ASSOCIATE PLANNER
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties related to the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of technical land use, environmental, zoning and other city planning data; and ensures compliance with the assigned city’s development standards. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
1. Gather and maintain demographic data and other related statistics
2. Participate in the research, analysis, and interpretation of social, economic, population and land use data and trends

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES: Create concepts and designs that deliver a compelling user experience, drive user behavior, and communicate key ideas
- Build and optimize web pages, email templates, and other digital marketing
- Administer and maintain websites, e-blasts, and various other digital media
- Contribute ideas and solutions for brand strategy and marketing campaigns
- Assist on other design and creative projects including print, logos, and packaging, as needed
REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of relevant experience preferred although we encourage recent Graphic or Web Design Graduates to apply
- Strong graphic design skills
- Expert in Content Management Systems with a focus on WordPress
- Experience with Proteus a plus!

This fast paced cannabis delivery service is kn need of a Patient Call Center Representative  The ideal candidate should be passionate about cannabis and be sales oriented. Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions; identify customer’s needs.
- Place orders and schedule deliveries via phone, text and/ or online ordering portals
- Assist in delivering or running orders a sneeded.Â
- Accountable for accurate and timely patient records and system updates
- Verify patients recommendations and other documentation
- Accountable for accurately utilizing Point of Sale system
- Provide outstanding patient service
- Inspire patient confidence and create patient loyalty
- Develop knowledge of various products and the state and federal specific guidelines and laws regarding medical cannabis
- Assist with proactive outbound campaigns and calls as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Compassionate and strong work ethic
- A high school diploma or equivalent required (some college work/degree preferred)
