Operates various types of telecommunications equipment, software programs, and systems including TLETS, VIN Assist, Positron Phone, Firehouse, Higher Ground, RMS, and Municipal Court Citation Maintenance systems. Inputs, updates, and verifies the accuracy of the information in the NCIC/TCIC systems; validates and confirms the status of entries. Assists in monitoring security cameras, Doppler Radar, and National Weather Service Bulletins; gathers and disseminates related information to appropriate parties. Provides referral services/support to other City departments including Public Works, Streets, Sanitation, Environmental Health, Transit, and the Municipal Court. Attends training and develops public safety communications knowledge and skills. Maintains compliance with established Public Safety Communications policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to work any shift as assigned. Minimum 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent; must be able to legally work in the U.S. No experience is required as this is an entry-level position. Must pass skills testing, polygraph exam, psychiatric exam, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Basic TCOLE Telecommunications Operator, NCIC/TCIC Operator, TTY, EMD, CPR, and National Incident Management System (NIMS) ICS certifications are required within six months of employment (training provided by employer). Must possess a valid driver's license. Preferred Requirements: Previous dispatch experience; ability to speak and understand Spanish.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our ideal Dispensary Manager will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations at the retail level. They will help maintain organization and lend operational support to all aspects of retail operations from reception to inventory.
This also includes, cash-handling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping-up dated with industry news and product information.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Relations and Staff Management:
- Provides management and leadership to all staff dispensary which includes monitoring all inventory and point of sale transactions.
- Assisting store manager in training sales associates, and monitoring inventory.
- Establishes methods to make sure all staff are compliant with all State and local rules and regulations.
- Manages policies and procedures for the return of cannabis and cannabis products, the storage and/or disposal of such products, and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events and product recall.
- Serves as a role model, liaison, and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
- Responds to all staff questions, concerns or suggestions within scope; and reports to GM for resolution.
- Conduct performance reviews with employees and monitor employee productivity, attitudes, and performance results.
- Recruit and retain top quality staff for each department; assist with interviews.
- Facilitates getting change for store and any non-cannabis supply runs
- Supervises and performs inventory control actions such as receiving, counting and inspecting for quality and compliance. Conducts receiving compliance inspections for every inbound shipment.
- Assists store manager with overseeing supply orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.
- Responsible for assisting social media duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Assist General Manager with bi-weekly payroll and scheduling

Cannabis Consultants ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive listening, actively communicating, and excellent service. DUTIES:

We are currently searching for a full-time Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. The main responsibilities for the position will include processing outgoing orders in a fast-paced environment, stocking and pulling inventory, and performing quality checks on inventory as orders are prepared for shipping.
