RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas set by Delta Munchies
-Learn Product and Delta Munchies Brand inside and out, must be a quick learner
-Meet and exceed sales targets by making quality prospecting calls on a continual basis including 50+ cold calls a day, emails and maintain customer information, appointments and opportunity information in company CRM. Notations for every conversation are required!
-Controlling full sales cycle from prospecting to close which includes any customer complaints
-Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
-Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Prospecting is a MUST!!!
-Maintain and expand your database of prospects and customers
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
-Experience working with B2B (wholesalers and master distributors)
-Must be able to attend 3-5 Trade Shows a year (required)
-Must have experience working in competitive markets
-Present Delta Munchies as a professional, trusted brand to potential and existing clients
-Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve interdepartmental goals
-Focus on continuous improvement by applying various techniques and principles and making recommendations to management
-Work closely with Sales Manager on implementing new sales strategies
-Report weekly sales agenda and sales successes to upper management
-This role will be predominantly remote with regular follow up to management

Experience:

-Conduct morning huddles to get the Sales Team ready to start their day

-Assist Sales Team to help meet and exceed sales targets by ensuring they are making 50+ quality prospecting calls on a daily basis, writing effective emails to new/existing prospects and maintaining customer information, appointments and opportunity information in company CRM
-Support Sales Team with full sales cycle from prospecting to close, which includes any customer complaints
-Coach Sales Team on identifying client needs and teach them how to suggest appropriate products/services
-Educate/Coach the Sales Team on how to research new/existing accounts, identify key players and generate interest
-Make sure that the Sales Team is representing Delta Munchies as a professional, trusted reliable brand to potential/existing clients
-Collaborate and promote cross-functionally to achieve interdepartmental goals
-Focus on continuous improvement by applying various techniques and principles and making recommendations to upper management
-Work closely with Director of Operations and VP of Sales to develop and implement new Sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
-Be a continual and trusted support to our Sales Team to help improve their performance and exceed sales targets
-Must be able to travel to Trade Shows Domestically/Internationally, 5+ shows a year if needed

-3+ years working in a professional Inside Sales environment as a Sales Leader
-1+ years experience leading remote Inside Sales Teams (preferred)
-Must have experience mentoring, coaching, and developing others in a high competitive market
-Experience working with Smoke Shops/Convenience Stores that carry Delta 8/CBD/Nicotine _ (preferred) _
-Proven, developed tactical sales skills in (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers)
-Cannabis and CBD industry experience (preferred)
-Familiarity with vaping products / knowledge of the vape industry (preferred)
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients, sales teams and executives
-Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot)

Delta Munchies is a fast growing hemp company looking to disrupt the cannabis space, we’re seeking a Social Media Manager to join its marketing team. Will primarily be recruiting influencers for marketing campaigns/partnerships and assisting with managing social media pages. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media and how to communicate with audiences across different platforms, as well as recruit and manage influencers . We’re looking for someone with excellent judgement and communication skills. Starts beginning of March 2021.
You Will
- Assist with scheduling posts and finding/creating content across platforms.
- Assist in researching new social media outlets, trends in media and determining where DM should have a presence
- Locating and acquiring influencers that will help build our brand presence
- Manage and maintain relationships with high value influencers
- Support marketing team on campaigns, product launches and day-to-day content
You Have
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write social copy and open contracts with influencers
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and how to effectively build up a social page
- Creative ways to adopt social media trends to the brands point of view
- Familiarity with Planoly, Iconosquare, Dash Hudson and/or other social scheduling and analytics platforms is a huge plus but not required
- Experience with programs such as Photoshop, Spark, or other social editing programs is a huge plus but not required
