In this dynamic role, you will be on the front lines building relationships with our licensed retailers and distributor partners. We service a range of niche retailers - from your neighborhood brick & mortar smoke shop, convenience store and dispensary, to regional and national distributors. Key Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing given territory
- Execute strategic programming plans that expand our customer base and sales per account

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Meet and exceed sales targets by making quality prospecting calls on a continual basis including 50+ cold calls a day, emails and maintain customer information, appointments and opportunity information in company CRM. Notations for every conversation are required!
-Controlling full sales cycle from prospecting to close which includes any customer complaints

-Maintain and expand your database of prospects and customers

Dablicator is looking for an ambitious and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for strategic account management, collaboration across functional teams on overall strategy, and forecasting and planning for regional accounts.
Our customers include premium cannabis and CBD retailers and brands in the US, Canada and internationally. As the owner of the day-to-day management of our customers, you will become their go-to expert in all things Dablicator.
