role
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include — but are not limited to — assisting the Cultivation Manager in various ways such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, IPM applications, pruning plants, planting and resetting rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our gardens and their various individual departments.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of cannabis cultivation experience
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must speak/read/write English proficiently.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-fanning plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste
Completes regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease under the training of the Cultivation Manager.
Ensure cultivation facilities are consistently stocked with appropriate supplies at all times.
Ensures all equipment and systems (mechanical, lighting, fertigation/plumbing, etc) are properly maintained
Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance
Mop up spills, leaks and make sure safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures and chemicals. Complete training will be provided upon hiring.
Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
Complies with safety requirements at all times.

About This Role
Customer Care Consultants primary responsibility is to serve The Apothecarium’s guests. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service, total understanding and strict compliance with all medical cannabis regulations and a positive, respectful attitude. Summary:
Team Leaders assist to manage our team and provide effective guidance. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Create, maintain and enforce controls and procedures that are in 100% compliance with all applicable authorities and requirements
Act as a resource for team members: strain and product knowledge

Stay abreast of all cannabis industry specific legislation, actions and enforcement

About This Role
Customer Care Consultants primary responsibility is to serve The Apothecarium’s guests. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service, total understanding and strict compliance with all medical cannabis regulations and a positive, respectful attitude. Consultants will need to have a thorough understanding of strains, genetics, and relevant medical marijuana terminology and how to help our customers select the cannabis flowers and infused products that are right for them. Summary:
We are looking for professional and efficient Customer Care Consultant/Drivers to serve all San Francisco customers and neighborhoods. The Apothecarium is a professional cannabis dispensary with a national reputation for excellence. Our Customer Care Consultant/Drivers are responsible for executing that same high level of customer service and compassionate care outside our dispensary walls. Customer Care Consultant/Drivers must love navigating the busy streets of San Francisco while representing The Apothecarium in a professional manner. Customer Care Consultant/Drivers will also be tasked with processing, packing orders for delivery, routing and operating dispatch software as well as consulting in-store when necessary.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate professionally and regularly with Team Members and Retail Managers
Drive and deliver products from The Apothecarium to customers in our delivery territory
Obey all local, state and federal traffic and driving laws
Adhere to routing guidelines and parameters to deliver according to schedule and Bureau of Cannabis Control requirements
Prepare delivery vehicle for operation by inspecting general condition; check vehicle for damage and communicate any concerns to your supervisor
Process, package and label orders in preparation for delivery
Maintain delivery manifests and required Bureau of Cannabis Control documentation
Maintain an accurate delivery and tip log
Obtain precise payment for product by accepting cash or debit cards/Aeropay
Ensure accurate cash handling, and register management
Operate delivery dispatch software
Facilitate communication to our delivery members via iOS devices
Route and dispatch Customer Care Consultant/Drivers for deliveries
Maintain product knowledge and share that knowledge with members and co-workers
Inform, recommend, and select products for customer in-store depending on their individual needs
Communicate the effects of and different types of cannabis to members

About this Role
Store Managers brings a culture of competence and compassion to our Dispensary. The Store Manager manages operations of the dispensary, the team members, the schedule, and ensures the dispensary operations run smoothly. About This Role
Customer Care Consultants primary responsibility is to serve The Apothecarium’s guests. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service, total understanding and strict compliance with all medical cannabis regulations and a positive, respectful attitude. Consultants will need to have a thorough understanding of strains, genetics, and relevant medical marijuana terminology and how to help our customers select the cannabis flowers and infused products that are right for them. About This Role
Security Customer Care Associates are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and customers by actively monitoring the premises to detect and prevent theft or violence. In addition, this role will provide excellent customer service and assist in verifying, identifying and checking in members. Security Customer Care associates will maintain cleanliness throughout the facility and outside the premises while on duty.

