Manager, Sales (Inside)
In this dynamic role, you will be on the front lines building relationships with our licensed retailers and distributor partners. We service a range of niche retailers - from your neighborhood brick & mortar smoke shop, convenience store and dispensary, to regional and national distributors. Weβre moving and growing fast, and need hungry individuals to help maximize our current relationships while helping to establish new ones.
Your passion will drive positive connectivity with our B2B partners as you will be a steward for the VIBES brand within the largest segments of our company. Reporting to the VP, Sales, this role will be based out of our new Downtown Lake Worth, Florida with occasional travel for industry trade shows and related events. The role will work closely with our outside Field Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing given territory
- Execute strategic programming plans that expand our customer base and sales per account
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding the needs of our B2B partners
- Maintain detailed records and notes in our CRM
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with Field Sales Agents to build pipeline and close deals
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but will consider experience in hospitality, service, and other related industries
- CPG experience, preferably working with independent retailers and/or smoking, tobacco, cannabis products
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing and implementing
- Excellent communication skills β written and verbal
- Dynamic problem solver β comfortable challenging assumptions and offering solutions with incomplete information
- Transparent, open communicator- great listener who can read between the lines
- Manages in a fact-based manner and ensures effective measurements are in place across entire network
- Ability to balance competing interests and ensure all objectives across multiple projects are met in a timely manner
- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to manage ambiguity and change
- Travel Up To 20%

Assist in the development of new operations, procedures and policies
Assist training with new admin assistants and ongoing training
Oversees office maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
May perform daily opening and/or closing of the office including end-of-day accounting
Courteously and patiently assist patients through both the Intake and Outtake processes during scheduled doctor days.
Educate patients about medicinal cannabis and the state registration process.
Provide patients with information about CBD and sell CBD products available in the office.
Handle escalated calls regarding customer service issues/questions and resolve the customer service issues
Manage schedule
Regularly review DOH website for state updates.
Maintain an organized filing system
Basic office cleaning and organization.
Other office duties as required.
Must have reliable transportation
RequirementsAt least 3 years business/sales, retail operations experience or customer service experience
Must possess a High School diploma/equivalent
Dynamic personality
Ability to travel 30% of the time to satellite office locations within an hour's drive of the base office
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Drive
Strong communication and analytical skills
Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
