Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Packaging Department.
This position works full time in the packaging department performing tasks such as: order fulfillment, inventory tracking, making METRC manifests, making METRC package tags, and all other duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor.
Order fulfillment includes accurately and efficiently packing orders that were placed by the sales team, utilizing METRC inventory tracking software to create outgoing package tags and manifests, and communicating with the sales team and with the packaging department to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Inventory tracking includes utilizing METRC, and also includes counting inventory / performing inventory audits.
Other duties include organizing and maintaining a clean wholesale inventory storage room, as well as assisting in the packaging department as time allows.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, full time hours.
This position reports directly to the Packaging Supervisor.
Experience with METRC is desired.

Summary
Plant Jam is a Massachusetts Licensed Adult Use Cannabis Product Manufacturer. We are seeking a Delivery and Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day order fulfillment/delivery operations and will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Essential Duties
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report/note any deviations from SOPs for quality assurance purposes.
- Act as driver or passenger in the delivery vehicle.
- Plan and organize delivery times, dates, and vendor communication in coordination with the Director of Operations.
- Prepare and deliver shipments according to compliance requirements.
- Learn and utilize METRC compliantly, primarily in the creation of transfer manifests.
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools and METRC tags
- Load materials and products into inventory storage devices.
- Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
- Conduct any other facility operations as required i.e., product production, packaging, and labeling.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
The Delivery and Order Fulfillment Associate is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Work hours are 9am ā 5:30pm accompanied by two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break. The schedule of this position could change with advance notice to suit the needs of wholesale clients. Opportunities for overtime are possible. The duties of this position are required to be performed at the worksite, on the road, and at the facilities of our wholesale partners.
Work Environment
This job operates in an indoor manufacturing environment, as well as outdoors and on the road. Exposure to the elements is possible during inclement weather. There is limited exposure to temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit and below, while loading/unloading both walk-in and portable freezer units.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Travel
Frequent travel via company vehicle to wholesale partners is required.
Eligibility Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass all regulatory requirements from the Cannabis Control Commission as it relates to this job function.
Certificates and Licenses
A state-issued Driverās license is required.

- Report when inventory is in the incorrect room in our point of sale system

The Inventory Associate reports to the Fulfillment Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of inventory management.