About This Role
Retail Consultant’s primary responsibility is to serve The Apothecarium’s guests. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service, total understanding and strict compliance with all medical cannabis regulations and a positive, respectful attitude. Retail Consultants will need to have a thorough understanding of strains, genetics, and relevant medical marijuana terminology and how to help our customers select the cannabis flowers and infused products that are right for them. The Inventory Lead is responsible for executing and improving daily inventory tasks under the guidance of the Store Inventory Manager in strict compliance of all state laws and standard operating procedures of The Apothecarium. The Apothecarium’s inventory department offers our members a reliable selection of high-quality products in a comfortable, professional setting, where our commitment to sustainable operations is demonstrated by exemplary business practices that protect people and the environment. The Inventory Lead maintains cycle counts, prepares menus, and responds to requests for product on dispensary floor.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing inventory duties
Execute service area preparations and store set up daily
Assist with daily reconciliation and reporting of sales from point of sale to METRC California State Track and Trace software.
Prepare menu updates and printing for dispensary floor
Prepare and submit product orders to vendors to meet demand
Provides updates to employees on new products available
Maintain suitable inventory levels throughout daily operation
Fulfill inventory requests from Patient Consultants and Team Leaders
Facilitate inventory communication between departments and guidance for Inventory Assistants working in the inventory department
Assist with the intake process by checking in deliveries against manifest & invoices to ensure accuracy
Assist with data entry for inventory receipt including barcoding packages accurately for batch tracking sales to dispensary customers
Assist with data entry and regular maintenance of products and inventory levels in POS systems including METRC California State Track and Trace software
Audit product data and product laboratory test results to ensure accuracy
Assist with daily, weekly and monthly cycle inventory audits along with making the corresponding adjustments in point of sale and METRC California State Track and Trace software.
Execute and improve upon systems to minimize and manage loss
Maintain and cultivate a professional and positive relationship with our vendors and distributors
Ensure all inventory is received, documented, secured and distributed appropriately
Execute checks of packaging and labeling for products
Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies through data analysis
Assist with return & exchange logistics with consultants as needed
Maintain a positive, caring attitude, and treat patients/co-workers with respect and sensitivity
Communicate vendor requests and/or concerns to the Store Inventory Manager

About This Role
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include — but are not limited to — assisting the Cultivation Manager in various ways such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, IPM applications, pruning plants, planting and resetting rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our gardens and their various individual departments.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of cannabis cultivation experience
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-fanning plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste
Completes regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease under the training of the Cultivation Manager.
Ensure cultivation facilities are consistently stocked with appropriate supplies at all times.
Ensures all equipment and systems (mechanical, lighting, fertigation/plumbing, etc) are properly maintained
Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance
Mop up spills, leaks and make sure safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures and chemicals. Complete training will be provided upon hiring.
Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
Complies with safety requirements at all times.

About This Role
Customer Care Consultants primary responsibility is to serve The Apothecarium’s guests. The Inventory Assistant is responsible for executing daily inventory tasks under the guidance of the Inventory Lead in strict compliance with all state laws and standard operating procedures of The Apothecarium. About This Role
The Store General Manager brings a culture of competence and compassion to our dispensary and directs all operations of the dispensary, the team members, the schedule, to ensure the dispensary operations run smoothly. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service and superb communication skills. The Store Manager interacts with customers and staff in a positive, respectful manner and is expected to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
The Store General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall logistics to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for their Apothecarium location. This position will lead all inventory functions and be responsible for providing hands-on management of all inventory team members. About This Role
The Store General Manager brings a culture of competence and compassion to our Dispensary and directs all operations of the dispensary, the team members, the schedule, to ensure the dispensary operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing inventory duties
- Execute service area preparations and store set up daily
- Prepare menu updates and printing for dispensary floor
- Maintain suitable inventory levels throughout the daily operation
- Fulfill inventory requests from Member Consultants and Team Leaders
- Assist with the intake process by checking in deliveries against manifest & invoices to ensure accuracy
- Assist with the data entry and regular maintenance of products and inventory levels in POS systems
- Audit product data and product laboratory test results to ensure accuracy
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cycle inventory audits
- Maintain and cultivate a professional and positive relationship with our vendors
- Assist with all inventory receipt, storage and distribution as needed
- Execute checks of packaging and labeling for products
- Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies
- Assist with return & exchange logistics with consultants as needed
- Maintain a positive, caring attitude, and treat patients/co-workers with respect and sensitivity
- Provide feedback and suggestions to Store Manager to continuously improve the patient and employee experience
- Use discretion with sensitive and confidential security and business information
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other related work as required

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in inventory control
- Experience working in retail experience highly desirable
- Experience working in medical services/health & wellness industry highly desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must speak/write English proficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Stand constantly
- Sit constantly
- Walk frequently
- Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms
- Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus
Work Environment:
- Works in a busy retail store with moderate to high noise levels

Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict controls to protect Dispensary assets at the direction of management
- Ensure patient concerns are solved efficiently and promptly
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
- Recommend, select, and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs
- Communicate the effects of and different types of cannabis to patients
- Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Communicate restocking and product needs to inventory assistants as needed
- Communicate customer requests and/or problems to the General Manager and Team Leaders
- Participate in inventory reconciliation as needed
- Frequently maintain cleanliness, dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization of dispensary
- Maintains strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other related work as required
Requirements:
- Basic math skills for Point of Sale (POS) system and proficiency with cash handling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Medical Cannabis Recommendation preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience
- Prior retail & customer service experience highly desirable
- Experience working in medical services and/or the health & wellness industry highly desirable
- Must be at least 21 years old
- English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated passion to serve the medical cannabis community and local neighborhoods
- Knowledgeable on strains, genetics, growing, and effects of cannabis and medication
- Possess a high level of organization, patience, and flexibility
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
