Cannabis jobs at H4 Industries LLC

We are currently searching for a full-time Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. The main responsibilities for the position will include processing outgoing orders in a fast-paced environment, stocking and pulling inventory, and performing quality checks on inventory as orders are prepared for shipping. The successful candidate will also assist our Product Management Team with inventory photos and postings and assist our Customer Service Department with quality control and returns. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

You must be available to work weekdays and some weekends if needed.

Previous shipping experience is preferred. Knowledge of cannabis the industry is helpful, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Highly motivated and self-sufficient

· Flexible

· Positive attitude

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Responsible and dependable

· Able to manage multiple tasks at once

· Able to stand for extended periods of time

· Able to lift up to 45 lbs

· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Pulling orders from the warehouse

· Checking orders for accuracy

· Packaging and preparing orders for shipment

· Printing shipping labels

· Weighing packages to determine shipping cost

· Assisting with stocking inventory

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
